A while back I got behind on my bill due to a major medical issue. A
representative from Maurices called me and we made payment arrangements.
He assured me that the bill would be paid in full after the payment arrangements were made. I did my part I paid every monthly payment until it was paid off I thought, a few months later I get a bill for over $300. I have not charged anything. Apparently his math was off... not my fault
I am a senior citizen who is now disabled due to my medical issue. Your representatives math was wrong. I am learning to walk again after my major illness I don’t need this stress. I love shopping at Maurice’s but I will stop if this is not resolved. And I will make sure everybody I know doesn’t either
