a very rude worker
I just left 2 813 dickerson pike and there is a girl who is a girl who is light complexed working behind the counter she had a ear bud in her ear and appeared to be speaking to someone when I approach the counter she never greeted me at all took my items ring them up she never even told me what my total was she just reached out for my cash that was in my hand afterwards she had my change to me and still never said a word shortly after she was seen meeting different people in the parking lot i'm not sure if they were friends of hers or wha different people in the parking lot i'm not sure if they were friends of hers or what but at that time she was not even in the store and customers were walking in the store I really think someone should check in on this person I am a regular there and I have never seen her before however I normally come during my work hours this is the weekend so maybe that is why I saw I however I normally come during my work hours this is the weekend so maybe that is why I saw an unfamiliar face
rude clerks and inoperative equipment
I went to mapco #3412 the other day to get fuel. After filling the tank it told me to go inside for a receipt. I thought how inconvenient was this seeing it was raining outside. I went inside waited a solid 5 minutes to get thru to the only cashier on duty and got my receipt. I figured well maybe that pump was out of ink or paper. Since then I have returned twice to the same mapco and have received the same results...no receipt at the pump. This last time though I asked to see a manager and they told me there was no manager. I asked to talk to whoever was in charge and the smart punk cashier said no one was in charge...they don't supervision he told me. So I told him that it is a grave inconvenience to not being able to get a receipt at the pump. I told him you make people come in here and wait in the line for the only cashier working to get a receipt. I told him it's ridiculous to have to do so and that those printers out there should be either fixed or stocked with paper and ink. He just looked at me with this blank stare and then said "next in line"!
This happened at 10:23 am at mapco #3412 on 1/13/2017. Needless to say I will not use this station again. I will use the Shell across the street because I can get a receipt at the pump and the cashiers there (noticed i said cashiers not cashier) are far more congenial that the one you have at this facility.
sexual harassment from manager and female associates

This store the manager tammy dover and the other female associates are always harassing the male customers. My husband is in there often and it embarrsses him to hear the way they talk.
If you want to keep good dedicated customers you would get rid of people like that. The manager is a disgrace...

my rewards card
on 12-8-16 at 6:11pm at Mapco # 7507 (10 cents off Thursday) Invoice # 5181238 the pump read my rewards card but never adjusted the price of the gas to reflect 10 cents off.
This happens occasionally.
The pumps not reading my credit card is another issue - I have to cancel the transaction and try another pump and it works. And it is not always the same pump.
This happens frequently.
Also would they be able to power wash the parking lot - it is very dirty.
We frequent this station 2 to 3 times a week.

