Marlboro marlboro menthol blacks

I have been smoking Marlboro Menthol Blacks for 7 years now. I have occasionally smoked other cigs and none compare to the taste of the blacks. For the past few weeks my boyfriend and I have been getting regular menthols in our menthol black packs and it's very disappointing seeing as they taste completely different. These changes have made us consider switching brands completely. These regular menthols hurt our throats and cause headaches because of the switch in cigs. It feels like we are wasting money being dissatisfied in a product we use to love. I hope this issue is resolved so we can continuing doing business with Marlboro. If not we will spend our money elsewhere. Very disappointing in Marlboro. As I see we arent the only ones! Make it right Marlboro.

Marlboro marlboro black menthol 100's

Packs with the new points codes smoke and taste like a light menthol cigarette. I called customer service and they explained that they changed the filters, the lettering font and color as well as adding 2 golden rings on the filter. I was assured that they did not change the blend. I don't see how they would make such a drastic change. If this is not corrected, I will stop smoking all together. I would rather not have the points system and have my regular cigarettes back. Instead, I am left running around from store looking for old packs of cigarettes like a crazy person.

Omg yes! Me and my husband are doing the same thing! I told him I think they changed the filter. I know I dont like them now that's for sure. And I'm running out of stores to find my menthol black cigarettes. I also noticed they changed the foil on the inside from black to silver

Marlboro menthol black 100’s

Why have I bought 2 packs of cigarettes this week, expecting them to be Marlboro black menthol 100's as the pack says, only to open them up and find regular Marlboro menthols inside?!?! Very disappointed! What are you going to do about this? I buy 1-2 packs per day, and think the regular menthols taste like dirt. I've always been a Marlboro smoker and would like to continue as it is my brand, but unsure if I will unless something is done about this!

Marlboro black menthol 100

Bought a carton cuz I love the black menthol it's not to much but just perfect amount of menthol but the carton had malboro menthol cigs in all of the packs I am very dissatisfied and would like a refund seeing as cartons are not cheap nowadays my family was very dissatisfied seeing as the malboro menthol cig is way to strong of a menthol and hurts my throat please correct this issue seeing as I don't want to go back to my original brand of cigs

Marlboro the app dropping and coupons disappointing without being redeemed.

This is my 14 complaint about the app and coupons costing my boyfriend, as well as myself over 25$ and counting. I have smoked this brand since I was 19. If some resolution as well as partial reimbursement is not made, I am switching to alternative brand. The mobile app will not load 80 percent of the time. Marlboro black menthols - shorts and 100's

I was a Newport smoker when I did smoke. I'm a smoker but a pack lasts me days. My husband however smokes a pack to two a day. We switched from Newport to Marlboro Black Menthol when they came out. We have been smoking them ever since even with the price increases here and there. Now it seems as though we are getting Marlboro Menthol in Marlboro Black Menthol packs. This is upsetting especially because I convinced my sister and father to switch from Newport to Marlboro. My dad reported to me that his Marlboro Black Reds taste terrible. Like there is more of a chemical taste. There is definitely a difference in the look of the cigarette like you are just packaging Marlboro Menthol in black packaging. There is also a HUGE taste difference and not in a positive way. So my question is what happened? Why fix something that isn't broken? I have obviously researched this issue before contacting your company and I'm here to inform you that myself and my family are not the only consumer's upset about this. In the past few days there have been 100's of consumers complaining about the very same issue. How many more will complain in another few days? Furthermore how many people are going to change back to their original brands. I know myself and my family see no reason to continue to smoke a product that went up in price and had other negative changes like taste, appearance ect... Everyone who has switched to the Marlboro Blacks( green/red) in the past few years did so because the price was right and the product was good. You cannot change the product in negative ways and increase the price. When doing so business changes. With the cost per pack now people are going to feel like they should return to previous brand's because they know they are getting what they like. I personally would make the product the same as when they were originally introduced especially if you increase the cost. Thanks.

Marlboro marlboro blacks menthol 100’s

I've been smoking these cigs for a long time and about 6 months now the cigs are very off leaving a horrible after taste of staleness and major headaches. Some have 2 gold rings around the filter some have 1 some have none. The Marlboro print is off as well some are very little some are big and wide. I cut open a few some had dirt inside and stuff that look maybe like rat hair. Most of my cigs are bought from tobacco outlets which are majorly run/owed by Indian ppl. I can't take these migraines or stomachaches anymore had my doctor prescribe me migraine meds as well as stuff for stomach still nothing helps. Something has to be done if cigs are coming out of China. Please help.

