I recently ordered a playsuit from Muraboutique and wanted to share my experience. I live in Greece and was excited to receive my order. But they did not cancel anything and weeks later I received a package with my dress. It looked terrible and there were no sign of any custom! The dress was very huge and looked like a tent. Quality of the material was very poor. Do not buy from MuraBoutique!

They offered me two options: to get refund, to get 50% refund and free shipping for the next orders. I emailed them and asked to provide full refund. The rep told me that it would take 30 days to process the request and transfer refund. 30 days have passed several weeks ago, but they still haven’t refunded me. I don’t advise this place.
