Morgan Properties review: Roach infestation

Willow Lake has a roach infestation. My building has been treating many times over the past couple years and it has gotten worse. Roaches are getting into microwaves, refrigerators and in our food. Roaches are being seen in the laundry room. The pest control does the bare minimum. They do not spray in the cabinets, they do not pull out appliances. They put a drop of bait in the cabinets and that is it. He will tell you his job is not to get rid of the roaches but to maintain them. At least 5 other tenants in the building have complained of roaches. I am seeing roach poop droppings and even roach eggs consistently. If you request a transfer, they want you to pay all the transfer fees and if the rent is higher on the same model you are in, you have to pay the higher rent. This building 13013 Old Stage Coach Road has literally become a roach hotel! It is both nasty and becoming uninhabitable. I hate this place. I am scared to take my belongings when I leave out of fear of roaches being imbedded in my stuff!
