They even opened a new website and new social media sites under the name Choco&Milk to try to avoid the negative reviews for FALSE ADVERTISING AND STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY!

I ordered a dress on Monday, July 23. The website said delivery takes 5-10 business days. This means it should be delivered by Friday, August 3, or thereabouts.
It didn't arrive, and I sent multiple emails to the customer support email address because that is the only contact method. I never heard back. The event I ordered the dress for was on August 11.
The package finally arrived on Saturday, August 18. I want to return it because they totally missed their deadline and I didn't receive my order in time. I have sent two emails to customer support because you're supposed to email to get return instructions, but have not gotten a response. You supposedly have 14 days to return the dress from when it is delivered, but there's no way I can do it within that time frame if they don't respond. Does anyone have a phone number or some other way to contact them?

Took one month to arrive and they took some time to reply to my email asking what the status of my order was. The dress arrived today and not only does it have a huge hole, but it is also definitely NOT a Large size. I am a Medium and ordered a Large to have a bit extra length and this is clearly a Small or Extra Small. I want my money back. I am not happy with the garment at all and do not want any replacement. Enjoy the photos, which make me look like a neanderthal in a Large dress even though I'm a Size US 8 / AUS 10.

ordered a jumpsuit 1st July, took quite a bit of time to arrive with coming from China. Item received was wrong jumpsuit...tried contacting them on how to return item and get refund...daily emails, message left on Facebook without any joy...total disgrace, quick enough to take your money. Item received was cheap looking not worth money i paid. I have now since reported this to my bank.
Complaints board may be able to help...at least someone seems to be listening.

I ordered a dress from milk & choco.in their advertisement they said I could change size, free return and full refund if not happy with my purchase. I got the dress to see it was broken and not like the pictures. I tried to contact support directly but still after 4 weeks, 4 emails I have not yet received any reply. I ordered the dress from the us, its been made in china and sent to me in norway. There was not even a returadresse on the package. This is the worst customerservice I have experienced. Totally ignore customers who wants to make a complaint.

Ordered a dress and it's NOTHING like the picture. Looks so cheap and doesn't fit. Poorly made. Followed their instructions for a return. No response for DAYS! This company needs to be shut down. Total scam. Can't even say their customer service is terrible because their customer service is NONEXISTENT! No response to emails and no other way to contact them. Someone needs to hold this company accountable. Same issues as many others. We all need to be refunded and this company should not be allowed to sell anything! Or state that all sales are final and their company can't be reached ever.

This company is a complete SCAM! I purchased a black jumpsuit in June and after repeated emails the item finally arrived in mid-August.
I was absolutely disgusted with what I received - a giant tent of sheer black material, no hemming, wonky stitching. The jumpsuit is completely unwearable.
This company is a rort and I wish I'd followed my instincts and not purchased anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased the julia boho vintage dress on feb 23, it took almost a month for the dress the ship to me. When I received the dress i realized that the images they used to advertise the dress were not images of the actual dress i purchased they were stolen images of a similar dress and the dress I received was NOTHING like the one in the images. It wasn't cotton it was cheap rayon. Despite it being an adults woman's dress, it was so small that it fit my 9 year old daughter! I immediately emailed the email address stated on the for returns and did not get a response this was 3/20). I emailed again several times over the next few months and never got a response. So i was legit scammed out of $44. I will be happy to send images of my ignored email requests for a refund as well as the image they had on the site of the dress and a pic of the dress i received
never received my order
I ordered a dress on July 20. I have not received my order yet. The company sent an automatic shipping notification early August that has not been updated since the first day showing the package has been picked up from the warehouse. I have sent three emails asking for a refund since I'm now assuming that I paid for a dress I will never received since it is still showing to be in China and have had NO response. I would like a full refund. This is unacceptable.

Order #231436. I purchased 2 jumpsuits figuring size might be a little off. However, they are both tiny! I ordered in early July and it was immediately charged to my credit card. Items did not arrive until mid August. Returns and refunds are advertised as easy, but I have sent several emails trying to initiate the return process. I have not received 1 response from Milk and Choco. There is no phone number or physical address. No one reponds to the email address they provide.

