On April 15 i noticed my clothes dryer was not drying close. I place a work request and received no response for a week. On April 23 i placed another work request for the dryer and heard nothing. On April 25 a maintenance worker came by and told me I needed a new thermostat and he would be right back. For the next two weeks I've heard nothing. On May 9th i sent another maintenance request i heard nothing. On May 12 i received a call from someone staying that my steps were fixed and was i satisfied with the work. I explained to them my unit does not have steps i have a problem with my dryer. They informed me that they will call me back and give me an update on my request. I heard nothing. But i did notice my 3 work request stated they were completed. I attempted to call the property management each day only to receive a voice mail and to leave a message. It has been two weeks and no one has returned my call.
Desired outcome: I just want to know what's going on. And when can I expect my dryer to be fully functional
