Motel 6 booked 2 rooms paid for 1 room in cash and was charged for both rooms on my credit card

I booked 2 rooms and the first room was for another couple who checked in before me and this room was in her name. We arrived and checked in later, the only thing staff. Asked me for was my drivers license, never signed any forms, never asked how I wanted to pay for my room..upon check out my room was payed by my credit card and so was the other room and it was also payed for in cash...I never authorized the second room to be paid for on my credit card.I talked to the staff who told me too bad we can refund your money in 5-10 business days...I never authorized my credit card to be used to pay for this room...never signed any form, never received a receipt. I will be putting it out on social media and stopping payment.. orient your staff better! Terrible customer service by Joslin who made the errors Nicole who didn't care about it and manager Erik Hutchison who pretty much said too bad, do what you have to do...

Motel 6 I was lied to told to [censor] off by your employees at the weed ca branch

I checked into motel six at 455. I asked your worker what I'd have to do to be able to come in and stay they whole night instead of getting kicked out after four hours
The employee informed me that I had to wait five min
Then when I checked in I'd be good for the night. So I did. The first room I was giving smelled terrible had cigarette butts everywhere so I called front desk and they gave me a different room which again was discussting. I had to make my own bed and sweep. I went threw alot off crap spent 80 on a room I only got for four hours.
I left the hotel. For a few hours cause I had a job to do in weed. When I returned all my stuff was gone. So I went to front desk and explained what happened. The lady laughed at me and told me I was burnt. Ive spent alot off money staying at tour place. I complained to the manager and too this day she has not responded. I will never stay in another motel six due to this disrespectful attitude of you employees. I want people fired the manager and the two workers who laughed at me and kept most of my stuff from room.

Motel 6 room cleanliness/overall experience

This 1 night stay at Motel 6 in Green Bay was the worst experience my family and I have ever had at a motel. The common areas were dirty, with trash overflowing from trash can by main entrance and the front desk staff was unorganized and not very friendly. We had 2 rooms reserved. One room had blood stains on the mattress pad, hair in the sink, and the smoke detector was missing off the wall. The second room also had stains of some sort on the mattress pad, and had chunks of used chewing tobacco stuck to the wall. The side "security door" was supposed to be locked from 9 pm to 5 am but was never locked. The motel doesn't provide their guests with shampoo/conditioner in the shower so we had to go buy some. The icing on the cake is when an ear piercing alarm of some sort went off through the entire building at 1:40 am and no guests were evacuated but it took the staff more than 10 minutes to shut it off. All Motel 6's may not be this bad, but I have no intentions of finding out. I will never stay at another Motel 6.

Motel 6 everything - room, customer service, housekeeping

Aug 3 - 7 ... 3 guests in room ... they left us 1 set of towels and a towel that was as thin as a paper towel (daily). The phone in the room didn't work. The carpet was so nasty we had to carry a wet wash cloth from the shower to the bed to clean out feet before getting in bed. I had to get toilet paper from the front desk one day. Staff was rude. Wifi was advertised as free in room but only worked in lobby and the staff refused to give password. I asked for a handicap accessible room, they put us on the 2nd floor as far from the elevator as possible with a disabled senior and child. Mold in shower ... had to bath my autistic son in bathroom sink.

I should have checked out the first day but no other rooms available in the area.

do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Motel 6 missoula mt motel6e

Thurs.Aug 3 2017 checked into a non smoking room at the Missoula motel 6.
The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. There were cigarette ashes on the floor and chairs. Large sections of paint peeling off of the bathroom wall, the tub was dirty as was the rest of the room. I complained to the front desk and he gave me a $25. discount on paper but after checking my bank statement apparently it was only on paper as i was still charged the full amount.

Motel 6 rudeness to customers and employees

The Motel 6 in Junction City Ks, the Managers are rude and disrespectful, to customers and employees. The rooms are not clean and dirty. The place is nasty. The manager neglects to do his job, and leaves matters unresolved, for a customers complaints. No one should stay there until, this manager learns how to take care of the customers, and employees

Motel 6 hotel stay

I paid and reserved a room at motel 6 in Baton Rouge on Reiger road. When I attempted to check in I was told I had to wait two hours for an already paid room. Once I got to my room the air was broke. I then was moved to a different room where there was a large blood splatter all over the wall. They sent house cleaning up to clean the splatter. The house keeper then told us she hadn't gotten a chance to check this room so I was put in a room that had been ready when I initially got here. I've never experienced such a bad time at a hotel. I wasn't offered anything to try and make my stay better after sitting in a room sweating for thirty minutes and then being put in a room with BLOOD on the wall. The smell was the tell tell sign it was blood.

