Max Novelty have not receive order pbn

I placed my order on September 20th 2017 . I purchased and paid for 3 items and till today did not received any. I've emailed James Alderman and David Shoutt numerous times letting them know I didn't receive the paint by numbers. The shipping number has never worked

The make false promise's when you order:
If you haven't received items in 35 days or concerned in any way,
please feel free to contact us via email. We will make every effort
to fix any problem (resend or refund any missing item).

So it is now over 80 days please deliver on your promise refund me!

And I would not be surprise if no one reply to this complaint either.

Max Novelty paint by numbers

I ordered 3 Paint by Numbers from them the end of November 2017. I still have not received them. I emailed James [protected]@gmail.com today 12/10/17 asking where my product was. They assured me they were on there way, but when I went to TRACKING it reported it had just left CHINA. I am concerned that this is a false company AND they have my personal info. I would have thought FACEBOOK was a little more concerned about who was advertising on their their site. I WANT A FULL REFUND. and FACEBOOK : REMOVE THEIR AD, IT IS STILL ON YOUR SITE!

I placed an order last October and it never came. i have sent 3 emails, but have not heard back from them. With all of the complaints I see from people who never received their order, I question the legitimacy of this business. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ~ SCAM!

Hi everyone, I posted on here last month about not receiving my painting kits after almost 6 weeks. The tracking number was valid but didn’t show any movement of the kits from China for several weeks. And, similar to everyone else, Alderman never answered my follow up emails.
Well, here’s an update. Miraculously, I actually DID receive my 2 painting kits. After several weeks in China transit, the tracker was updated to show that the package was transferred to a USPS facility in Connecticut. For some reason, it still took another 2 weeks to arrive after that but it did arrive. I was honestly shocked. But, one issue: one of the paint colors they provided is wrong so it messed up my painting. I had to recreate the correct color to fix it. But i guess that’s the least of my worries - I’d rather have that than a Chinese company steal my information, which they probably still did. I saw a comment on the company’s Facebook page where they told everyone not to worry, as they were very behind on filling orders due to high demand and not enough staff. Who knows how truthful this is, because I know some people still haven’t received anything after almost 6 or more months. I hope you all get your packages, or money back! Best of luck.

I agree with this comment. I placed an order on December 16, 2017 and have not received it yet. I have sent emails to the supposed owner John Alderman who sends the same email response “ don’t worry it’s on the way” and provides an invalid tracking number. I agree this company is a scam. Hope this warns others. In the mean time I am trying to get my money back.

Hey, any update on this? I ordered 3 paintings on Nov. 27th and also got a tracking email showing it JUST left China after I finally emailed them. Have you heard anything in the past week?

Max Novelty haven't received product

ordered a paint by numbers 10/26, emailed james 3x with only one response. Its December 6th still hasnt arrived. such a joke! this site needs to be shut down. I was supposed to give this as a gift of december 1st. the original confirmation email stated 5-20 days for delivery in the US and its been well over that. I want a refund since I had to get another gift for this person but no one ansers my email. scam?

Max Novelty non supply of ordered and paid for goods

I ordered and paid for two painting by numbers kits for $67.90 on 31.10.17. These items have not been delivered. The company (James Alderman) gave me a tracking number (http://www.17track.net/en/track?nums=LX573346298CN&fc=0) which has proved to be bogus - an error message occurs ('Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later.') He is now not answering my emails.

Max Novelty diy painting by numbers

I'm from Brazil. I ordered 2 DIY painting by numbers.. and guess what? IT DIDN'T ARRIVE! I've tried to contact the company and AGAIN they didn't answer me! Well.. i want my money back! Please help me to get that and to let them know that they can't play with us! We are not stupid.. They're thiefs and deserve to get shut down! I can't spare my money like it's nothing! INEED IT BACK!

Max Novelty painting by numbers

Despite trying to contact Max Novelty regarding my order I have to date been unsuccesful. I cannot 'track' my order, no response from emails so this is now being refered back to Paypal to ensure no other people pay for something they will not receive. Hopefully Paypal can take the matter up with their kegal team. My enail is [protected]@btinternet.com

Max Novelty order # mn5233-35479

I placed this order on October 11th . I purchased 2 items and only received 1 . I've emailed a guy named James numerous times letting him know I didn't receive the decal sticker just the paint by number . I even asked for a refund and no response until yesterday. And the email I received is the tracking info of the 1 item I only received because it said "delivered ". Where is the second item ? This was ordered on October 11th ! This is absolutely the worst experience in placing a order I've ever had to deal with . If I don't receive a refund for the missing item I will take this further .

