I was put on the DNR list for property damage ... My son was playing with a ball and it broke a window however less than an hour later the window was fixed due to me paying over $200 to fix the problem. Other than that 1 incident I have never caused any drama or damage to the property I was very nice and cooperative. I would like to have my name removed from the list I feel that it was completely unnecessary to put my name on the list
disgusting motel room of motel 6.
Good evening
after a long ride from santa fe to pecos we went in to the motel 6. Now listen it‘s disgusting! It wasnt clean, at all! There were foot traces all over the place. It smelled like millions pissed in front of the door and the worst, nothing it wasnt cleaned or even prepared for new guests. The lock of the front door was broken so we couldnt close the door properly.
I wish to issue a complaint and wish to speak to the manager! My wife and i are on our honeymoon and this is not how you treat guests!
I insist on an answer within 24hours otherwise i‘ll complaint on any website and recommandation i can.

My daughter reserved a room in Staunton, Virginia on Sept 28, 2018 . when she got there she was told since she was a local she couldn't stay. This was her wedding eve. I (her mother) came from out of state and spoke with manager Kevin Harner. He was very rude. This is a bad policy. Your manager needs a lesson on manners!. Asked him where the policy is listed at the front desk and he pulls a paper out from behind the desk. It isn't visible for public to see. Kevin Harner said they have a prostitute problem and that college kids destroy the rooms so they don't rent rooms to locals. I said the hotel has their credit card information on file so they can get their money for damages and shouldn't be punishing all locals by the actions of a few. Was talking with him and a couple came in at which point he completely ignored me and wouldn't finish our conversation. I asked to speak with a manager and he refused to call anyone or give me information to access one. I asked for his name on a card and he handed me a motel 6 card with no management name so I asked for him to write his name on it which he did finally. He was hateful and rude. I hope Motel 6 reprimands him as I won't be staying at a Motel 6 again nor will I recommend it to my friends. If you don't rent rooms to locals, then when they make a reservation it shouldn't accept your money or reservation. It should be clear at that time. How is this legal?
theft, uncleaned, ignored, over charged, lied too
I was not going to complain, but it's too much. I have returned to the motel 6 off of 405 in Kirkland. I asked to pick up my chargers I left in the room. She looked at me and said she's sorry she looked in the lost and found and could not find them. She did not even move she did not check you can watch it on the security camera it was like an automatic response that's insane, she took my number and said she would talk to room service but would not call them in front of me I don't live in Kirkland. Those chargers are 30 dollars a piece. We know they were left there. We had 1 bag we packed and I did not grab them they are not in there we went straight home and unpacked.
I had made a reservation online that was cancelled due to an error or some excuse I did not fully understand and was forced to pay an extra 11 dollars which doesn't seem like much but on top of everything it just seems ridiculous.
On top of an unmade made bed non changed sheets we found many human hair even a dead mosquito skin flakes and dirt (we hope it was just dirt) that we brushed off. Ciggerette holes in the blankets and pillows cases.
We had nothing to clean ourselves with no shampoo no conditioner, no soap. We called the front office and was completely ignored. We were told by someone we found walking around that it is too late and that we probably won't be helped. In the morning no one cared about our complaints and that it's an obvious trait because no one cared when I returned. I'm still sitting here debating to file a police report. Weve never had problems with the law so I am confident they would at least ask some questions run some names and at least tell me if they think someone is lying.

The housekeeper's this morning we're very rude disrespectful and afterwards it even give me any clean towels or toilet paper nothing.. and then I go talk to the front desk lady and I was trying to explain to her how rude they were and she likes you and then started yelling at me..
I was like well excuse me I don't mean to disrespect all I was going to ask you if you can ask your housekeeper that they can give me things how did they didn't do that when they're being really knocking on my door

After writing my complaint for 15 minutes about the deplorable and filthy bug infested conditions at the Motel 6 east in Chattanooga I was knocked off the site so I'm just going to call the board of health in Chattanooga. I have never stayed at Motel 6 this deplorable and I've stayed in at least a 100 of them and never complained. I'm a retired Hotel worker many years with Holiday Inn. We we inspected by corporate pretty often. This place looks like it hasn't been inspected in years. Very old, broken chairs just waiting for a law suit. Wood floors so dirty looks like never been mopped. Roach infested, cigarette burns everywhere in the blanket and bed spread in a non smoking room. Management has a take it or leave it attitude

After driving for 19 hours. I arrived at approximately 4 am. I needed some much-needed rest!
The representative was courteous at first. Said she had one non-smoking room (rm 259), however, it smelled like smoke. She said I could wait for an hour or so and maybe she would have a room. Here is the rudeness began when I returned and checked on a room she said she could not help me with a nasty attitude.
I made reservations online for a room the next day. The manager was very nice and got me into a room on the ground floor for my dog that is handicapped. I was provided room 119. The door does not shut completely. The toilet was loose and the sink drain block was broken. The whole facility was not maintained well

