Dirty room and no refund rude service
I got a room on April 7th at Motel 6 by Fort Jackson I paid $107 for a smoking room I got up to my room my room was filthy there was a used bar soap in the bathtub used wash Rags used towels the floor was dirty [censored] still marks all over it they had open empty dirty used food containers I called down to the service desk complained she told me oh well it's nothing she can do about it that the room was clean and called me a liar so I'm back a week later to get another room and get my discount just to find out that I'm no longer allowed to get a room there anymore will not tell me the reason why I got a smoking room because I smoke black and miles I had the window cracked open so it wouldn't smell that bad cuz some people don't like to smell of a Black and Mild I've been getting a room there for over 10 years off and on and never had a complaint never had a problem I used to work at a hotel so I try to make it easy for the housekeepers I'll take everything that's dirty and put it in one pile for them so I'm not understanding why I'm not allowed to get a room anymore I asked for my money back or part of my money back and she told me no I asked for corporate's number the manager that's named Barbara told me no so I had to look up corporate number and make a complaint I do know that lady Janet that was working that night was rude and disrespectful and talk to me like I'm a child and I'm a grown woman I'm 36 years old my mother don't talk to me or down talk to me the staff is rude the room is unacceptable the whole hotel smells like weed I got to the third floor as soon as I got the elevator off the smell was marijuana smoke people yelling slamming doors I end up leaving and never stayed there that night and I can't even get my money back

I was staying at the motel 6 on 52 freeman Rd williamsville ny. Let me just say I was kicked out of my room by the general manager at this location and he was very irate. He kicked my room door down and called me and my girlfriend derogatory names in the process even after payment. I would like a refund and all three of those associates oncludong the general manager fired on the spot and I will be suing motel 6. Sound proofing is really needed. Recycling bins are NEEDED inside AND outside.
I can hear whenever someone uses the bathroom, people talking, etc. The walls are paper thin. There HAS TO BE sound proofing for every room and at every location. This is so wrong. You have trash cans in different places outside, good. However, you MUST have RECYCLING bins next to each of them. ALSO, have 2 small recycling bins next to both trash bins in each room.
In the TOUGH times we're in...it's SO lousy and wrong to charge for an entire night when I only need several hours. A partial refund should take place. I specified until what time. Motel6, you REALLY need to work with your customers, this is not the way to do it. Not a good way to get more business from me in the future.
Filthy,damaged walls, doors. Roaches and rats!
Booked room for March 1 to March 9.
1. Room very dark (low wattage bulbs, missing bulbs. Realized this was done so not to see dirt and inhabitants).
2. Paint chipping on doors and walls
3. Towels dirty
4. Marks all over walls, floors and ceilings
5. Television and internet out for days
6. Laundry facilities had most machines out of order and those operational were filthy and moldy
7. Inch and a half size roaches
8. Woke up to rats eating our crackers and attempting to oped olive oil plastic bottle
(I chose this facility for its location, internet, ability to have meals and ability to do laundry (couldn't do laundry, internet out for days, woke up to rats eating our food)
Desired outcome: Want complete refund of over $1,100.00 paid for room.
Room
One bed looked like sheets were dirty, may have been washed but stained. Dirt swept into corners, shower disgusting, bugs coming out between tub and flooring, dirty walls, door absolutely filthy, looked like spaghetti or string from feminine product(used) on floor behind bathroom door, what gets me most upset I was promised a call back from front desk girl after she spoke with her manager but I never received a call back. Mattress box spring disgusting. My first call was about the TV not working. I tried calling but front desk never answered so I finally went down stairs to find out why there was no call back . The door was locked with a note sold out and nobody was there. Tried again in the morning same exact situation. No answer on phone, door locked, and note on door sold out. Still today no phone call from manager. Ian irate about this and will never ever stay at a Motel 6 again. Also waiting on call back from corporate. I may file complaint with health department because I have never been this grossed out by such a filthy room.
Desired outcome: I would like full refunds for both rooms. Explanations why no call back when promised.
Motel 6 Employee
Motel 6 Eugene, Oregon North has a man named Jerry Mee offering hotel guests rides and telling a guest he is a licensed contractor and is willing to do ADA remodeling on a home he is not certified or licensed to do. Jerry and his female companion Lauren Mee have gained access to the veteran's vehicle convinced him to have it towed from his private residence to the motel 6 north with expired registration from out of state and plates, so they have access to it. As well as driving him to his private residence to gain access to the home. They are taking advantage that the veteran has speech and no capability to drive himself around. I have notified the motel of the wrongdoing Darryl Best informed me that he would be contacting the corporate office of the issue right away. He stated that he was aware of the issue that the veteran couldn't drive since he personally drove the veteran to VA clinic and dropped him off for a wheelchair malfunction.
Desired outcome: To be contacted on further routes to be taken. I will be reporting this to the Oregon Construction contractors board as well.
Was charged twice
We stayed at the motel 6 in Scottsboro, Al on 2/18/23. We used our rewards points from our Capital One. They proceeded to charge us $59.13 for the room. When we called to get refunded, they told us they don’t know how to get paid from Capital One. Not our problem. My husband has called several times and we keep getting the same story. We want our money back. Not only are we out the $59.13 but we are out our points from Capital One which equaled to $77 for the room.
Desired outcome: Want our money refunded.

