Lume Deodorant review: 3 solid sticks return

A while back, I placed an order for three deodorant, sticks unknowingly. They were solid sticks instead of the cream. I attempted to use the first one and I had an allergic reaction. and developed a really bad rash under my armpits. Contacted customer service, requesting to return them the initiated the return, and I sent them back. Unknowingly somehow when I placed that order, the Auto was selected two weeks ago I received an automatic shipment of three solid sticks, and there was a charge on my card. Within the hour I contacted customer service to let them know, and they said they could not stop the order. So when I did receive the order, I informed the mailman that I would like this package returned to sender. So that was returned right away to you , and now through Facebook I received this message from Luke customer service that because I did not follow your return policy. No refund will be issued.

So basically you have the product back and the money taken out of my account!