We are victims of the Sylmar Creek Fire at the Santiago Estates. We have been forced out of our home due to the fire, and force to live in motels.
Miscommunication with room cleaning service:
We were staying at the Sylmar "Motel 6" We requested cleaning service for our room #135 multiple times with no reply. The manager Shanell sent the office clerk to our room, who was very rude and threatening to myself and my husband. We were so disturbed by this, we couldn't even sleep after this incident.
Three weeks later we reserved online for a week's stay at the Sylmar location, as we are in between homes. When we arrived, we were told that we were band from the property for complaining too much. We called corporate to inquire about this, the rep on the phone told us it was listed as a disturbance. So, does this mean that we can't ask for room service? Or we will be threatened?
We were left with no place to go in such sort notice. We are currently at your Semi Valley location. Too far from my husband's work place.
At the Sylmar location all you see is drug addicts and the smell of marijuana in the air. The only reason we rented there is because it is close to my husband's work and my daughter's school.
I am so disturbed by this, not only are we displaced from our home and paying so much money per month to stay at motels, we are treated like low class citizens.

This was my first night at motel 6, I came after work tired the room the guy gave me was dirty bed had blood on sheets rm 226 and I asked him for someone to change the sheets no maid so gave me another rm 233 it wasn't clean and smelled just like weed very bad experience I wouldn't never sleep here again nor recommend anybody y'all gotta do better My name is Mariea Kaigler I'm very disappointed and pissed this is unbelievable

dirty room, waited 3 hours to get into.
My room was supposed to be ready at 3. I didn't get into my room until 6. There was food on the floors and stuff in the trash can. There wasn't any blanket on the bed. My 1 year old and myself had to sit in the car until we could get into the room. We traveled to get there. We were incredibly tires. Wasn't give a discount for the inconvenience or allowed to stay later. I have never has suck a terrible experience with a motel before. The workers were never in the office.

We are currently staying at the Motel 6 in Melrose Park IL, my wife went to the front desk to question why the satellite tv wasn't working and ask why a pet friendly hotel would have hard wood floors if they accept large dogs, front desk attendee who's name was Yatin response was "what do you want me to do about it " my wife later went to the bathroom to take a bath, no washcloths, no bathmat, and no plug for the tub, now it says on the website that the rooms have bathtubs, we specifically booked this hotel over others as it was supposed to have a tub wife went back down to the front desk (same attendant) his response was giving her 1 towel, 2 hand towels, said that she could use 1 of the hand towels as a bathmat and the other hand towel as a washcloth because they don't have washcloths, and they don't have tub plugs, I went in to use the restroom and noticed mold growing all around the tub surround

Upon arriving 7/14/18 we were told our room was ready, my daughter and I were there for a St Louis Cardinals game on 7/15/18. I paid the lady clerk she gave me the key & we took our luggage & put them on the bed & left & went to dinner return several hours later after dinner and was also caught ina terrible Thunder storm. When we got to the room we both wanted to take a hot shower only to find out the bath room was disgusting & no towels or wash cloths. I went to the front office and told the clerk whom now was different, said he was sorry but nothing he could do, the linen people are not there on weekends, I said WHAT! I have never in my life heard that, we need towels, he said, l don't have any. He found one wash cloth is all. We could get our money back, all hotels were booked because of the game, I complained the next day. I called on a weekly basis left messages, I turned them into the Better Business bureau my ID # [protected] just got an email from them and they said after several attempts of trying to get the manager he has not responded. They said I should take it higher.

I checked in Sunday and monday morning i was at the office showing the man my bites. He said i can't do anything. The manger will be here later. Was given new sheets and comforter. I went to work came back. Still no manger tues morning woke up to more bites. Showed the little boy T.J in the office he said no refunds and i cant move you. I said ask Rachel's husband did I have any marks or bites on me when i checked in.. Rachel is the owner..he said i cant do that. I paid for a week and could not get any sleep and got sent home from my job. Becase my arms and face are all bite up. I wish i could put tbe pictures up here.. They have bed bugs and know it.. They just take money from hard working ppl and don't care..this was a horrible stay. All I wanted was my money back so I could go somewhere else.. He said no refunds and I can't move you.. I would never tell anyone to stay at motel 6.. They do not care about ppl just get the money.

Yes hi I'm a guest in room 510 upon arriving Saturday evening paying cash for three nights upon arriving Water is leaking out of air condition on to the floor in a puddle so I put down a towel to catch the water that's when I saw several roaches I will be sending pics crawling upon the lamp shade off the floor and the ceiling . The guest that I had with me she decided that she was not going to sleep there and she was not staying and her small child left, my name is Krista Mullis 3 years ago I stay for two weeks at your establishment there was a problem as well and I contacted you and you gave me two free nights I had already left the premises and I never took advantage of the two free nights you gave me in this 3 years sir being a professional business owner that you are what would you suggest at this point I am still in the room which is still roach-infested and it hasn't been Pleasant I feel as if possible I need some sort of refund I possibly moved to another more renovated because my plan was to stay several weeks sir could you please contact me about this matter as soon as possible God bless thank you have a great night