Motel 6 lost reservation

I made a reservation at Motel 6 in Spokane near the airport. I use the phone and called last week and booked two nights for this Friday and Saturday. I spoke to a mail desk clerk. When I came today to get my room I was not in the system as having had a reservation. The desk clerk was very helpful and called the other hotels in the area to see if maybe my reservation was with them. Unfortunately there was no rooms available tonight at Motel 6. So I had to get a room across the road at the Econo lodge.

Motel 6 reservation cancellation refund

I reserved a 4 night stay at the Motel 6 in Jacksonville Florida on booking.com for the 1st of August to the 4th of August. I was unable to make the reservation due to a family member being admitted into intensive care and is on life support. The reservation totally slipped my mind and by the time I remembered i made reservations go to florida, it was too late to cancel it. Now im charged $152.52 for somewhere I did not even step property on. Please i do apologize for the inconvenience but I really would like a refund. Please and thank you.

Motel 6 the service at motel, 6 on brick church pike nashville tn

On july the 24th 2017 me and my family stayed at the motel 6 on brick church pike nashville tn, as we was going to our room we was approached by this black man clamming to the maintenance man, for the motel he proceeded to tell my husband and I that if we needed any thing to let him know, we quickly closed our door not yet knowing the area later on that night, we were going out to have dinner, and there again was this same man telling us how he could get us anything we needed, my husband then asked him to please step away from our car. Then this white woman walked up to this black man asking him for some crack cocaine and he proceeded to tell her to go knock on his door and wait for him up there, we quickly left the parking lot and went straight to the office to get our money back. We made a complaint to the person at the front desk, but they didn't seem to care my husband even told them about this black man but they said, they didn't have any one working for them fitting that description, so my question is this motel just has random people walking up to the guest cars trying to sell crack cocaine, or they just don't want to take responsibility for their employees, so unless you want to be approached by this same black man I would suggest you don't stay there.

Motel 6 customer service/room condition

Me and my husband checked in on Thursday 8/3/17. We got to our room and got all settled and then clicked on the TV and it didn't work. Called front desk they said come back to front desk and see what they could do. We got moved to another room and that room the air didn't work. So we go back to the front desk and got moved once more mind you this is at night after a long trip. We were not ready for this inconvenience at all. Then this morning I go to the front desk just to ask if by any chance if you guys had any hygiene products I could buy and the lady at the front desk replied that's not her job to be supplying anyone with hygiene products and that there was a store on the corner I could take myself to. This stay was the worst ever. Oh and one more thing when we were moved the first time your front desk clerk asked if I could remake the bed before I leave the room are you kidding me.

Motel 6 false pet policy

I booked a room because of the free pet policy but yet when I went to check in I was told I had to pay an additional $45 for my dogs. While I was in the office there was a sign literally on the wall stating the pet policy that they always stay free the manager said oh that's an old policy. I will make sure to make note on Expedia where I booked my stay that this is false advertising as well as never staying here again.

Motel 6 motel 6

Hello,

My name is Patrick Allen. I stayed at your Motel 6 Aurora location for one night; checking in on June 27th.

I am contacting you as I have tried to call your caster service number and they have said unfortunately their is nothing they can do about refunding me for my stay. The hotel property has apparently banned me for a disturbance.

I am a quite, clean none smoker who was visiting friends and going to a class for work. I was hoping that at the very least it would be an easy stay and comfortable; as anyone would with any hotel.

I have tried to contact this specific hotel on numerous occasions, with no response back from the manager.

I do not know what the disturbance was as no-one can seem to tell me what I had done that upset the hotel so badly.

I made sure to let the agency in which I booked the hotel with that I would not recommend anyone stay there for any period of time.

My most recent call was August, 3rd to your guest relations line. My reference number is 1332280

At this point in time I am growing very upset as I have done nothing wrong but I am being told I did with no explanation. I simply want my money back for the horrid stay I experienced. The only thing I can possibly think of that could have upset staff unjustly would be that I am a transgendered person. I would hope this would not be an issue however people still discriminate to this day on race so I have no doubt they would do the same for being transgendered. If this is the issue please feel free to let me know so I can contact a lawyer to deal with this issue further.

I understand the person receiving this email is not at fault, and honestly would not believe the brand Motel 6 would be at fault either. I do ask that you understand that although this was not a corporate level decision necessary that I am growing impatient, and quite frankly aggravated beyond belief. I simply want my money back; I could care less if the hotel does not want me back as I travel often and stay at numerous hotels; never in the past having a single problem. This was my first experience with Motel 6 and if this is the level of “support” provided by corporate I do not plan on ever booking another room at any of your locations. I will, however, get my money back if I have to go as far as writing a letter to every single person of power with in your corporate offices as my experience was unjustifiable, confusing, offensive and enraging by all means.

Upon reading the reviews from other people I am not the only one who has had this kind of issue, and it reflects poorly on Motel 6 as a company and makes one believe it is ill equipped to be running any sort of customer service of any kind.

