Let me tell you about my experience with Mura Boutique. First off, I want to warn you that they do not offer any refunds, so be cautious when making a purchase. I personally believe that they do this because they know that the quality of their clothes is not up to par.

Secondly, I ordered a playsuit from their website and the measurements listed were incorrect. When I received the item, it was oversized and did not fit me properly. To make matters worse, there was blue pen ink on the shoulder and a brown stain on the rear area. I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the playsuit.

I reached out to Mura Boutique to request a return and was informed that I would have to pay for the shipping myself. I believe that a good business would have at least covered the cost of return shipping, especially given the faults with the item.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Mura Boutique. The quality of their clothes is poor and their customer service is lacking. Additionally, the material of the playsuit I received was not up to my standards. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

I asked them to cancel my order but they said that they were not able to do that and asked to pick something else. Since there was no other option I picked another suite and later received the same message - my size was not available. Then I told them that I don't care about their policies and etc., and that I want only my money. It's not my fault that there is no information on their website! They said they'll think of something and contact me back later. Never happened. They continue to ignore me.

I have ordered a custom dress which was on sale. The price was great and the dress itself looked gorgeous. First of all they charged me some extra money for custom and it was no information about that on their website. I asked them to cancel my order because the custom fee was crazy and it was even bigger that the price of the dress. MuraBoutique rep said ok and promised I'll get my money back. But they did not cancel anything and weeks later I received a package with my dress. It looked terrible and there were no sign of any custom! The dress was very huge and looked like a tent. Quality of the material was very poor. Do not buy from MuraBoutique!

I will never again buy from the company www.muraboutique.com.au. I have ordered dress with the jacket, but 10 days later and my order was sold out. They offered me two options: to get refund, to get 50% refund and free shipping for the next orders. I emailed them and asked to provide full refund. The rep told me that it would take 30 days to process the request and transfer refund. 30 days have passed several weeks ago, but they still haven’t refunded me. I don’t advise this place.