I walked out my room around 9:00 a.m my boyfriend got to the motel at 10:15 a.m needed to shower before work so I called the front desk asked how much was it to stay an extra hr or two and if it was ok if my boyfriend went to pay the fee and I was on my way back. Alex the girl i talked to said yes when I got there she said no I couldn't because they already went in my room to clean it but it wasnt even 11 a.m yet. It was only 10:40a.m when she told me they had cleared my room simply because I left. I never went and told them I was checking out so how would they go clean my room out ? Before check out time

Crap on wall across from toilet andback wall behind toilet seat, door by handle nasty, tube not even clean I ebded up having to go out get own cleaning stuff to clean tube the dirt ring inside of it was nasty. I mentioned the cleanliness to front desk and asked if i could use some cleaners they said no nothing they could do. The cable was all messed up when we first got here but they sent maintenance to fix it.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to enlighten those in management of the Motel 6 hotel chains of the infestation of bed bugs.
I am currently experiencing a period in my life where I am somewhat in a homeless state, finances aren't the best at the present time but through it all, I need a place to lay my head. Motel 6 accommodates those with 3rd Party reservations which is a wonderful thing being that a family member or friend can assist with your current living situation and they also allow cash payments in which most large hotel chains do not, so I commend Motel 6 on those avenues.
My major problem is when it comes time to lay my head down to rest. It's very sad that you pay money to reside at one of your locations after a hard day's work of two jobs, get relaxed and finally doze off to sleep only to be awakened by large red bites all over your body the experience of having to go through such is very annoying, irritating and nerve-racking of having to deal with the itching, scratching etc.
Something must seriously be done with the bed bug issues your hotel chains are taking on. Your hotels are full of patrons which means you are bringing in good revenue, so there should be no reason one should have to experience such a thing. I really do feel every mattress throughout every hotel chain should be burned and replaced with new mattresses just my opinion.
Within the early, to mid-part of September, I have stayed at Motel 6 (2920 W. Chapman Ave., Orange, CA 92868) on two different occasions having the results of over 11-bed bug bits and secondly about 5 bites. Upon my check out last week, I was at the front desk complaining of the bits and that it doesn't make sense for one to pay money to lay their heads with having to wake up with bits all over their body and the gentleman behind me comes in to say he's experiencing the same exact thing. Something really needs to be done.
September 21, 2018, I am currently residing at Motel 6 (7051 Valley View St., Buena Park, Ca, 90620) which I thought was going really well until last night 3 large bed bug bites appeared on the back of my neck. I thought maybe I was out of the clear but NOOOOOOOOO this is very embarrassing when you work around a group of people not knowing your situation than having to explain as to why you have bites on several parts of your body.
Management I am begging you PLEASEEEEEEE look into this bed bug situation.

First 15 photos were from 9/3/18(I have at least 10 or more bites which I ended up having to go to the emergency room twice), my second set of bits were on my right leg, left leg and foot I didn't even bother to take photos at that time, the last 3 were from 9/26/18. Once these things heal they leave dark spots on your body.
poor customer service by telephone
I called the customer service department to help with booking a wheelchair accessible room. When I did that, they wanted to charge me $20 more per night for the room compared to the online rate. I explained that the only reason I was calling was because I needed to make sure they make an appropriate reservation. They were completely obstructive and unhelpful on the phone. They actually went as far as saying that the only way they could make it better was by booking the room at the increased rate. I'm not happy with with the uninterested tone of both representatives who spoke to me. It was a completely false sense of trying to help me but actually achieving nothing.
When I asked to be transferred to escalate the issue- they refused, which is ridiculous.

Checked in, room had mold all over ceiling, floor was filthy, dead flies all over, dirty bed covers, filthy shower, asked to move rooms and was told Buy customer service the manager said we were not to move rooms, customer service was told by management that we were to be charged if we use anything in the room and that absolutely not allowed to change rooms customer service moved us anyways because he said after inspecting the room we could not stay there. We checked in at 5:30 a.m. with reservations for 3 days.

Motel 6 - Denver Colorado - Airport. Thursday, September 20th, while traveling from Iowa to Denver, I called and booked a pet friendly room for myself, my adult son and his dog. I spoke with Sean who was very professional. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk person was very UNprofessional in manner and appearance. The people walking around the hotel were very unsavory. We went to the room and immediately I noticed a huge burn on the nightstand and several burn holes in the bedspread. The room was dirty and smelled. The dogs in the room next door never stopped barking. I immediately went back to the front desk and checked out. When asked why, I explained. She said that was one of the rooms that was supposed to have been recently remodeled. I said it doesn't even look like it's recently been cleaned. There is no way housekeeping wouldn't have noticed the burn mark. She asked if we wanted another room, I said no. My credit card was reimbursed. It is sinful that a nationwide hotel would have rooms in such deplorable condition.

I got DNR from motel 6 on Arapahoe and i-25 there reason was because I had an over night guest. We do a lot of work at night which is why but without warning and only 2 hours we were told that they canceled our reservation and we had to check out. No warning no one said anything to us before. Also while getting out stuff together there was a fight in the hallway right outside of our room and they let that person stay but not us. I feel like I was discriminated against for absolutely no reason at all.
