Mr. Tire review: Mounting & balancing

We are a neighboring business located next to store in Timonium on Padonia Rd. I bought new tires and had the store mount & balance. First of all, when I went out to my car... The new tires were still in the back of my car. They simply rotated the old ones. I inquired about a new valve stem and was told that the store doesnt do that.

Second... I woke sat morning and my tire was completely flat. I had to go to the basement, get the air compressor, fill it up then pump up my tire. This ruined most of my morning. I then had to drive 4 miles to pep boys tire center and have them fix the valve stem which ruined another hour.

I am really disappointed in the service I received from your store. And we're neighbors. We throw you work all the time. I believe I should get some sort of refund for my troubles. This is ridiculous!
