Happy meal toy
My child received the Sing 2 toy in the Happy Meal. The most absolute waste of cardboard I have ever seen. I'm an adult and I had a little bit of trouble putting it together and not only that the bulldozer broke in seconds. My kid was so excited until we got the box open it up to find out it's just another box of cardboard garbage! This is not a toy it's a craft project for kids to crush! The stupidest play craft, I think McDonald's has ever put in their happy meals! Why do you think my child chooses McD Over Chick-fil-A?
Desired outcome: Go back to your normal movie toys. Kids Love it!

I went in McDonald's and this guy in kitchen kept staring at me and giving me dirty looks. He made me feel uncomfortable. His tag said shift manager and I think his name was Ben. This isn't the first time he's done this. I come to middlebrook McDonald's with my kids on a weekly bases and I don't see why my kids should have to miss out because someone is googling at me

Wrong order
I bought 3 meals at Mc Donalds Pavillion Mall and one of my orders were a sprite drink, only to drink and find out that's its sparkling water and not Sprite.. I'm very disappointed because that's not what I paid for or even ordered.
Desired outcome: They need to check their machines if they make the drinks at the restaurant.

we ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit
and a big breakfast with hot cakes and asked to sub. bacon instead of sasuge
and a large dr pepper, and a me carmel machiatto,
the clerk didnt understand what we were saying and kept asking bacon or sasuage over and over we said bacon.
when we got the order we got sasuage and side of bacon so we asked for manager which another unable to speak or understand english gentleman came and we finally got bacon and got our money for side of bacon refunded. my problem is you dont hire people that can not speak english. or understand it. my god we are in america and they conform to our ways here.this is the worst store ever. Never can they speak or understand anything.

Coffee
It doesn't matter if I bought it from the store on the shelves at a grocery store or if I buy directly from a restaurant, this coffee makes me feel sick to my stomach and I'm in the bathroom several times a day when other coffees do not make me have the same effect.
They need to change their supplier posthaste.
I am not the only one who has this problem as I have heard it from several other people.

Then stop drinking it. I never had that problem with Mcdonald's Coffee, nor have I heard of anyone having getting sick, but I believe you.

I tried to order 60 chicken nuggets and four cheeseburgers I wanted fries they're out of french fries understood they make me pull forward wait almost 15 minutes bring me my order I ask if everything‘s there they say yes I put the bag in the truck I almost get home I reach in the bag I missing half of my order I come back pull through the drive-through up to the window ask for the rest of my order and only thing I got was why didn't you stop at the speaker didn't know there was a lot I had to stop the speaker to talk to somebody now I've been waiting in line almost 10 minutes you got cars backed up out around the block you have four or five cars waiting for their food and there is nothing being done this is the worst service I've ever gotten
Desired outcome: Want you to train your employees better to count and put the right order in the right bag and now that I have cold food you can compensate me for my 28 something that I ordered from your restaurant
burgers under cooked
We went to Mcdonalds for dinner, and spent over $50 for dinner, and we get under cooked burgers. They were pink in the middle. Its gross and I hope no one gets sick. We had too through them out. The girl at the drive through keep messing up our order and had to get help. This happened 12/22/2021. I feel we should get a refund. I'm sending a picture of a burger and the receipt. Just nasty!

French fries cold and stale
Went through drive through and ordered 2 cheeseburger meal and a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. For the 2nd time in a row at the same location, the French fries were outright cold and stale. They were not even edible. It's 18 degrees outside and I don't think I should have to keep inconveniencing myself because McDonald's cannot make their fries warm.

As a 50+ year McDonalds customer I am very very disappointed in your chain. The food quality has gone downhill to such an extent that I refuse to patronize your company.
For instance, the fries taste like cardboard, the beef patties taste like they were stored in salt barrels for a few years, and the buns are dry and tasteless now.
It's a shame really, as I said, I've eaten at McDonald's for almost my entire life.
I am also highly perturbed at your removing the bagels from the menu. The steak bagel was wonderful.

2 double quarter pounders
1 of my double quarter pounder was full with grease Including the container and the bag, when I called to complain the manager montrise was very disrespectful telling making excuses for her workers and telling me I have to bring the food back an or there nothing she can do. As I tried to explain to her I live way in prince George which it's a 25min drive and I work 6am til 6pm. I had to throw my food in the trash, I also took pics, please take care of this matter for me either with my food replaced or my money back, thanku.

Every time i come to this McDonald's my food is cold. My fries my sandwich don't be fresh. If I'm going to spend my money here I expect hot food. Then they do a lot talking and messing around. The service is better in the morning/afternoon

I went to McDonald's on 12-17-21. At 9:17pm. Knowing the store doesn't close until 11pm. Only one lane was open at the drive thru. so I stayed in line although there was 6 cars in front of me the line was pretty long. I sat there for about 7 minutes and nobody had not been served yet. While I'm waiting i looked in the store and one of the female employees was on her phone texting.. Then cars started pulling off in front of me until finally I was at the order speaker. I sat there for a couple of minutes no one said anything to me so I started saying Hello is anyone there to take my order. Still no response so I pulled off and left. I was there for 15 or so...That was completely unacceptable and rude.

Your recent commercial is grammatically incorrect. As an educator for over 25 years, I cannot see how your advertising department developed this without following grammar rules. The rule is 'more' plus word or add 'er' to the word. Not both. Also, "perfect is an absolute like " unique". There is no "more perfect" or "most perfect". Neither is grammatically correct because "perfect" cannot be quantified. As a corporation, it is your responsibility to present information properly. Please find a way to make this right or put a disclaimer on your commercial. Thank you.
