MVQ Privacy Matters 123 no longer refunds unknown membership fees. They have been taking money ($23.95) from me since 02/8/10... Stupid me just caught on. Still.. they will only cancel the membership, not refund.

I was charged $19.95 for a service, or "Membership" as they called it on my bank account. I did NOT authorize this payment and have called the 888 number they listed to cancel this so-called "Membership." I did not even know WHAT Privacy Matters 123 even was and had to look it up! HOW can these people get away with such scams? I will see if they charge me again, and if so, I will take it to my attorney.

Classmates.com shared my credit card information
with an on line marketing company, Adaptive Marketing LLC ®.
This company enrolled me into a subscription service
(Privacy Matters 123) that I did not sign up for.
My credit card showed 2 charges for $19.95 each and will
keep trying to charge my credit card $19.95 a month.
Classmatres.com won't cancel my membership and return my fee.
They will only let me cancel the automatic payment.

Privacy Matters 123 I have been trying to cancel. I have been unsuccessful. I just needed to get credit scores and clicked on that I did not want anything else but they continue taking fees out of my account. This should not be legal and should have a number to contact or some other way to cancel membership.

The same thing happened to my wife. It seems when ever you use their services they eroniously sign you up for other stuff. My wife finally had to threaten with leagal action to get the matter resolved.
