Monster Reservations Group review: Bad and scammy sales tactics

I get a telemarketing call from a sales girl in promotions department who is brand new as in 2 days new and she got me to book a refundable vacation stay for an extra day in middle of nowhere promising that I will be able to cancel and reschedule it without any additional fees since I already have the white glove service on my package from previous travel. This has been validated with additional triple check from the manager whom she asked that I can indeed reschedule my new vacation stay without any additional cost. I was very clear that I do not want to book the stay if I cannot reschedule it without additional fees.

Long and behold when I call to reschedule this vacation even within 24 hours the company refused to reschedule it without charging me $99 extra for the white glove service. You guys should not hire people that promise the world and make errors and commissions just to make a quick buck on commission and lose a customer. I still have $500 worth of travel package and who knows 40 days of travel with them that I am sure they will never agree to refund since they hold onto your payments for their dear life. I get you have employees to pay but this is a great way to lose business and customers. Extremely disappointing highly do not recommend. What a waste of time and money.

Very disappointing. Will never use this glorified travel agency ever again. Highly recommend you look elsewhere and save yourself a headache.
