Ob October 31st , my stove was deemed dangerous and was placed out of service. I had called the office that day and they sent 2 employees out to check everything but they gave no report back to Doris in the office.
I was without a s stove up to November 7th. On that day 2 employees of Morgan came in and proceeded to install a stove and the only thing that was wrong is he had replace the oven door. He turned on the stove and the stove started a fire. My home was ingulfed with smoke. I had to call the FIre Department because i thought it was gong to blow up. Washing Gas stated that he should not have turned the gas back on until the came to do safety checks on the new oven. I was placed out of my home for 7 days, no stove for 7 days and now having to use a inhaler and breathing machine to breathe. Princeton Estates have not responding with an apology or what type of compensation I should be receiving.
I am trying to talk to them but to know avail. I was to get a phone call yesterday but didn't . They are responsible for the fire/smoke. I still smell smoke in my apartment and the cabinets are full of the suet that came form the trying to put the fire out. I need to know if Morgan Properties is going to do something or not/ If not i need to move one to speaking to someone about this issue.. I live at Princeston Estes in Temple Hills Md. Apt 102
