Mazda of South Charlotte I buyed a Mazda from Mazda of South Charlotte on 3/26

I buyed a Mazda from Mazda of South Charlotte on 3/26. The finance guy told me to buy an extended warranty for $1500. He said it was a real Mazda warranty and I could cancel it later if I wanted. After a week, I saw the warranty papers and it looked like it was from some other company, not Mazda. I called Mazda and they said it wasn't a real Mazda warranty. I emailed the finance guy a lot of times to cancel it, but I still haven't got my $1500 back. They need to give me my money back like they said they would.

Mazda of South Charlotte I bought a service contract from Mazda of South Charlotte for 36 months or 36,000 miles

I bought a service contract from Mazda of South Charlotte for 36 months or 36,000 miles. But, I sold my car to Carmax before the end of the contract with only 16,298 miles used. I called Andrew C at the dealership on X-XX-XXXX to ask for a refund. He said he would check and call me back. I waited nine days and called again, but he didn't answer. I asked for a copy of the service agreement, but I never got it. I called again on 10-14, but still no response. I'm frustrated and have filed a complaint with the N.C. Attorney General. Can someone help me?

Mazda of South Charlotte I got a Jeep Wrangler from this dealer in March 2022

I got a Jeep Wrangler from this dealer in March 2022. The price was listed as *** and I put *** down, which they said would give me a better payment. After buying, I looked back at my paperwork and saw that I was charged almost 5k extra, which confused me. I called the dealer and asked them to send me the paperwork so I could see the fees I was charged, but they said they would email me and never did. On further review, I saw that they put my income as 7k, even though I told them I make between 4-5k a month. I reached out through email, text, and even emailed the general manager for a resolution, but I still haven't heard back. I feel like they took advantage of me, especially since I had a fussy one-year-old with me and just wanted to get my paperwork signed and leave. They can't lie about income for financing, and I want to know about the extra fees I was charged for this Jeep.

Mazda of South Charlotte I had to sign a contract and pay upfront about 3 weeks before the car arrived at the dealership

I had to sign a contract and pay upfront about 3 weeks before the car arrived at the dealership. I told the salesman, ***, many times that I wanted FWD. When I talked to the Sales Manager, I asked many times about the difference between the Grand Touring model and the Touring with an additional package they were trying to sell me. They told me 3 differences that were okay with me. They didn't tell me that the radio was different and not Sirius XM capable. They told me that the replacement radio would cost another $600. When I picked up the car, I saw that it was AWD, not FWD. The sales manager told me something inaccurate, that the difference in mileage was minimal. My experience is a difference of 2.5 mpg which I find unacceptable. I want the Sirius compatible radio I was led to believe I was buying and also monetary compensation for the difference in mileage. They offered me a "plug-in" Sirius adapter, but that is unacceptable for several reasons. One, the antenna is located on the windshield which would easily be ripped off or damaged in a car wash, 2, it takes up the connector slot in the console, and 3, it must be manually turned off to access any other source of audio which would be impossible while driving. The car I picked up was not what I thought I was buying... lower grade radio and AWD were not disclosed, but since I had signed the contract I had no choice but to take it. Nothing in the contract listed the specific included items so I had no way of knowing it was AWD. Had I been told the whole truth in the beginning, I would have opted to wait on a Grand Touring model. Salespeople, especially the Sales Manager, should tell people the truth!

Mazda of South Charlotte I had my car serviced at Mazda of South Charlotte to replace the brake pads and rotors

I had my car serviced at Mazda of South Charlotte to replace the brake pads and rotors. Unfortunately, the service was not performed correctly, which led me to have to replace my four brand new tires. I ended up purchasing all four new tires at Toyota of Concord NC on 10/10 for $599.20 using my debit card. The installation of all four tires was done the next day on 10/11 by advisor Tim Jones, and it cost me $176.91 using my debit card. The car mileage at the time was 31,490.

