I was so mad! I mean, come on, I paid good money for those things and they arrived broken! And then they wouldn't even do anything about it! It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I ain't too happy with PlumbTap. They done me wrong, and I wouldn't suggest them to nobody. They ain't been getting back to me about my refund, and it's been a real hassle. I reckon you ought to steer clear of these folks and find somebody else to do your plumbing work.

So, I ordered some stuff from PlumbTap and got an email right away saying they got my order. But, I messed up and ordered the wrong size. I tried to cancel it right away by sending them an email and a message on their website. I did it all in like 5 minutes, but when I called to check, they said they already shipped it! That's not cool, man. Their customer service is terrible. I asked for a prepaid return slip, but they said no way. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Stay away!

I had a major issue with my Mira excel shower, it was turning ice cold halfway through my shower! (ugh, the worst). One of my coworkers suggested that I try changing the cartridge before I go and spend a ton of money on a new shower or calling in a pricey plumber.

So, I hit up Google and searched for "mira excel cartridge". After comparing a bunch of prices that ranged from ?95 to ?150, I stumbled upon plumbtap.com.