I immediately requested a refund but no response. So I began to email them daily to request a response. I've never received one response from them. They are taking advantage of american people. First of all, the quality of the clothes is terrible. I waited a long time to receive the product and when I did, it was not at all as described. I wanted to return because it did not fit. I responded to them on the day I rec'd and every day for 7 days and I got no response.

I bought a jumpsuit from the company which was nothing as shown on the pictures. Their policy indicates that they have a free refund within 14 days and to email their support team for details.
I received the order on 8 August and have emailed them explaining I wanted to return the item and receive my money back on 9 August, 14 August, 16 August 17 August and 20 August. The company has not responded at any emails. The website has no phone numbers or physical address. No other means to track them down.
Please help! I paid $39.99 and need my money back

I bought a dress from this company and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture. I paid $39.99 for it. The armholes were too tight and the material nothing like the picture. It is supposed to be a long flowing dress and is more like a shirt as it does not even reach my knees. It is supposed to be a large and is about size 8.
I emailed them and contacted them for a refund, but no response at all from the company. Going off other reviews they seem to be fraudulent

I would give zero stars if able- for quality and customer (dis)service. I am totally disatisfied!
I purchased two playsuits, neither of which look like the adverts. The material is flimsy, and cheap. They are also clearly made for people with short legs. I'm not particulalry tall, and neither playsuit is long enough in the leg as depicted and advertised in the photos.
I have emailed twice to request infomation to be able to return these items and their customer service is completely lacking!I have had no acknowledgement whatsoever. I want to return the items and have a refund as advertised on their website "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of delivery of your order." They are ignoring my emails (the first of which was on the 6/8/18, and second on the 14/8/18) and now it is day 14! I feel that they are deliberately ignoring my requests, so that they can then enforce their 'policy' as stated previously.
Additionally, the wording used on the website regarding returns is very misleading, and I suggest that someone with knowledge of the English language revises this regarding returns on their website... it states (in very large letters)
"Will I be charged any return fee/restock fee?"...
then underneath in smaller writing...
"No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee. The return shipping cost is not to be considered on us".
The first words 'Free Return Policy' stand out as they are capitalised. That is what it states, that is what should be honoured. I can return items to reputable stores in the UK from Australia for free- why is there a charge to simply accept a deficient item from this 'company'? Ridiculous! Shoddy! They should be shut down.

I ordered a jumpsuit... after several emails and a couple of months later it finally arrived. The jumpsuit is like a rag cloth so badly put together, the worst garment I have ever seen. I have sent several emails so I can return for a refund and I am getting no response. Their adds make you believe they are a repitable company but it's a big scam...
I have experienced exactly the same thing...wrong jump suit in terrible quality and 5-6 e-mails to them (as they tell us to write) with no answers..

I ordered a jumpsuit that was too short in the torso. I followed the link they give to submit questions or requests for a return. The emails must go to a trash bin because they are not acknowledged. I am now stuck with the jumpsuit that doesn't fit. DO NOT ORDER from this company! They are no an honest company. Unfortunately I read reviews after placing an order. There are many other complaints like this one and quality of the product and sizing.

- The items are not as described or shown in photos on their website.
- The website claims to be American, but the items are from China and extremely poor quality.
- I will be contacting the fraudulent Dept at my bank.
- They do not send any confirmation email to confirm the order.

- The item that has arrived comes with no paperwork so there is no way of knowing how to return the item.

This is the first time I've ever made a complaint like this but I'm so livid by the company's lack of response/not disclosing their address on their website I have no other option.
When my purchased dress arrived it looked nothing like the photo... very thin, cheap material that was absolutely huge. To cut a long story short I have now emailed them FOUR times with no response. They do not give a telephone number or address on their website. I have children/busy life and have already wasted too much time on this but it's the principal of the matter now. Please look in to this company further... surely they're obliged to print more contact details than just an email... especially if they're a ltd. company?