Once again I understand this is not the fault of the person who receives this email however I will make it an issue if need be.

Motel 6 room and customers service

Very bad experience.

The bed was not comfortable at all. Crooked bead. The ice machine was very very noisy in the night. A tried to advise the front desk but anyone were ansering. I also could sleep well because of Very bad noose for other customers mainly with young kids.

Not recommended. Even the customers service women Krystal folio (4119AAR855) was rude and very not helpful.

She even laugh of my French speaking accent. And called me Alexandra even if she knew my name is Pierre-Alexandre! Customer experience very bad. I hated Krystal service. Adding the fact she was rude she laughed at my English and called me by a girl name.!

Motel 6 the room and service

My son and I checked into the Motel 6 on the 20th of July in Austin-North, TX (9420 I-35 N. Austin TX, 78753) and stayed until the 24th of July. Itinerary# [protected].
First when I went into the lobby to check-in, Employees were not friendly and it was hot and stuffy. I had a hard time understanding the employees, (not everyone speaks Spanish).
The room was dirty, there were small bugs crawling on the floor. The toilet did not flush and they gave us only one washcloth for two people. Also the air conditioning hardly got cooled. I mentioned the issues to front desk and they pretty much ignored me and just laughed.
When we would leave the room the Housekeepers did not get the dirty towels or make the beds. Just put towels on the sink.
When we would try to get into our room, we would have to go to the office to get the key card reprogrammed everyday.
We finally got a ice bucket the last day we were staying.
We were in a non-smoking room but with people smoking outside the odor comes in through the air conditioning.

Motel 6 very poor or no service

July 23rd, 2017 Checked in, floor very dirty, asked them to vacuum, they did but not a very good job of cleaning.
July 24th they made bed and new towels. They did not vacuum. The shower was not cleaned and/or bathroom.
July 25th they did not come in at all. Did not make bed and I was out of bath towels, had to go to front desk to get more towels. The shower was not cleaned and/or bathroom.
July 26th they did not change sheets or make bed. Did not take used towels on bathroom floor. They only set clean set of towels on bed, did nothing else in room. Did not vacuum or any cleaning of bathroom, shower, etc.
July 27th No new towels, did not vacuum room, and did not change sheets or make the bed. The shower was not cleaned and bathroom not cleaned.
July 28th checked out.
The hallways were never vacuumed/cleaned in the 5 days I stayed here. The stairway up to second floor was really dirty, gravel, dirt, etc.
Paid $396.70

What service did I get other than just a bed to sleep in? The ball was dropped for cleaning the room, shower, toilet, etc. The TV remote would not shut TV off, had to shut off at TV manually. The carpet in the room always felt somewhat damp to walk on. Around edges of room and bed the carpet was very dirty like it had not been cleaned in months!

I should get some refund for the poor/no service while I stayed here!

Motel 6 price

checked in to Portsmouth NH motel 6 last Sat night July 29 2017.
2 adults in double bed room
price was $180 taxes in.
thought it was pretty high but we had been on road for 12 hours
got to room and noticed behind door was a placard stating the max price for 2 persons in a room, $105.99, I looked online and it states that in the US this is done to prevent price goughing on weekend's, summer time, special events, etc.
Seems kind of steep for a basic motel 6 room.

Motel 6 everything

Where to begin? The sheets and comforter are stained, the floors are nasty and slimy, there was trash in here when I got here. Bathtub has stains along with the shower curtain. I can smell someone's perfume on the pillow cases which obviously means the bedding was not changed like it should have been. Not to mention the (very disgusting) poop stains on the wall! VERY unhappy and I have this room reserved for three more nights!

Motel 6 gave us room assigned already

So basically early Wednesday morning me and my friend were checking into a room to get some rest after a long day. We were assigned the wrong room . which was room 116. Which people were staying in obviously. We didnt hear no sound or no nothing . im thinking that the door was actinh funny i reached my hand in to see if i could fix it then next thing you know someone gets up and forcefully closes the door with my finger in it and all this is on camera i have pictures of my finger and everything. This incident was not resolved at all . i would like to be contacted back as soon as possible please and thank u

Motel 6 security guard wilcox

Joshua revile walking dog and harassed by truck full people and words exchanged . securuty guard blamed Joshua for words and not the truck full of mexicans not supposed to bethere we believe and called police and they came to door and joshua explained exchange of words and they left .Joshua will file complaint with police too. as his gas cap and vehicle scratched and maybe something put in tank as retaliation. he was told to leave at 10:30am checkout is 11:m he has stayed there many times and many motel six in area including airport one too.all happened early morning of7/28 while walking dog we should get refund for way johua ws treated and truck damaged this was 2nd night there thistime around