Marlboro marlboro menthol blacks not having a proper cigarette in the pack

I have bought about a card worth of Marlboro Menthol black shorts and then the inside they would be I'm assuming what would be regular menthol cigarettes from Marlboro they're nasty and I wasted my money on cigarettes that I thought I was getting in did not... On that no I don't believe that I should have to spend my hard-earned money on something I want and get something I did not what can you do to fix this I have been a loyal customer for 15 years and this is just ridiculous!

Marlboro marlboro menthol black 100s

We have bought 8 packs of cigarettes from different locations in Statesville NC and it's not the right cigarettes in the pack. You can clearly tell by the stripes on the cigarette and the foil wrapping is supposed to be black and the taste is off. We have contacted Marlboro via email and have gotten no response plz contact me I have been a customer for over 15 years with Marlboro and would like something done about this.

I have never been so disappointed in Marlboro ever in 20+ years of smoking thier brand until this weekend when I purchased 2 Marlboro menthol black 100 to open them see a silver packaging inside(instead of black), filters had 2 gold stripes(istead of nonstriped filters), fine lettering in green (instead of blue), and they tasted horrible ! Like a regular light menthol not the bold that I have smoked for 6years now after switching from reds. I sent my bf to get me a new pack because I wanted the right ones, but he came home with what should be the bold blacks again but same wrong ones inside!😠😤
Of course once you open a pack the stores wont exchange them so, so far I'm out almost 20.00 and still need the right ones! I emailed them yesterday but of course havent heard back, I called tonight and was on hold for 7mins and had other things to do without them answering the call.
I contacted the manager at the Smoke Shop about this and he was no help, didnt offer an exchange just said hes sorry and that he will try to get back to me after he gets ahold of the company. I dont blame the Smoke shop for Marlboro HUGE MISLEADING MISTAKES! just was hoping they would maybe open some packs to see so I could at least purchase them if they were the right ones even. This is ridiculous with the prices(and not to mention the health issues with the addition) but come on we all need & want answers. I'm hoping a class action is taken on for this so we can recoop some of this money wasted!

Marlboro marlboro menthol black 100s

Over the past week I have bought 4 packs of Marlboro menthol black 100s from different locations that are packed with Marlboro menthol 100s. The difference in flavor, body and even design is evident. Please correct this. Attaching a photo of the pack I currently have opened. This is stressing me out. I'm sure it's a manufacture problem. Please make it stop.

Same problem with the shorts as well. I'm a short smoker and my husband is a 100 smoker. We agree 1000 percent. Taste body and appearance scream MARLBORO MENTHOL. Please fix it. We HATE this.

Marlboro marlboro black red 100s

I opened the pack snd immediately thought this is weird blacks dont have lines on them and regular red 100s are the ones with two lines on them, googled to see if they changed the design and apparently this has been a VERY VERY common issue lately. From what i gather the factory must've had a HUGE MIX UP with the two kinds and packaged them wrong. This sucks for real, i do NOT smoke nor LIKE regular reds what so ever, now since i just spent my last bit of money on two packs all i can do is hope and pray the next pack contains the correct cigarettes when i open it because reds give me a headache, don't pack as well as blacks, and do not hit as hard as blacks in my opinion at least.

Your not alone in that thought and so are thousands of others wondering the same thing! I can tell you that the Marlboro company has done nothing but lie to all the people who have complained in any way regards to that blend and have said they dont know what we are talking about they havent changed anything! LIES ...SO GOOD LUCK I RECCOMEND CHANGING BRANDS!

I just bought 2 cartons on payday and both cartons are the same and I told my husband they tasted funny before I even noticed the two gold rings. I kept smoking them cause it’s over $100 that I can’t afford to through out, however they are enough to make me nauseous . I would love to know if this is the new product design and recipe.

Marlboro marlboro black red 100s

I purchase these on a daily basis for 2 smokers. The past few days almost every pack we get has had the wrong cigarettes inside. I am not 100% sure what they are but they are not blacks. They have 2 gold lines on the filter. They are nasty and not what I Purchased. I tried tells bc the stores but they tell me no refunds no exchanges, especially since they was open. I can't afford to just throw them away and get another pack just to hope it was correct.

I am so pissed at Philip Morris company. I switched from Newport red 100's as soon as the black red 100's were released and have been my only brand since and now all of a sudden every pack I have bought in the last two weeks have been black red 10p packaging but marlboro red 100's inside. Marlboro reds are nasty as [censored]. I want my money back. This is false advertising. I might just go to a lawyer.