Motel 6 Bristol P.A. My husband & I lived at Motel 6 Bristol P. A for 2 1/2 years... Always had problems with front desk day staff only overcharge because we were cash customers so they set price to any amount they want, not too much you can do about it. Although overcharging us got worse. Rooms are inadequate to say the least. Air conditioner leaked so bad the water would if you let it run past both beds to the door, they gave us rags to sop up water. The ceiling came down on me while I was on potty, landed on my head & broke my laptop. They told a customer left water running in bath tub but that isn't correct someone overdosed above us & the water overflowed the tub which leaked for 2 days until the ceiling came down on me... I did report the leak but was told I had to wait for maintenance to come in on Monday... The lock on my door stopped working, so for almost 2 months I had to have front desk let me in my room... Was treated with disrespect & even humiliated over their broken lock. Our car was robbed at least twice, I was constantly harassed by the resident crack heads & janitor. Anyway list goes on til manager/owner's son tells us we have to leave for no reason we refused, he shuts off electric & water & files for eviction. Every other day banging on door to harass us, one day he was extremely irate & slammed the door repeatedly breaking my vacuum then took a swing at my husband then went outside & starting throwing items at our car... When sheriffs posted an eviction notice on door, he stole it so we missed court. He lied at court saying we owed $4332 which he was not awarded i'm guessing the judge had dealings with him before, but we were still evicted. I know you're thinking, why didn't we call cops, well the cops refused to go there for any calls because of him. When they needed help he refused so calling police which we did they just don't show up, I can't blame them... Honestly, that's just a small piece of what is going on there. Drug dealers, rapist, sex trafficking, tax fraud, theft, discrimination, violence & it's all hidden by the owner & staff behind motel 6 brand... Btw they refuse to give receipts so you can't do taxes & they charge taxes after 3 days when there are by law not allowed to... Do not go here you will regret it folks

Put on do not rent list with no explanation
Was put on do not rent list after I extended my stay after I ask can garbage be taken since im extending stay after we stayed for a week and had no issue in the past and manager made it a problem that I had a towel on the floor for water leakage from shower and having my clothes on table started it looked trashy to have my clothes on table she was rude and ignored my questions made false assumptions.

