Is this complaint board helpful? I hope it is because your customer service staff (i asked for her name. She said Priya) does not seem to worry about her attitude to the customer. I would like to lodge complain regarding Maxis Home Fibre which I registered and installed in 10th january 2019.
I have subscribed for 30mbps Home Fibre Plan but the maxis installer installed 100mbps instead. When asked, I was told that I have to call the customer service to ask. On the same day when I called, the customer service representative who answered said that the details are not in their system yet and asked me to call again the next day. Hence, I have called again today (11th january 2019) and customer service representative named Priya answered. When I explained the situation, she pushed the responsibility to me saying that I registered for 100mbps not 30mbps and thus cannot change. When asked regarding who keyed in my registration details, she said she cannot say and say it is me who registered 100mbps plan and even quarrelled with me without giving any resolution. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. This is very not fair to me as customer and I could not find for alternative channel to contact to help further in this matter. I have just installed this yesterday (11th january 2019) and I already face this problem.
mobile number unable to receive bank tac
My mobile number couldn't receive bank OTP/TAC since early of Dec 2018.
Reported to Maxis - Case ID C21567462 but issue persist. Maxis Customer service officer promised to call me back but never fulfilled. Every time I called in, same excuses given... tried their best but they still need their own sweet time to fix it. I have wrote in a separate email to complaint, unsure if they would be bother to pick up the case and follow up to address my concerns.

2. Cannot purchase phone online because the address portion can't be amended. Click the box but nothing happens.
3. Called up the call Center. Unhelpful, told me change my address again online.
4. Didn't work. Went to Maxis center. Waited over an hour. Numerous charges for 2 sim because I have 2 phones.

I write to complaint a Female Customer Service who works at Maxis Centre located at AEON Shah Alam.
I just bought iPhone XS from maxis. Yesterday my Hp hang and I ask the customer service to check my Hp. Regardless the female customer service not gave me the full commitment and just instruct me to go to iPhone shop to repair my Hp.
In Malaysia, i know that our customer service line are not really professional and not always in good mood to greet the walk-in customer. we do not request she smile to us, but at least be professional with customer.
besides that, she is rude and impatients while talk to us too!
Maxis, recommend you not to hire a person like this as a customer service. Pls be professional, do not make yr loyal customer unhappy.
maxis home fibre can't use
I sent this letter to file a complaint regarding the internet connection. Since 5 December until now, the internet is not available and whenever the icon appears it say that there is no connection. My midterms are approaching and many assignments are also pending which needs to be completed by the end of this month. I have always paid my bills on time so I do not see any reason for this. Please sort this issue out as soon as possible so I do not have to deal with this inconvenience.

Sign up for new maxis fibre home in Oct 2018
1. Telephone line is not working (no signal at all) for almost 3 weeks since first installation - came to fix more than 3 times..can't solve.
2. Internet keep disconnected for 1-2 times since first installation - need to call up and call up..
3. The internet is not working since last week (1-Dec-2018), and they are still fixing it..
The reason is always: TM Fault..

This is a company where they will messed up their own customer account after system upgrade and need a customer continuously calling for more than an hour but never pick up the call. The best service they can provide is charging you money without giving what you are paying for. Live chat is always connecting, apps is always failed to log in, online portal shows you are not their customer, customer service will never answer your call, service center got a lot sales people stand but counter is always so little people... but surprisingly the bill will reach to you on time. Maxis the always providing unremarkable experience to their value customer.

Hari ini 5th December 2018 pada pukul 12:30pm Malaysia time dan Maxis representive telah menghubungi saya. Ini merujuk kepada kes sebelum ini iaitu (ID Aduan: [protected]-MXS). Nama representive Maxis ialah Rahimi dan dia membutar belit kenyataan. Saya memberitahu bahawa saya ingin bercakap dengan pengurusnya tetapi dia menolak permintaan saya. Saya memberitahu dia saya akan complaint ke Maxis dan MCMC dan dia dengan angkuhnya suruh saya buat demikian. Maxis masih tidak membalas apa-apa solution dan feedback kepada saya malah saya teleh membuat semua bayaran tertunggak. Tetapi saya rasa amat tersinggung dan tidak adil apabila Maxis tidak tanggungjawab atas pekerjanya serta computer system dan menuduh semua kesalahan kepada saya. maxis fiber, termination of contract
Before i sign up Maxis fiber Package, the sales rep. saying that can use back my existing tel no. then only i sign up contract. But when the installer come to install then told me that can not use back the existing number. Then i immediate go to Maxis Centre request to cancel the contract. Maxis said that i have to pay RM500 for termination of contract. After this i had keep calling customer service complaint and customer service also said that this matter have been solved. But Maxis keep charging me monthly fees.

waited for 1month, i complaint to my sales rep. then an arrangement been made for installation on 19th Oct (ref id:1301051) . nobody shows up. i called.. [protected] to ask PIC, she told me the correct installation date should be 22nd Oct, not 19th Oct.
22nd Oct and nobody shows up again.