I have e-mailed several times before but no answer. I have tried customer service number times but never no answer. Only music which I held on for 30 minutes. I have not received my 10 cents off for over two weeks. What has happen?
coffee and customer service
Mapco Moores Mill visit.
I get off in the morning around 3am and stop to get coffee, when John is working the coffee is fresh and the is always enough for more than one cup. When the other lady who drives the red truck, there is barely enough for 1/2 a cup and it is old, in fact tonight, it was so old, she turned the countdown timer off. As I was walking to the register, she then acted as if she was coming to make a fresh pot, the customer who was also with me had been left the building, so she could have offered the fresh pot beforehand. Then when I made it to the register, I said "give me just a second while I put this on my app." She continued to ask, "is this all, is this all followed by do you have a rewards card in a VERY unfriendly tone. I then with a attitude again told her, I was putting it on my app, yes I have a card, and began to call out my phone#, she stated, he has a card there, as if she wasn't going to put my number in, I stated yes I know, but we're using points on this one and gave her my number again and walked away with my awful warm coffee. This is the most unfriendly experience that I have ever had at this mapco and am very disappointed in the service I received this morning.
distract managers that aren't trained
I am having trouble with how the DM at the Gadd store and Hamil Store runs them. There was one day I was in the Gadd store and the cashier on duty was slammed with customers. While she was taking care of the customers the coffee had ran out. I was going to give her a helping hand but didn't know where the coffee was. So I turned and asked this guy that was sitting at the table, if he could help me. (Which I was later informed him was the DM of the store.) I was surprised to see that he couldn't even make the coffee, he then called for the cashier to make the coffee as she was tending to customers, he told her if she could make the coffee then he would clear the line. the cashier did as he asked but by the time she got done the line only grew longer cause the DM couldn't figure out how to run the register. From what I have seen in most of your throughout the state's this is the first time I ever since that a DM couldn't do these things. Also, isn't Mapco suppose to be where team members help each other and know what they are doing, plus be a place where the store stays clean at all times, and everyone on duty know how to serve the customers? If so then I really think you need to check this DM out and also learn how to make they also know how to help the customers instead of sitting around and only doing paperwork. To me this DM should not be a DM but this is just my opinion.
I'm not getting the discount gas points.
When I buy products form mapco that give you discount on your gas i'm not receiving the discount. I buy drinks, coffee, food and when I try to get gas, I don't get the discount. How long do the discount last once you earn the points?
poor customer service
I told the woman inside the store that the card reader on the pump was not reading my rewards card so that I could get my $.03 off per gallon and she acted like I was an idiot and informed me that I was supposed to key in the number of course. I ask her if she could use her reader in-store and run my card so I could just go out and fill up. She acted as though it was an extreme bother. She ran my Credit card and I later noticed she did not even give me the discount despite my Loyalty ID # being on the sales receipt. I ran the pump until it said the amount I had paid to her and left. I realized a couple miles down the road that it had never put gas in the car despite running and making noise as though it was working. I was running late due to the added minutes I had spent in the store instead of at the pump and did not have time to return to the station and complain. I paid for gas and got none and was treated with extreme rudeness. I will NEVER return to BP/MAPCO again and that employee should be let go. I was at that station at 10:15 AM on 4/30/2014. There are so many shopping options to choose from that I only go to ones that have good customer service!

She is the rudest person in that store she rolls her eyes at the customers she makes them wait while she does her text message and every time I go in the store she is listening to loud explicit music even with children around she does not greet her customers and is out of time rolling her eyes at the customers also if she is disrespected to my children
While on duty she was cussing and raising her voice at my daughter she is very rude does not welcome her customers and also plays explicit music in the store she was always texting and ignoring the customers

they lack the expertise
Mapco Enterprises had some of the nastiest employees and lacked the expertise needed to adequately service its customers. I was recommended a replacement part that did not end up fitting as it was the wrong size. A tall bald employee said that the product was used so that they did not have to issue a refund. He was very rude and was not knowledgeable.

I attempted to purchase fuel at Mapco @5211 popular have in Memphis tn. I had a balance of $59.00 on my total pay card. I only wanted $9.00 worth of fuel. ADP allowed Mapco to place a hold on a declined charge for initially $100, then they allowed them to debit the balance of my card which was $59.39, on a declined charge, that was Monday 11-16-09, today is Thursday 11-19-09 they have now debited the charge, you I did not purchase gas. I tried to call the store and the corporate office, to no avail.
I then called ADP and was charged $3.00 to be told that they could not help me. This card is a rip off. It does not make consumers aware that they charge you $0.50 to call an automated phone system and get their balance, I intend to write and let all of my fellow employees know about the hidden fees that are charged, and this is predatory pimping at its best.
I agree Mapco Express is a rip off . They over charge for items in store, They're employess don't know what they are doing . They fired all the employees that had a handle on the business. I will never shop at Mapco and neither will my family again.
no salary
For the past 2-1/2 months company is not paying the salary and they are not giving annual leave for the past three years

I went to Mapco and the worker in Franklin Ky with long hair and painted nails refused to sell me a product the was $5.10 and i had a $100 he said im not selling you something for $5 and u got 100 that was every rude and i have seen him do it to other African american customers that come to the Franklin Ky 42134 location something needs to be done

Every night around 12:15pm this store closes until in the morning around 6:00 am. But the store hours a posted differently. I'm not sure if it's the cashier that does not want to work or if the store is actually closed. I think this is very inconsiderate and should not be tolerated. How can this be fixed?
I have a card a new one tried to activate it says my mobile number is on a account it must be whoever had number before me I need help activating my card for my rewards wat do I need to do
