a carpenters nail in my fillet o fish; safety of eating fast food
I went to the McDonald's I noted above and was enjoying my meal . Half way through I bit into the 3 or / nd last bite and almost swallowed a carpenters nail a half inch long . I got sick and my tooth broke completely in half I am seriously so upset please make sure someone calls me ASAP in regards to this matter as I Am expecting compensation [protected]

Bought a 175 Baht breakfast n came with no coffee sugar, no butter for the muffins, when asked for a small piece of butter, the thai lady replied I must pay extra money, fine, then I asked for toilet, she pointed me to a wrong direction n by the time I got there, the door was locked, went back to ask her for keys, she said no need but the door was locked and I couldn't hold on to my pee coz I am 62, oh my, I ended up not eating this used to be my most favourite M breakfast n went across the road n got in Burger King for way better service, cheaper price and a private toilet, feeling extremely disappointed

southwest salad no chicken
I went thru the drive thru and ordered a Southwest Salad with no chicken because I don't eat meat. Half way thru my salad, noticed it had bacon in it. At first I thought it was a tortilla chip, but after I dug around I notice several pieces of bacon, and not small pieces. I looked up the ingredient just to be sure and sure enough, the Southwest Salad does not contain bacon, not sure why it was added to my order.

April 20, 2019, 11:40 pm, mcdonalds location grahamville rd ridgeland sc 29936. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe. It's advertised with lettuce and tomato which is the reason I ordered it. Of course it was at the drive thru, after leaving the location oand getting back on the interstate I open the box and no tomato and the lettuce was wilted and brown I considered it unedible. I had to remove the lettuce in order to eat the sandwich. I could have just ordered a quarter pounder which would have been cheaper.

Worst customer service ever! McDonald's on telegraph by baumgartner is the absolute worst. Managers are the most disrespectful people. They roll their eyes at you, ignore you and talk about what they did last night with employees right in front of you. Apparently no one seems to care because several complaints have been made about this particular store and if you go in there today the same managers with the same attitudes will be working. I don't understand how these people are even allowed to work in customer service, smh. Horrible, horrible!

I had ordered 15 jr bacon cheesburgers. 4 large fries. 3 cokes. And ended up with 10 jr cheesbrugers 4 fired and 3 cokes after having paid supposedly 38 dollars for it. I had paid 20 on my card and 18 cash but never recieved the 15 bacon jr cheese burgers. But instead what i had originally mentioned and after ordering extra sauce on the side the employee said he had already included it but by the time i got home i realized non of the burgers had bacon. We were missing 5 and had no sauces as well.
I am complaining about the drive-thru service
Actually, Every morning i went for coffee to MacDonald's at "3500 Major Mackenzie Dr W, Vaughan ON L4H 3T6". But, the drive-thru service is more then worst at this place. Firstly, i have to wait upto 2-3 mins near order screen but, nobody take an order, nobody speaks Instead i have to say hello, hi so many times.Then, i move to window and they put me in a waiting line just for 1 cup of coffee. This i really bad. I don't know whats their problem. Please fix it asap.

I was just at the Mcdonalds in Rensselaer Indiana store #12455 on College Drive. I will provide a photo of my receipt. I live approx 23 miles away. When I got home and we were to eat lunch before work after the first bite discovered the burgers were raw, not pink but red, raw. This is not healthy and I have had a restaurant and know food temps, this was cold. I tried to call the Mcdonalds, call went through each time but nobody would speak. I could hear everything they were saying. I tried to call 5 times to try to resolve this, I will call the Jasper County Health Dept. We had no lunch today, spent money I don't have on your restaurant and they were so disrespectful they wouldn't even talk on the phone. decaf coffee
I am a very regular customer, almost every weekday for the last 4 years. This location has just gone thru new management and have gotten a decaf coffee machine. This morning was the 2nd time within a week, that the coffee machine is not working. Not only did they not ask me if I wanted something else, they didn't give me my money back. My order is always the same - 2 big breakfasts no hotcakes, bagels instead of biscuits and a large decaf 8 creams no sugar. I enjoy the workers here, always friendly and smiling. Please go back to brewing a pot of decaf coffee instead of taking the chance that the machine will work. I am losing faith in Mcdonalds!

I had gone into to the MacDonalds Footscray Ballarat road on 8 April 2019. I ordered a medium Cappuccino, 2 ham and cheese pockets (no ham). The store gave me ham and cheese pockets with ham. I had a large mocha this morning and after 10 minutes I felt that my skin is itchy and after an hour all my body got red rash and was itchy like hell. I couldn't believe what was going on as my colleague was so scared of the rapid reaction which was happening. I could barely open my eyes and my job is in rail corridor.
I never had any kind of allergies to anything. It as a terrible experience.

I went to McDonald's on Friday, March 8th. I ordered an Egg & Bacon McMuffin to go. I paid cash (which I never do usually). It was a new girl on the cash. She told me it was only her 2nd day (I believe). Quickly after, I got the impression that there was a problem with my order since my number was not appearing on the screen like all the other orders. Even customers after me, their order # was appearing right away but mine still wasn't, so I mentioned it to a person behind the counter. She assured me that my order was on the way. I did eventually get it but they never called it out. It just appeared to be sitting on the counter after a while. Unusual but nonetheless, I was on my way. It wasn't until I got home and pulled out my receipt & looked at my change that I realized that I was $5 short on the change back. I was supposed to get $16.05 back but I only got $11.05 back. It was obvious because there was only 2 $5 bills in my wallet, and the same amount of change I had before. So, I was not too happy because this wasn't even close by. I would have to go out of my way to go back, and I was too tired to do that, so I decided to wait until the next day. I figured it was the only way to get the proper change back. So, I went back the next evening. I didn't feel like it but I also didn't want to be out by $5. Everything today is already expensive enough. It's hard enough already. When I got there, I explained it to the girl at the cash, and she didn't say anything, she just walked away! I assumed she was going to get somebody else, and sure enough, she did eventually come back & tell me that her boss would have to come and open the cash register. Instead, what happened though, was that I had explain again what had happened, and she said she would have to call her manager to find out what the sales were the previous day (something like that). So, I had to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. The longer I waited, the more upset I got. First of all, I never got an apology. Instead, I felt treated as though I was the one making the mistake! The person I talked to, "Kimmy" she said was her name, was not willing or considerate at all about my inconvenience or humiliation of having to wait for so long for this to get resolved. It was ridiculous. I could not believe the lack of "customer service". It was so upsetting that we ended up arguing about it. For god sake, really? She just added insult to injury about the whole matter! It was a terrible way to resolve the situation. I don't think I've ever been more upset about the way that I was treated! It was terrible! Those people did not know how to deliver proper customer service. I will never go back there. That was a nightmare! Not the way I intended to spend a Saturday evening! That was an awful experience. One I will not forget. I can't believe that Kimmy cared more about $5 than to keep a customer happy. That's the problem with large companies today. They don't care about the customers anymore. That was so clearly demonstrated tonight. UNBELIEVABLE!