25th Oct, customer service called me saying they'll deliver dect phone and i have to ask the guy to install for me.
26th Oct, the guy called me before he came and tell me that he'll only deliver the dect phone and no installation. when he reach my office, nothing has been done for installation & configuration on the router & modem. he refuse to do anything else and will bring the dect phone back since router & modem has not been configured.
the router been in my ofis for 3mths... nobody came to configure it.
i've make complaints thru maxis live chat for more than 20times... all callback with no further responds.

my complaint is I am having frquent faulty network issues.
I have called maxis on numerous time. Login to chat room however unable to be connected to an agent.
I am unable to make a report which I think is certainly maxis strategy to block users from lodging report.
Maxis- you should be ashamed of the ervice provided made worse by lousy customer service or support.

i wish to lodge a complaint regarding the installation of new fiber wifi at home my yesterday.
Fyi, there was no wiring installation done only use the old
wiring from previous telco.
Since yesterday i tried calling him to come back and check and assist with my login in for my laptop, there was no response.
Please arrange to send a new technician to recheck the setting or configuration of the router which i suspected might be wrongly connected or configure.

Two weeks ago I went to Melaka Mahkota Parade Maxis Centre to pay my phone bill. I told the lady I want to terminate my Maxis phone line because I now based in oversea. She she o.k. and she read out the total amount for me is RM545.80 and I paid everything.
When I came back to oversea and I receive my Google email bill from Maxis saying I still owed them RM296.05 and I very confused here. Why the lady in Mahkota Parade Melaka said I paid everything and no more owed anything to Maxis.

I want to complaint the crap service of maxis. I faced a nearly 2 weeks completely lost of internet at home since 9 Nov and I have called so many times the customer service to check the repairing progress until now this issue is not yet solved. I keep calling to check for the status and yesterday I just manage to know that the issue is stuck at the technical department and they are not trying to solve it due to the cable issue. They just let me know that I need to get the other contractor to get the cable done and by my own cost. Problem is as a customer how do we know how to solve the cable issue if this is not arranged by maxis since they are our service provider. Also maxis just let the issue hang at the what do they call technical department without informing customer to get any solution of it. Until we need to keep calling maxis to check for the status and after 2 weeks then we just knew that we need to arrange the contractor by our own to solve our issue? Won't u find this ridiculous and silly since this is so call the service provider? Now the issue is still stucking and I do not know who to contact as the contact that given by maxis is from shah alam but we are from Sarawak. What a crap service of maxis that is usually provide to their customer. I will try to complaint to customer right department to get my contract transfer back to TM who at least will help the customer to solve the technical issue.

I had face numerous times of unstable connection issue and tried to contact your customer service line, guess what? I waited over 30mins and nobody picking up my calls, i tried few times for couple of days and never there is any agent picking up!
Your number is trash, i will have to always to queue up in your live chat room and sit in front of pc for hours just to resolve small issues (and yet it has not been fully resolve until now).
I has submitted my application online to upgrade to 89/month package instead of the 139/mth now since end of Aug 2019, it show maxis will contact me within 2 weeks for this, but no, not even 2 months, and i has been charging the same high price until lately it has been resolve after my harsh follow up with your live chat agent. And yet they do not entertain my request to prorated these bill which was caused by maxis slow response.
Secondly, my phone was down for nearly 3 weeks eversince your upgrade of "new router", again spent many hours in front of pc talking to your agent, i am fine with their "few mins for one reply", but the promise of getting technician to contact me is fake! I had gotten so many empty promises from maxis of "will call you"!
Third, the line has been really unstable for last few months, you guys can check back your log record on my complaints, and yet no action taken until date! Charging me full monthly for service that are under performed is unfair!
I would also want to complain on your "reconnection fee", there are times where late payment happen but how come there is reconnection fee of RM10 imposed? and this fee was never inform to us by your agent when they say "will help to reconnect", sounds like a courtesy act but in fact when i check on my bill i got shock! I dont charge maxis network fault fee when your network down!
I am extremely pissed with your customer service, with your broadband, your phone and everything, i wish to terminate all your service now. I has been using astro, hotlink, home fiber for so many years and i think it is now time to say good bye.
Tell me how do i terminate it, and the method of return of your modem, phone and router!
