cardinal fence & security inc. only cares about their big shot customers. they don't even back up their work and the stuff they sell is crap. the customer service is a joke, the worst i've ever seen. they treated me like garbage and nobody deserves that kind of treatment.

I was so happy with the vinyl fence Cardinal suggested. The price, turnaround time, and product were great. The installers worked hard and made sure we were happy with everything. When we wanted more fencing this month, we called them again. I'm excited to work with Pete at Cardinal on our new project. I'll update my rating when it's done.

This company is the worst! I had a problem with my fence that was supposed to be covered by the manufacturer, but I couldn't get any help from Cardinal Fence. I tried calling, emailing, and texting the owner for months, but they never did anything. Finally, after a whole year, I contacted the manufacturer myself and they sent me a new gate. Even though I did all the work, Cardinal Fence was supposed to come and install it eight times, but they never showed up! This is the worst service I've ever had in my life, so don't do business with them!

I been a customer of Cardinal Fence for a few years now. They always do a great job and their prices are good. I hired them twice since I moved to my new place. They did both jobs perfect. The first one had some warping after they put it up because of the heat. They came out and fixed it so it looked new again. The second one needed new pickets cut by hand to match the old ones. The old ones were put up by the last owner. It took a while to get the new pickets, but Cardinal stuck with us and finished the job. The fence looks great now. Thanks, Cardinal Fence.

This company is a joke and might be a borderline scam. We signed a contract in January and they took our money, but it took forever for them to even start the project. They finally started in March but then disappeared after the Derby. They advertise core drilling for fencing but their drill broke and they didn't come back for weeks. We had to call and email Pete a million times just to get them to finish the job. They even messed up our pool heater and then said they weren't making any money on the job. After all the begging and pleading, they just stopped coming altogether. The workers said management kept pulling them away to other jobs. They use caller ID like it's their job. Honestly, I could go on and on, but it's just too disappointing. Don't hire this company unless you want to be let down. Don't even listen to the salesman Guy, he's full of it.

I gave Cardinal Fence & Security, Inc. 860 bucks on March 30 to put up a fence. They still haven't done it, even though they keep saying they will. They don't answer my calls either.

I got my fence installed by Cardinal Fence & Security, Inc. in May-20. The guys who did the installation hit the power line that goes to my house. It started to go bad slowly and finally stopped working on Thanksgiving Day (November 26). I had to pay $125 for fault detection and $1,144.50 for electrical repair. The invoice from *** said that the repair was needed at the fence post site. The Cardinal Fence Installers didn't tell me about this mistake when it happened and I tried to contact them many times, but they never replied.

Cardinal Fence put up our fence in June . But after just 2 weeks, the gate started to bend and it was hard to close and lock it. I called them many times for about a month to come and fix it, but nobody showed up. Finally, I talked to our sales guy (***), and he said he would come and check it out. He did come and took some pics of the gate. He said he had never seen that before and would show the pics to someone in the company. That was like 3 weeks ago, and we haven't heard anything from them since.

I asked Cardinal Fence and Security to put up a fence on June 14. They said it would take about seven weeks, but they were running behind. I had to send them $710.00 as a 50% deposit, which they cashed on June 24. After that, I never heard from them again. On July 14, I sent them an email to cancel the order because they hadn't contacted me. They replied the same day, asking why I wanted to cancel and said they would tell the owner. I talked to the owner that day, and he said he would call me back the next day. I sent another email on July 23, asking for a refund, but I didn't get a response. I sent another email on July 26th, asking for a refund, and the owner replied the same day, saying he would send the check that afternoon. But I still haven't received it. I sent another email on August 8th, but I haven't heard back. It's August 25th, and I still haven't gotten my refund.

I had a bad experience with Cardinal Fence & Security, Inc. They left the old fencing attached to the heavy Tarter steel gate, which was leaning against the posts. It fell into the alley and blocked my neighbor's way. I called *** but he didn't send anyone to remove it. I was worried it would happen again. On 9/9, *** called and asked if they could use my credit card on file. I told him I needed to see the finished product first. When I got home, I saw that they did a bad job and the door was oriented wrong. I texted *** and *** the pictures and the problem with the door. I said I wouldn't authorize the final payment until they fixed the problems. But they used my credit card on 9/9 without fixing anything.

I picked Cardinal to fix and put up a lil' bit of fence for my pup. They said they were done and wanted payment right away, so I paid with my credit card. But when I looked at the fence later, it wasn't all done and there were sharp metal pieces all over my yard. I tried to get in touch with them but they didn't answer. Then, two guys came to my house with guns and no masks, saying I called about an emergency gate. I didn't call about no emergency! They did some stuff but didn't have what they needed. I think they were trying to scare me. I still got one thing not done and I don't want them back. They said they don't allow guns on customer property and they'll deal with it tomorrow. But now I'm scared they'll come after me.
