I have had occasion to use M&M Factory Service a number of times
I have had occasion to use M&M Factory Service a number of times. Each time I found their service team to be highly professional and knowledgable. I would recommend them highly.
The company is suffering from a labor shortage and will only book appointments at least 2 weeks out. Also, per their company policy, their service people will not wear a mask in the home. Finally, the last service person did not fix the problem, so they have to come back out, meaning there is a month in which the issue is unresolved. The customer service rep was unpleasant as well.
Initially we used M and M because our washer was under warranty and that is who GE chose. I was nervous after I read the reviews online, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when not only was the repair friendly and courteous, but he was also very knowledgable. When we were in need of another repair a couple of months later for our stove, we again used M and M, and again had wonderful service from a very courteous and knowledgeable repairman. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again

Absolutely the run around between M&W Factory Service and LG. I obtained a work order # from LG for warranty service that is covered for 10 yrs per LG (direct conversation, the owner's manual, & marked on the refrigerator.

Called and emailed about issue with ice maker in my french door refridge/freezer. Terrible follow-up, one day they'd respond to email and then silence for weeks. Called them twice today and was hung up on both times.
Had two scheduled visits for repair of appliances. they never showed up and then i tried calling their office multiple times and their phone would hang up on me after calling multiple times for multiple days. when i finally do reach a lady their she had the personality of a door knob. She has no customer service values to her at all. I work for an Luxury Apartment community and deal with vendors on a daily basis and have never experienced such poor customer service as i had with M and M Factory services.

We were having issues with the temperature fluctuations in our viking ovens. We called M&M and set an appointment. They were very courteous and professional. They scheduled an appointment the very same week. When the technician arrived he went right to work and monitored the temperature fluctuations in each oven. He was very careful and used blankets and cleaned after he finished. We will definitely use M&M again and refer them to our friends.

We had a technician come out to our home to look at a dehumidifier. The tech came without a mask and when I asked him if he had a mask he said no he didn't. I went back inside to get a mask for him and offered the mask to him to wear and he told me that it was against company policy to wear a mask in the middle of a global pandemic. I was frustrated and asked him to explain why he wouldn't wear a mask and he said he could not wear a mask because they work with electricity and sharp objects and that a mask could impact his vision. I know friends and family that have had all types of technicians and repair people in their homes and wearing a mask is something all of them have been doing. I'm highly disappointed in M&M because they are putting themselves and others at risk to COVID-19.
Yesterday a technician from M and M paid me a call to repair my electric range. He started to enter my home without a face mask, so I asked him to put one on. He said that he would only wear a mask while he came and went, but not while he worked...according to his company's policy. I told him that was unacceptable and sent him away. I called your office and confirmed that he is abiding by M and M company policy, and that wearing a face mask while repairing appliances is "dangerous." What a load of crap! This technician was not "working" when he tried entering my home without a mask. It is clear that your M and M Factory Services does not take this deadly pandemic seriously. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.
First service technician was rude. Second Service Technician would not put on a mask! Now I have to let them come back because GE sent the wrong part!
Do NOT let Don into your home. He was sent to my elderly grandparents residence where he went through their home, not wearing a mask. My grandmother needed to use the restroom and he rudely told her he was on the phone and continued to work as if she had said nothing. My almost 80 year old grandmother had to go outside to pee! I am livid and I wish 0 stars was an option!

Yep, 1 star is too high of a rating. Wish I could've given less. I reported 2 months ago that my undermounted microwave stopped heating. After two visits from M and M Factory Services and parts arriving, the technician said he fixed it. As he was walking out the door, I tried the microwave and it WASN'T working. I ran to the driveway and called the technician. He wouldn't pick up. 5 calls later (and 10 minutes later) he picked up and refused to come back to the house to finish the job. PLUS M and M refuses to wear a mask (my younger sister's funeral was 11 days ago and due to Covid). M and M is horrible work-wise and ethical.

I would advise NO ONE should use this company. I called Lowes for scheduled warranty work on my refrigerator. They gave me a date that had been provided by M&M as available for dispatch. M&M then called leaving a message to cancel advising this date was not available after they had provided it earlier. I have tried to call them back with no response. Now M&Ms main number is advising they are closed for the week. So no call, no reschedule and we are closed. Not good business at all. Stay away from this company! I have requested Lowes to find another service provider in my area. I had to click one star but they do not deserve it at all.

Contacted Lowes to have a the ice maker on our Whirlpool refrigerator serviced for the 3rd time. We were told by Lowes that we would have an appointment with this company within a few days of the original call. My wife was then contacted by this company and told that they were wanting to schedule an appointment with her but did not tell her that we were already given an appointment by Lowes. I called this business and told them that I expected them to honor the first appointment. I was given a song and dance saying that they cant make the original appointment. I again said that I expected them to honor the original appointment and ended the call. Fast forward to today and I receive an email from Lowes saying that this business had rejected our service call because of rudeness. What a joke. So unprofessional.

I have a Thermador range that needed a part replaced covered by warranty. The first time I used M&M in January was great. They came out replaced the part and even helped me with a problem with my refrigerator. However, the range to continue to give the same problem and it was determined that it needed a different part replaced. For this, M&M rescheduled me 5 times before sending someone out. That tech struggled and was unable to replace the part so M&M rescheduled me again for a different tech to try. That tech came out about a week later and after complaining, sweating all over my kitchen, having a nosebleed (which I had him sit in his truck until he got it under control) he too could not replace the part. He then put the face back on the range incorrectly with the two left gas burner controls improperly working and the middle grill control half falling off. After informing M&M of this, and mentioning that maybe they do not have enough experience with this range, they unprofessionally said that they will not longer come out.

They also stated they were unable to reach this company. It would be nice if they would actually contact you when they make changes in schedule. Been 3 weeks now.

will not keep appointments for service dealing with my extended warranty. Need more space to explain my complaint have taken 2 days leave from work to be available when appointment was scheduled only to have phone call from M&M appliance to inform me they are not available and need to reschedule this has happened twice now very poor customer service

Getting a Kenmore Microwave repaired that was under extended warranty has been out of service two months and repair appointments have been bad. My Kenmore microwave with extended warranty went out on June 4th. I called M&M Factory Service and the first scheduled repair date was on June 11th. After waiting around all day, I got a call stating that the repair date would be on June 22nd. The repairmen came out and replaced the cards, but that did not fix the problem. They ordered more parts and after about 3 weeks later, the repairman came back out and replaced the parts. However, this did not fix the problem either, so more parts were ordered. I called M&M the week of July 20th and the lady at M&M said they were scheduled to come out on August 4th. After waiting around right before lunch, a man from M&M called to tell me that they were scheduled to come out on August 13th. We have been out of a microwave for two months now and the extended warranty or M&M Factory Service has not handled the problem or kept their promised dates.