I ordered the diy paint by number invoice #mn5233-44964 on oct 27th i still have not received my order... I emailed the owner james alderman on nov 7 with him resassuring me my money was safe and i would receive my order..I sent another email on the 24th but no response... It is nov 26 and still no order!!! i told them i was gonna give them bad reviews... I hope their site gets shut down..Unethical way to do business

Max Novelty unethical behaviour

I ordered from Max Novelty 2 months ago (September 26, 2017). I have not received my order. When I have tried to contact them (by email only because they don't have a phone and you can't register to their website) they just tell me to not worry about my money, that it is safe. I have emailed them numerous times. James Alderman is supposedly the owner of this company.
I tried to attach my receipt but was unable to do that.

I ordered a paint by number. I rcd it, but the canvas was very wrinkled. I emailed - yes, because that's the only way you can communicate with them - that I would like a replacement or full credit back. James Alderman said no problem, they will send a replacement right away... I could even keep the wrinkled one. It's been about 5 weeks. No replacement. No replies to my several emails.

Max Novelty ordered a paint by numbers kit — not received

Ordered kit on Oct 31 2017, like all these other complaints I too have not received product, but you sure didn't have a problem taking the money out of my account right away. You'd think after all these negative reviews you would fix the problem instead of issuing a bogus tracking number that doesn't work. Coming from a customers, these actions that you choose to resolve the issue, makes you look like a scam company. If I do not receive my order soon I will be forced to right a real negative honest review. Do not make statements that are not true or something you can't follow through on. Honesty is the best fix. So far I don't think I will be recommending you guys to anyone nor will I shop here again, unless some drastic measures that make this situation better.

Max Novelty paint by numbers paint kit

I ordered 3 paint by numbers kits from Max Novelty. After waiting over a month for my order to arrive. I was charged for all three of them, but only received two. I sent an email to customer service (you can't call because there is no number to be found anywhere on the internet and now I understand why!) I was told to that "everything was ok, it would be alright". I had absolutely no idea what this meant and sent another email explaining that I had received only two out of three. I was then asked to give them the "number" of the canvas that was missing. I then forwarded a copy of my original order (twice), there was a description but no "number" to reference. I explained AGAIN which one I didn't receive. After that I received no answer to my several emails that I have sent. Obviously this company is a joke and I hope everybody reads this and does not order anything from them! They are a rip off! By the way, when your canvas FINALLY does arrive, it is a big rolled up mess, with not enough paint provided to finish the picture anyway! What a joke!

I ordered 3 of these Oct 13 - keep checking and they reply to be patient. My error - should have researched the company to see if this was in the US. Have not received them yet.

I placed my order for 1 16x20 paint by numbers kits from Max Novelty on 14 Dec 2017 and received it on 30 Dec2017. I ordered the canvas only (not framed because of big price difference), any way the canvas came rolled up on a foam-roller (nicely protected glad it wasn't folded like I have received from other vendors). The kit contained enough paint to complete the picture (even had extra, saved it for another project) the brushes were not of good quality (so I threw them away and used my own). I paid under $17 for the complete kit, it provided 6 evenings of entertainment. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase with them.

I have ordered 3 and still no delivery. He sent me a tracking number but that number does not exist. It was to be delivered to my home but he says it is at the post office. If so I cant collect as i don't have a valid tracking number. Since then I have sent 8 emails which has not been answered. How do I get my hard earned money back

I have ordered twice from this company. Both times it did take at least 4 weeks to arrive, but i do understand that it is coming from a long way. I would prefer to wait a little longer than have to pay a huge amount in shipping fees. Package arrived as described and i have been totally enjoying the painting. Have finished my first one and absolutely love it. There was plenty of paint brushes included and more than enough paint to complete and even do a few "touch ups". I would order from them again

I placed an order Dec 1st...finally came today Jan 6th overall I'm pretty happy. The canvas is good quality, as are the paints. The only thing I'm worried about is running out! I had pretty much given up on receiving it since I read the reviews after the 25 days but then it showed up! In super excited to start painting!

