Before placing the bets, I specifically asked a Mostbet UK support agent in live chat to explain what "Home Team (3) Goal" means. The agent clearly stated: "Home Team (3) Goal means the 3rd goal of the match, not the team's own 3rd goal." I have a screenshot of this chat as proof.
The match ended with a score of 1-2. The goal sequence was: 1st goal by Away team (O'Higgins), 2nd goal by Away team, and the 3rd goal by Home team (Millonarios) in the 53rd minute.
According to Mostbet's own agent's definition, the 3rd goal of the match was scored by the Home team, so my bet on Home Team (3) Goal should be a clear WIN. However, Mostbet settled BOTH of my bets as LOSS.
When I contacted Mostbet support again to request an explanation and manual review, the agents gave contradictory statements, refused to explain properly, and eventually closed the chat without any resolution. They also refused to provide a deadlock letter or escalate my complaint internally.
This is a clear case of unfair settlement and misleading market definition. I have all the evidence including chat screenshots, bet slips, and match results. I am requesting that Mostbet manually review my bet ID [protected] and pay me my winnings of 3400 Rs × 3.0 = 10,200 Rs.

If their market meant "team's own 3rd goal", they would have written "Home Team (3) Goals" (plural). The singular "Goal" clearly indicates they are referring to the 3rd goal of the match, not the team's 3rd goal.
This is Mostbet's own wording on their platform. Therefore, my bet on "Home Team (3) Goal" – meaning the match's 3rd goal – should have been declared a WIN because the Home team scored the match's 3rd goal.
Mostbet cannot change the meaning of their own words after the fact.

I did consider the UK Gambling Commission, but unfortunately Mostbet operates under a Curaçao license, not a UK one. So the UKGC has no jurisdiction over them.

I also keep asking Mostbet for their official ADR provider details, but they refuse to give them.

My issue is still NOT resolved. They have neither paid my winning bet nor provided me with the ADR provider details as required by regulations.
Mostbet themselves now say: "the agent gave correct advice according to official rules."
That agent clearly stated (screenshot attached):
"Home Team (3) Goal means the 3rd goal of the match, not the team's own 3rd goal."
According to that "correct" advice, the match's 3rd goal was scored by the Home team (Millonarios). Therefore, my bet should have been a WIN.
Yet Mostbet settled it as a LOSS and refuses to correct it.
Marking this as "resolved" without paying me, without providing ADR, without any fair resolution – is a false claim. You are misleading the public.
