I ordered a dress from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I did so. It took about 3 months to come, and the quality was terrible! The dress was so small, I couldn't get it over my shoulders. I couldn't reach anyone about returning the garment; on top of that, my credit card was compromised, and I suspect it is this so called company. I wish they had negative stars. Do not by from this company.

On their page it says "Ships within 5-10 business days". I ordered my ONE clothing item on July 7th and just got an email today that it is shipping. July 20th should have been the LATEST that it would ship, according to THEIR Facebook page. I also, was not aware that this product was shipping from China. I have emailed them 4 times and still have not received a response back. I will return to this complaint board when I actually receive my clothing item in high doubts that this will even slightly look like what I truly ordered.

I purchased 2 dresses, they did not fit, have emailed 4 times for a return address and refund, I then posted my items back, they said they did not receive them and no refund forthcoming. I cannot get my money back. $118.00 New Zealand.
I have emailed them daily since June and they tell me they have not received my returned dresses. New Zealand post said they had been delivered.

I am very unsatisfied with their guest service. I've rarely seen such incompetency. This is the fourth e-mail I write to the company to return dresses that don't fit my bridesmaid. None of them wrote an answer to tell me the return adress as explained on their website. This is 2018, I can't believe they don't honor their return policy. I NEED RETURN ADDRESS AND GUARANTEE OF FULL REFUND. Please help.

I placed my order MC #191219 Melanie - Elegant Tunic Dress and Alina - casual striped jumpsuit, my credit cad was charge on June 25, 2018. I did not receive my two items until yesterday July 25. The clothing is very poorly made and rips and missed hems... as you are well aware, nor do they fit properly. I expect a full refund of 79.90, and a response. Its funny that you charged my credit card in 1 day, but took over a month to receive the items, that are so poorly made.
Here is a copy of your return policy that I reviewed before purchasingIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of delivery of your order.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don't come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.
*All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee. The return shipping cost is not to be considered on us.
How to return/exchange unsuitable/unwanted item?
Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Please contact us through our contact page.
2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Post your item to a given address. We recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
4. As soon as we have your return, we will issue a full refund/exchange. We'll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.
First of all your items have no labels or tags or anything, they are extremely poorly made, as you are very well aware. Second, you are not answering any of the emails as you instructed to do. I have sent several emails and not hearing back from any.
I want a full refund and an address to send what you call clothing back to you. You have the worst customer service and leads me to believe you are out to scam people. Your clothing looks nothing like the photos and all your posted written agreement are not being honored! I will be contacting my bank and the better business bureau, to report you as scam. At least as a company you should stand behind your product, and your written posted legal agreement of returns!

unable to return item and no response to queries
Hi,
I placed an order on the site, when it eventually arrived it was see-through so of course I wanted a return.
I went on the website to find out how to return and they gave an email address. I emailed (within the 14 days quoted) and have yet to have a response. I have chased up the email a further 4 times but still nothing back from them and no refund into my account.
I also tried contacting on Facebook and Instagram but had nothing there either...

I purchased from here, took ages to arrive, tried them on and they are made from very cheap material, sizes way to small. i have been trying to contact them since to organise returns as per their website but no one ever replies. It's companies like these that make online shopping impossible for me.

I ordered an outfit, which took forever to arrive. When it did, I saw all kinds of threads hanging loose that I would need to trim on it. Also, when I tried it on, the size seemed smaller than expected. I immediately emailed to exchange it for a different size and they have never replied to any of my emails, which I send twice a week. I am now asking for my refund and still no replies.

general experience - especially returns
Horrible experience! Avoid purchasing here, is not worth it! items are not what they look like in the picture, packages take for ever to arrive and then they never answer your emails to process a return. I lost my money. I hope all this complains get read and people stop getting ripped off. By the way, their transactions are made by a company named stripe.com, they are not of much help but maybe if they get a lot of complains they may do something about this merchant.

Clothing is not what is shown. Customer service is terrible. I have sent over 10 emails and no one will respond to me on how to return this dreadful outfit I ordered. Not sure who it was meant to fit. It's see thru too!
If you go to their website and go to returns it takes you to their vague customer service email which they do not respond to. They do not even provide a contact number. It's nice that I have 14 days to return and I'm on day 7 with no response. They responded immediately when I asked when my package was going to be delivered. From reading other reviews seems like an automated response.

Agree with another post. Clothing is NOT what is shown. Had I known it was cheaply made products from China I would never have ordered anything. It's a total sham and scam. Have been emailing them for two weeks to return items and am beyond frustration. Ordered product in June, received it in July. I want to return everything purchased as nothing will last beyond it's first wash. Don't buy anything from this company.

I bought a product for $39.00. . First it took 3 weeks to get, but they were quick in assuring me it had been shipped. Upon receiving the product, I saw it came from China, was the worst quality of fabric and has low quality zipper that was not working properly. As soon as I wanted to return it I sent them umpteen emails and never heard from them again. Consumer BEWARE as they do claim they will offer free returns guaranteed.
After they saw my complaint on Trust pilot they told me they would refund my money if I took down the poor review. I took it down for 2 weeks and NO REFUND was given. This is a disingenuous company run by unethical people.

I ordered two dresses from Milk and Choco that didn't work out. I emailed immediately to request that a return be initiated as indicated on the website. I have emailed on 3 separate occasions, all with no response. Their website notes that all inquiries are responded to within 2 days. That's just false.
I would like a response to my email and to return the unworn dresses and have my card credited.

The dress I ordered is great.
It took about 6 weeks to get to me (Canada), which I didn't mind.
The dress doesn't fit unfortunately. One of the reasons I ordered from milk and choco was because they claim to do easy returns. Free.
I emailed them the same day I received my package, as my package didn't include any invoice or return instructions.
It's now been 2 weeks. 5 emails later... Still no answer. I will now be stuck with this dress, as they request items to be returned withing 14 days.
I order alot online, and I do not recommend ordering from this website.

I have emailed this company three times to return items I have ordered were not represented well on the site and did not fit. I have not received any response which makes me think this company is fraudulent.
The items I ordered do not really resemble the products as advertised on Instgram. The quality is also terrible. I'm also wondering why there isn't any valid return information on the site.

I received my item finally and it is crap. Not as pictured, the size is terrible, large in some areas, small in some areas. Quality is horrible. I have tried to return it but no one will get with me, there is no phone number to call them and have sent at least 4 emails. Their website shows easy returns but there is no phone number only an email - no responses from them at all due to my numerous attempts. This is clearly a scam and needs to be reported. I ordered a dress that took forever to receive... because it was shipped from China! When it arrived it was in a plastic pouch with no receipt or tags attached to the dress. It is ooorly constructed, the hem is unfinished and the fabric is cheap. I want to return it because it is not what was shown on their site. I went online to see how to return and you must contact them first. The site says you need your receipt and the tags need to be attached. What a scam since the did not send an invoice receipt either the order nor does the dress have any tags. I have emailed them 4 times now. Oh and the kicker to all of this is you have 14 days to return! Seems like a HUGE scam and I would NEVER order from this site again
no email reply for returns
I ordered 3 items from this company from the size guide provided. They items took a month to arrive and when they did they were way too small, meaning 3 or more sizes too small. I have now tried to contact their support email multiple times and have not yet had a reponse from them. I have started to get quite annoyed and frustrated as they were highly reccommended and now it just seems lile tgey are ripping people off including me. I paid over $160AUD for my items amd all i want to ddo is return the 3 dresses and get a refund.
