Mustafa Centre review: Hair accessories with 5$ is charged for 40$ in the bill.

Dear Mustafa center,
I am writing to formally complain about a pricing discrepancy I encountered during my recent visit to your store on 26.12.24 @ 2:00 am. I purchased a hair accessory that was clearly labeled with a price of $5, but I was charged $40 at checkout. Product code: 877575

Attached, I have included the following evidence:

A photo of the price label showing $5.
A copy of my receipt showing the $40 charge.

I brought this matter to the attention of billing counter @ level1 at the time of purchase, but the issue was not resolved. I would appreciate it if you could refund me the $35 difference and investigate why this error occurred to prevent it from affecting other customers.