I also had to purchase and replace the front and rear brake pads and rotors on 8/05, which was done by advisor Garry Earnheart. The cost was $395.01, and the invoice number was MACSXXXXXX. The price was deducted because I was overcharged previously $198.82 worth in service. The car mileage at the time was 40,555.

On 3/17, I visited Mazda of Southern States in *** NC to diagnose my car as the steering wheel had started shaking while driving. Advisor Caitlin B wrote a file in my account stating that the "steering wheel shaking was caused by front rotor being warped and need resurfacing, tires are cupping, recommend new tires." My tires were brand new and less than 2 years old. My rotors and brake pads were replaced 7 months old and already warped to the point that they have damaged my new tires. Technician Trevor Brenton stated that there was nothing I could've done to the vehicle while driving to cause my rotors to warp, it was simply due to misplacement and no balancing when installed. My vehicle was not aligned or balanced properly during this service and this has caused damage to my vehicle.

I went to the Mazda of South Charlotte on 12/11 to get my vehicle checked and an oil change. There was no mention of tires cupping or rotors being warped. I was not informed of a problem until three months later when my steering wheel was shaking and became unsafe to drive (less than 4000 miles), that my car's tires had been damaged due to the car not being balanced properly.

Mazda of South Charlotte I bought a 2015 *** Pathfinder on 10/23 with a check from my bank

I bought a 2015 *** Pathfinder on 10/23 with a check from my bank. But when I drove it home, I noticed it was sputtering when changing gears. So, I took it to Mazda of South Charlotte to get it checked. I called my bank to stop payment on the check until I could figure out what was wrong with the car. The car stayed at the dealership for about 8 to 10 days. Someone from the dealership called me and said they would replace the transmission with a warranty if I agreed to process the check. I agreed and got my car back on November 4th. But after a few days, it started sputtering again and making a knocking noise under the engine. I contacted the dealership on 11/18 and took the car back. The service manager heard the knocking sound and reached out to the Sales Manager (***). He said I should have bought the extended warranty and refused to take the car back or fix anything else. He said he might contribute to the repairs if the service guys found anything wrong. But they didn't find anything, even though the car still sputters and knocks. I took the car back again with my warranty paperwork, but they said the warranty was voided in the system and that the warranty company would contact me. Mazda sold me a bad car and didn't fix it.

Mazda of South Charlotte I got a 2021 Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of South Charlotte, but I'm having trouble with the legroom

I got a 2021 Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of South Charlotte, but I'm having trouble with the legroom. My leg is at a 90-degree angle, and it's causing me pain. I traded in my 2017 Hyundai Tucson for this car, but I'm having second thoughts. I'm 6 ft tall, and the seat to gas pedal is too tight. I went back to the dealership three times, and they couldn't fix it. I even tried sitting in three different Mazdas, but they all have the same problem. I just want my old car back because I didn't have any issues with it. The salesman said he couldn't give it back to me, so I contacted the general manager. They offered to trade the Mazda for my old car, but they want me to pay $6,500 for the depreciation. That's not fair because the car lost 27% of its value in less than a week. All I want is a comfortable car that doesn't cause me pain.

Mazda of South Charlotte I was charged $2,375.08 for something I didn't know I was doing wrong

I was charged $2,375.08 for something I didn't know I was doing wrong. I was happy with my 2015 Mazda 6 and got a good deal on a 12,000-mile lease. After 17 months, I got calls asking if I wanted to lease a 2016 Mazda 6 with the same deal. I was told the market value for my car was high, and I could drive a new car while Mazda made a profit. I upgraded the navigation and paid $5 more per month. I thought my contract was the same as before, but when I turned in the car after 48 months, I was charged for going over the 10,000-mile limit. I was never told about this limit and feel tricked. I left messages and tried to contact Mazda, but no one helped me. I talked to a manager in March, but they said they couldn't do anything. I received the notice on 2/18, and I owe $2,375.08. I bought the 2015 car on 9/20 and the 2016 car on 2/6.
