Through My order #1164701 i ordered two item at 11:45 pm on 9/08/2018 next day morning i realised one item (LCD Screen for Nokia C7 Astound (replacement display without touch) was worngly ordered instead of Nokia c7 touch screen so I informed customer care through telcon as well as through email to cancel the order. before shipping the order I requested them to cancel the order but 24 hours after the request for order cancelation they informed me that order is completely shipped and they cannot cancel the order. for me the part I am going to receive is useless.
in advance I made the request but they were not supportive.

I have ordered a product yesterday at evening for led screen of micromax A99.my money has beed deduced from my bank account of rs 606/-
I have paid from my debit (master card).
But seller is not giving me a conformation message.
Yesterday night I have mailed him about my quotes but he didn't me till now.

I am Amit Choudhary, paid Rs. 328 to Maxbhi.com for Sim tray for Samsung j7 pro on dated 26-04-2018. In-spite my mail to their sales and support team there is no reply from them about my order.

Can anyone help to get my order deliver.

Apart to above, i tried to contacted Maxbhi.com on their two contact number but they both numbers are continuously busy or ringing.

Please guide me if i need to lodge complain against Maxbhi.com.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I had purchased mobile case from maxbhi by online, but after three days my two nos order was cancelled on dated 23-09-17, which order no is 628130 & 633948. Order amount is Rs 349.00 (293.00 & 56.00). Till date have not refund my amount.

I have requesting to you pl refund the amount as soon as possible.

This is related to order number 572960. It's been a month since I am struggling with this order. These frauds there sent me a cheap local otg saying it's compatible with my phone model when in reality it's not. Then after 20 days of struggle they agreed to replace my product but only if I send the product back to them at my own expense. These frauds think that the customers are bloody [censor] who will bear with all their crap! I have a clear call recording of my conversation with their customer service representative where he has accepted that they have displayed the product saying that it's compatible with my phone model. Now I want them to either replace the product with a proper one at their own courier expenses or simply refund my money back to my paytm wallet!

I was cheated badly, for my order no. 429501 dated 9.2.17 of Rs. 540 for metal body housing of micromax nitro 2 e311. After few days, they canceled it and instead of refunding my money, they put it in e-wallet. Again I visited the same thing for site, and I found it with higher price, then I ordered again for my urgent need (order no 439608 dated 26.2.17 of Rs. 594. Again after few days, they canceled my order and instead of refunding my money, they put it in the e-wallet. Which was of no use for me.
I found them very irresponsible towards their own website and just pumping others money in their own account, instead of returning it to the person who's order were canceled.

I bought a USB cable from them and received an incorrect one. I contacted Maxbhi customer service and they promised me a refund. So I send the wrong item back and according to them I was supposed to get my money within 2-3 days, but I never received anything. It is now over a month and still no refund and these thieves stopped replying. I think this site is a scam and I would not recommend them to anyone. I hope they'll see this message and contact me as soon as possible.

I have ordered a screen from www.maxbhi.com and was supposed to get it in 5 days. 5 days later nothing arrived so I contacted Maxbhi and asked about my order. They seemed very nice and said how sorry they were and promised I'll get my screen soon. Another week passed and they said the same thing and claimed that my order was on its way. Later when I contacted again and spoke to another rep they said that my screen was not in stock for a long time and that my order was cancelled a long time ago! Asked for a refund and they said sure but I actually never received my money back. What a scam!

I want to left negative review about the company www.maxbhi.com. I have ordered two chargers from them, but the seller badly packaged them and these chargers arrived in damaged condition. They were in terrible condition and I decided that I wanted to change these chargers, but in result the seller hasn’t sent me these charges and told that they were the last ones. As well as he hasn’t offered any other solution.