I also placed a order on October 11th . I purchased 2 items and received only 1 item a month later . I have sent email after email asking why I haven't received my second item . I just got a email yesterday saying " Your item will arrive really soon" then attached a tracking number with was the package that had already arrived. Still waiting on the second item . This place is a joke . Don't buy from them . They have no phone # just a email address and it's one person to email so it seems that doesn't seem to reply till weeks later . Seriously don't give this business your money it's a freaking joke!

I ordered from them over 2 months ago. I have not received my order. Max Novelty paint by number unethical behaviour

I placed an order on September 16th and still have not received my merchandise. It is now November 16th.
I sent an email to James Alderman and he gave me a packing slip number to track my shipment. The tracking number he gave me was bogus.

Yes, same here. Ordered something on their fancy looking website more than two months ago and never got the purchase. They blocked me on facebook and ignore my emails. Someone should block that shop as they are obviously swindling.

I made an order two months ago (Sep 14th) and still didn't get my package.
Tried to find out what happend to the package and saw it was stuck in China for the past two months. Asked for a refund but of course no answer.

Reading reviews that this is a scam. I placed two orders. Still not received. Why are they allowed to have offers on Facebook? Why have they not been stopped?

I ordered a paint by numbers, t-shirt and the LED stuffed animal and have not received anything. That was in November of 2017. I have emailed and have not recieved anything back. I just want my money back. This website is a scam and whoever is running it needs to own up and give people their money back!

I had receive one but with all the wrong colors. I made a complaint and was told I would get a new one. Still waiting from januari.
It was my first try and would like to order lots more but with all the troubles with only one painting, I think I would regret buying more.

Max Novelty shipping

i have made an order on the 29th of september and we are the 16th of november and still didnt get it.
i've sent a first email on october 16 asking if my order shipping and they replied : "

Hi, you will need to track your order later using the link above^^

The updates will show up soon. We've already printed your order and will ship out soon. And your money is absolutely safe with us.

Don't worry about it. All set! :)

Thanks for your business and understanding."

so i waited and checked the racking link a lot and noticed it wasn't working so sent an email on october 21st again saying the link doesn't work and they reply "Hello,

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

We will have this follow up on the courier's end to check how the shipment is going.

We will also request them to update the tracking of the package.

We appreciate your patience."
then nothing until i send an email on the 30th of october asking for a refund but no one answered. i send back an email on november the 2nd and they finally reply with: --
"Hi, you can track your order above^^

it will arrive very soon.

Don't worry about it. All set! :)

Thanks for your business and understanding."

a new link showing that they lied when they told me they printed my order early october..

anyways we are mid november and still nothing...

very bad experience and customer service.. at least say at checkout that the order can take more than 2 months! will never order again from there

Max Novelty business location/shipping/business name

1. I ordered 3 items second week of Oct. 2017. It's now almost 3rd week of Nov. And still have not got my items.
2. The company website is listed at Max Novelty located in Oregon, however it's actually in China and they use a U.S. P.O.Box. It shows up on your bank statement as Doggroomersrus.com.
3. They don't tell you that it can take 35 days for you to get your product even though all the "reviews" say they got theirs in 5 days.
4. I was told 3 days after purchase that my items were ready and waiting for pick up. However, the tracking number given to me stated it wasn't even labeled until I filed a complaint on Nov.7th.
5. I will NOT be ordering from this place again. They spam Max Novelty on Facebook under 6 different names. When you click on them they take you to the same page but with a different title.

Order No. MN233-160006 placed on 16/08/2019.
Tracking No. is useless and I still haven't received my order.
Order of paint by numbers.
Tracking states it's in China.
I can't find an email address for them so I can contact them.
How long does it take to get to UK

Boy am I glad I found this page. I was just this minute going to place an order. It was going to be a paint by number acrylic on canvas. Very disappointed. By looking at the reviews I just saved myself $50.
I hope they get caught and soon!

I'm still waiting on an order placed the beginning of March 2018. No reply to emails. I checked their website to make sure it was fr okm the United States but know now its a bogus mailbox and instead is China. I think facebook has a responsibility to make sure yhe sites they promote and put in my feed are legit. Another black eye for Facebook or rather falsebook
