This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, They never tell you the same thing twice, they have multiple phone numbers so you dont know who you are talking with. On 7.2 I called what I thought was Monster Reservations to book a trip against the 3 that I had purchased as a package 2023. The rep was very patient and helped me with the reservations for 2 destinations. He quoted an amount that he said would be charged to my credit card. When asked if there were any additional charges that I did not know about he said NO. My card was charged $500 above the prices quoted for each booking and member ship for an additional fee that I did not want or ask for. When asked if there were to be any additional charges at the destination he said only tax that would be 10-20 a night. I have nothing except the reservation, no receipt, no transcript of transaction which I find horrible business.
When I emailed the rep three times for some sort of communication on all of this I received no response. When I called for an explanation of the extra charges I was told something about hotel charges that I still dont understand.
The bottom line I was lied to. I want a detailed receipt for the money charged I have a transaction number of the transactions no idea how to reference. I am a senior that does not have money to throw away. I trusted and that trust was abused. Please someone address these concerns,
Desired outcome: I want documentation and receipts, membership reimbursed I did not ask for nor want it. and I do not want it.

Monster is a company I choose to avoid dealing with. They choose to deal with situations and people in a way that is not acceptable. the lines of communications are horrible at best, they choose to ignore rather than address. In my opinion they are sharp talkers and seem to use intimidation as a way to deal with issues.
I am retracting this complaint because i am tired of dealing with them, tired of listening to their BS. I am an adult, 77 yrs old and I respect others and have faith that when someone tells me something that it whole and real. When they learn this lesson that will be a real company.
tire of dealing with them and will never do so again. They have recording that says I agree to pay charges and I did...however the charges were not explained to me until today so I had no idea what these charges were. for. Asked for over 2 weeks for someone to call me and give me details. They have cancelled trip no refund because s I filed a complaint with CC company. trip was booked for Nov. The CC bill is not due until Aug 4 and being held until investigation is complete so what is their reasoning. I just want this closed and not to have to deal with them again,