I am being deprived of my personal property and ignored for help.
My name is Amanda Martinez Chapa, my husband and I stayed at Motel 6 located at 8202 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas, from December 10-13,2022. On the morning of December 13th at appox. 10:15 a. my husband and I were outside the Motel 6 office to pay for another day to stay, when we were stopped by police. The police searched our car and the Motel 6 manager opened our room #208 before checkout and without our consent, permitting the officers to search without a search warrant. They did not find anything illegal and locked the room because my husband was arrested for a warrant and remains in custody. I have been trying everyday to retrieve our personal property such as, medication, birthday gifts etc from our room. The hotel's staff has refused me because I was not listed as a guest. I was a guest of a registered guest and talked to housekeepers for towels and I asked mgr for trashbags, they know I was staying in #208. The night manager knew I didnt have a license because my wallet was stolen there in the hotel parking lot out of my car but I had a picture of my license, he wouldn't allow it. The motel's staff recognized me as the girl from #208 as she calls the police today December 17 at 5p.m. because I wanted to speak with a manager, but there wasn't any available on the weekends and also she wanted to get rid of me. Im suppose to wait until Monday morning to speak to a manager in which it will delay taking my medication and I have to borrow warm clothes until I get my suitcases from the room. This is a violation to my 4th Amendment right, denying me of my property and my husband's. I was a registered guest at this Motel 6 less than a month ago and I still respect the policies, but please I need a little compassion here, please help, Im trying to assure my husband we will get our things back.
Desired outcome: I would like to retrieve my husband's and my personal property from room #208.Please allow me to take our suitcases, 2 fishing poles,bluetooth speaker, all of our property back home with me.
Reservations
Today, 13 December 2022, the Motel 6 website has been inoperative for over four hours. I needed to make a reservation for the 15th. I tried to call Reservations, but they can't do anything. I called the Motel directly, and they can't do anything. I called customer care, and they referred me back to reservations.
The only conclusion I can draw from this is that Motel 6 is going out of business. It would be nice if they would put something on their website as to why people cannot make reservations. Has their website been hacked?
Why haven't they switched to their backup computer?
I wonder WHEN they will finally make a public announcement?

please be advise that wasn't the right way of telling people you can't come back and didn't even let me explain. my wife was on her monthly that's why because of the blood on the sheets. I've never had that happen. but you have people smoking crack, hitting needles, needles everywhere. people fighting and stealing around the motel. Staff and room.
Person doing reservations at front desk in white settlement was not friendly at all. The card would not open the door. The floors had not been cleaned in forever. The bathroom door would not shut. 2 towels for 3 people and charged 92.00 for a run down piece of dirty room with heavy foot traffic all thru the night. Worse hotel ever. Sooo overpriced. 2 tiny bars of soap.. no shampoo.. it was a horrible horribly stay.
Desired outcome: I'd like people to know not to go there especially if you have a family. I feel we were grossly Overcharged for what we received. I would like a refund.
No show charge
Why are your so called customer service people so nasty and condescending. I have been going 15 rounds with these [censored]s for 8 weeks now, about a no show charge for a reservation that I did not make (we finally)that something somewhere was keyed in incorrectly.
I was told that I needed to contact the local PD (In Palm Springs) because this was probably a fraudulent reservation. And or my financial institution. How nice. More people to tell the story to.

Now I have to go legal on Motel 6. It's no longer about the money. It's about the lack to cooperation from the people of and at Motel 6. I'm the customer, not some homeless person sleeping at the front door of the property.
Because I have not received any , as in ANY response to emails sent, I don't expect an answer to this one. Legal will be in touch within 21 days.

Motel room in Wichita Falls, Texas North...
Motel 6 used to be a very good and reasonably priced place to stay overnight, however, my stay at the Wichita Falls, Texas North was a disaster to say the least! I was so tired when I checked in that I never complained to the office manager until the next morning. He said he would “look into it.”
1. TV didn’t work.
2. Microwave dirty and in need of repair.
3. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a freight train.
4. I requested a non-smoking room, the room stunk of tobacco and other terrible odors.
5. Upstairs and outside noise of other people were terrible.
6. The speed bumps in the parking lot was enough to damage your vehicle…
