Mighty Plumbing and Heating LLC is the real deal! They sent a guy named *** to fix my swamp cooler before winter. He came on time and did the job quickly. He knows his stuff and is a cool dude, but still very professional. Mighty Plumbing and Heating LLC has some great guys working for them, and *** is one of my favorites.

Mighty Plumbing and Heating LLC did a great job installing my toilet yesterday. They were on time (even a bit early!) which was awesome. The installation quality was great and the new toilet is working perfectly. The plumber even covered their shoes with plastic slip ons when they came into my house. Overall, I give them a 5 star rating! I'll definitely be referring my friends and family to Mighty Plumbing and Heating. Thanks again!

Mighty Plumbing and Heating put in a new AC and furnace on June 1. They said they'd get me a permit and inspection from the city of Littleton, Colorado. I've been asking them about it every 3 weeks for 90 days now, but they keep making excuses. They haven't even tried to get the permit and won't tell me why. I've been waiting for over 90 days now. I just want the city to do the inspection and give me the paperwork.

I used Mighty Plumbing to put in a ductless mini split AC. *** was my sales guy, he quoted me at $11,400 and set the date for an upcoming Monday for the install. The Friday before, I contacted *** to verify the details and price, which he confirmed. The install was set for 8am Monday morning. At 847am the day of the install, *** texts me a message detailing they had a massive price increase over the weekend and now the quoted price we had agreed on, and confirmed, would be $3,000 more after push back, he said they could reduce it $300, so $2700 more than initially agreed on, admitting his mistake he said he would set up a call with the owner to further reduce the price which never happened. Mind you, I have called off all the other companies I got quotes from, under a time crunch, I had no other choice but to move forward, but is this how a reputable company should do business? Get a customer in the door with an attractive quote then pull the sheet out from under once you have them cornered? Additionally *** promised work would be done in 1 day, it took 2 days with lots of loose ends to tie up- took them two weeks and lots of contact from me to repair the dry wall they had to remove and seal the holes they made on the outside of my property. Additionally was never even given an invoice, or copies of the permits they supposedly pulled. I contacted the main office and *** was very nice and helped me coordinate these things, she seemed equally surprised at how they had dropped the ball on all these details. *** asked multiple times to speak with the owner, or someone who could offer me some kind of explanation as to how prices can drastically change $3,000 from an agreed upon price over the weekend. I have contacted the company multiple times asking to talk to someone who can resolve this issue, repeatedly, but always get brushed off. This is not how a business should conduct themselves. I dont know where to go from here.