What happens? Why the holes in the filter? It totally messed the best cig in the world up. Go to the blue and silver 72s yall! They taste the same same blend tobacco no holes in the filter. Please go back to the way they were. It saddens me. I see I'm not the only one noticed... people hadn't mentioned the holes I'm the filters which make the cig a light... they only mentioned the look of the cig and taste... of course the taste isn't the same u sucking in air thru the new holes they got. It's the reason why I left newport's... now I'm goin to the vape.

Marlboro marlboro black menthol

They have changed the Marlboro black menthol shorts that I have smoked for more than eight years! Iam extremely unhappy about this they are different inside packaging and the cigarettes are different color compleatly different taste! They taste like lights or non menthol...disgusting! ...please tell me why this has happened or I will definitely switch brands! I have gone to many different stores to find out if they have all changed and all the new cigarettes delivered are this same way. With a scan code on them dont buy them they taste nasty and upset my stomach if I smoke them..I need answers! And my money back!

Marlboro marlboro black menthol 100's

Not sure if it is because of Promotion or what, but the Marlboro Black Menthol 100's I purchased are wrong. And they taste horrible. Picture on left is what I normally buy, pic on right is what I received! The insert paper is also different. Normally black, but in the wrong pack it is silver metallic. Are one of these fake? They have a horrible taste and are not menthol! Purchased in Kansas.

Marlboro Marlboro black menthol 100

I purchased a pack of black menthol 100s. They were incorrectly packaged with cigarettes with green writing and two gold rings on the filter. I tried one just to see if the style/look of them was just changed, but they did not taste the same-they were not menthol. I am extremely upset that they cost over $8.00/ pack and I cannot smoke these. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. I have also included my home address. Thank you.

Same issue here ! Had my boyfriend complain and they tried telling him there is nothing wrong with them . What I think is some idiot or a computer messed up and instead of admitting they messed up and take all the ciggs of shelfs and lose money there gonna ignore everyone and pretend nothing is going on until there all gone and ciggs are back to normal smh but this has been going on since bout January or before ? And it's now end of april and there still going around...so how big of a mess did they really make...smh

Marlboro marlboro red beyond

I Bought 2 packs of red beyond at a vending machine at a local pub and soon after smoking realized that my red beyond tasted like cherry when i clicked my ice ball... even bought a second pack out the same vending machine as what i was smoking at the moment tasted like that cheap flavoured camel packs that you get... but even the second pack i bought of beyond red gave me the same problem ...so yah as a malboro fan i would really just like to know what exactly was i smoking

Marlboro a deal made a long time ago from marlboro that was never kept

Back when I was legal age to smoke I had sent a photo to Marlboro that had stated of you can make three smoke rings from smoking a Marlboro cigarette you will get free Marlboro cigarettes for life...it was never kept...now I have a video evidence of being able to blow 3 in a row if not more however I nolonger have the paper stating this deal but I'm certain you can pull it up as clearly a video off a plain phone camera is not photoshop

Marlboro cigarettes

I e smoke since age 13 I'm 57 everyone knows they kill our Gov sued you and they got the money well funny thing is we who buy them everyday put up with its problems everyday especially when you get older like I have I have had a cold for one year I've seen thr doctors 6 times but I still have it now my breathing is hard especially at night I find it very hard to stop honestly I wish I.never started it I'm paying everyday with my health with my breathing witch I think I am going to stop breathing but I.go so far and focus and i come out of it but it doesng go away my point I want you to tell me why you keep selling them when you know they kill people and it only hurts your health in many different ways so I'm not asking for money hell no i want your own words telling me why your companies all of them dont stop making the smoking stuff plus why when you know it kills your product you make other smoking material like veeps and why you keep selling them when we see signs all over the place telling people how bad this product veeps is how its ingredients are very harmful to humans but especially what is your feelings to kids in school high school juniors high school probably even grades 1 thru 6 are smoking with your new products called veeps pipes with many different flavors so please tell me this is my only thing I'm dieing and suing you would only make lawyers rich not me I'm against this type of thing we all know lawyers are involved in it all for money greed gets us only one thing less off our faith yes I have faith it's the only thing keeping me going here is one thing you might like right now I'm thinking of one thing a smoke while my breathing is gurgling now I'm going to light up I spend $10.00 everyday trying so hard not to smoke more it cost more so tell me that is my thoughts and I'm putting all this on every social media outlet so you should answer me it's your responsibility so tell me why why why does someone sell something they absolutely know without any problems there product kills people after time using it please I'm asking you tell me why
