Mustafa Centre review: Concern regarding poor assembly toys service and product quality 1

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the staff in the toys section, particularly the assembly team, and the quality of some products sold in your store.

On several occasions, I have purchased toys from your store, only to find that essential parts, such as the covers for the battery compartments and other small components, are missing after assembly. This has caused significant inconvenience, especially as I travel a long distance to visit your store. Once we reach home, my children are eager to play with their new toys, only to be disappointed when they discover that parts are missing. This has happened to me multiple times.

Additionally, I recently purchased a pair of non-branded headphones from your store, and after just five days of use, the ear drum cover membrane came apart. This was highly disappointing, as I expect products purchased from your well-known store to last for a reasonable period.

I hope you will address these issues by ensuring that the toy assembly staff are more diligent in their roles and do not leave any parts or accessories out of the packaging. I also hope that the quality of the products sold in your store will be reviewed to maintain your store’s good reputation.
