I have purchased a phone of Micromax company model no. Q3 from Universal Cellular Phone via Cash memo no. 2607 based at Faridabad. I am facing a lot of problems by using this phone. After purchasing within 1 months i faced a problem of 'phone not charging'. I contact to nearest service Center named 'Shiv Telecom' at Old Faridabad. They rectified the problem. After 2 days i faced the same problem. They said the connection was loose. They returned it back. After 15 days i faced that the handsfree option is on without attaching hands free, so i was not able to talk form this phone. Since 15 days i am facing the same problem. I visited service center 2-3 times to rectify this problem. When today on 23-11-09 i visited the service center, they said the mike has broken and you will be charged rs. 112.00 for this. With in 3 months i have faced a lot of problem, whenever i goes to service center, i have to take leave for the half day. It is so hactic for me.Please do the needful.

I am trying to connect to the internet and the email services but the message that is displayed is internet connection failed, the same settings are working fine on nokia N72, LG, and Nokia 3210.
From this it is apparently clear that there is nothing wrong in the settings, the phone has some problem.
The settings I am using on the MicromaxQ3 are provided by the sevice provider

If the phone is faulty, that is if it really supports GPRS and mail in practice the they should come forward and replace the set.
I AM TRYING TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET AND E-MAIL SERVICE BUT THE MASSAGE THAT IS DISPLAYED IS INTERNET CONNECTION IS FAILED THE SAME SETTING ARE WORKING FINE ON OTHER MOBILE PHONE.

i m very much disappointed with the services of MICROMAX MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last 2 Months about my Micromax X360 set like Keypad, Sound and Battery backup etc. I bought Micromax x360 set on 7th feb, 2010, during the period, I faced many problems of worse keypad service, a very little batry back up and 3rd class sound quality, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. I have purchased a phone of Micromax company model no. Q3 from telephone shopee based at kothrud, pune. I am facing a lot of problems by using this phone. After purchasing within weeks i faced a problem of 'phone not charging', discharging of phone imediately.i had already contacted to the service centre they had replaced my batteries 2 times till now and done software work 1 time.still the problems seems to be as it is. I had contacted to nearest service Center named 'micromax service centre'(infinity solutions) at pasalkar bhavan, shivaji nagar, pune. They rectified the problem. After 2 days i faced the same problem. They returned it back. I visited service center 3-4 times to rectify the problem. With in 2 months i have faced a lot of problem, whenever i goes to service center, i have to take leave from my job. It is so hactic for me.Please do the needful.my job order sheet no. is 1606. and it is showing some pending work..This time i dont want any service from your centre ..You just either handover a new peice or refund my money.Otherwise i would have to proceed to the consumer court situated at bibvewadi, pune.

I have been a victim of online e-commerce website timtara.com. The company’s address is Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd., B-26 Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida, Uttar Pradesh -201301. I ordered a Micromax Canvas-II Mobile phone on 23-01-2013 and delivery was scheduled within 3 weeks, now it’s 1 month and the Order No. #[protected] still shows the status as

I've called customer care almost 25-30 times (+[protected] & +[protected]), generated support ticket (Ticket #57202), mailed on all of the email ids but no response or action being taken, always their support desk asking to wait for next 24/48 hrs. But no one ever calls me back. They have crossed all imaginable limits. I get frustrated by listening the same replies every time. Even they don’t confirm me about the cancellation process also. They say that they cannot do anything just forwarding my request to concerned department, but no one taking action on it. I have been requesting updates, sending stern messages on the ticket and absolutely no one is attending. The Customer care refuse to transfer me to someone in authority so that I can get the issue resolved. They have even hung up the phone when I insist that I want my issue resolved. As stated in the policy clearly, that I can request a refund ANYTIME before the shipping of the product which is what I did but haven't got any response.
I require the product urgently but timtara is not delivering. I am suffering just because of timtara’s negligence and not delivering the product on time. What’s the use if I do not get the product on time. I have not only suffered monetary loss (as I have to make multiple calls) but also have been harassed as their CC is hardly ever reachable. It takes a desiccated 45 minutes to get through to them. I am really now worried about my product and money. I have already made the payment by credit card whose bill has also been generated & I have neither received the product nor my money. The said amount is also blocked for this time period. In the process, they earn interest on the amount paid in advance.
It seems that this site is cheating the people out of their money [as apparent from the complaints seen on the Internet]. What makes me wonder is the audacity of the founders/managers of this website, who continue to give out discount coupons (Huge discount coupons), even run affiliate campaigns with affiliates networks, while innocent e commerce buyers are made to suffer at the hands of their pathetic consumer behavior.
There is no way that this website should continue to exist. Huge financial fines, frozen bank accounts and even judicial actions against the persons behind this kind of action should be initiated and an example must be made where such kind of activities should not be repeated by others. The CEO of this website Mr.Arindam Bose be the co-accused for committing such INTENTIONAL FRAUD of keeping customer’s funds for no apparent reason and not allowing escalation, looting people’s hard earned money. He is destroying the name of e-commerce by cheating and fraud.
Kindly intervene to either get the product delivered or refund at the earliest so that I can get it from some other vendor quickly. Please HELP me as I want to teach them a lesson so that they could never be so insensitive towards the consumers.
I hope that my complaint here will fetch me some response.
