This company sells key organizers that fits all your keys very compactly. On December 3rd, I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents. They said in the email to expect it to take 14-21 business days for delivery. Needless to say, Christmas came and went - no product. On January 11th, I sent my first email asking what the status of the order was. The email I received back said they could not find my order in the system and asked if I would forward them the confirmation, which I did. I received an email back saying that they have submitted a refund request to their refund department and I should receive an automated message within 3-5 days. No message. On January 20th, I contacted them again - this time a bit more frustrated. telling them that I wanted my refund immediately. I received another email saying that they had sent a follow up to their refund department and to email this person directly if I did not see the refund within 5 business days. Today, I have contacted them yet again stating that i wanted my refund immediately. I received an immediate reply saying they had sent ANOTHER follow up request to the refund department and that I should see the refund within 5 business days. I cannot find a phone number to call. Shame on me for clicking on an ad that I saw. Guess I've learned my lesson! I told them that I would be posting my dissatisfaction with their company anywhere I could!
The scam still continues. I ordered a handy charger with the offer of buy one get 1 free, as well as a handymax portable power bank with the same offer of buy one get one free. The order was placed in May 2016 and I received an email 27th May stating the order was ready for shipping and I would be notified when it had been sent. I checked my bank account and the amount of $85.76 Aust had been Charged to my credit card on 27th May 2016. I waited until August and emailed them asking why I hadn't received my order and received a reply saying that due to the high demand there had been some delays and my order would be dispatched and I would receive an email with tracking number etc. Needless to say the email wasn't received and after several more contacts And replies I requested a refund. I received another email stating my request had been submitted to the refunds department on 28th August. No refund was received and after informing them I would be taking legal action they have ceased replying to my emails.
I have the exact same experience but luckily the transaction was through PayPal. I have noticed all the complains (thank you all for the alerts) after I have made the payment so I have gone through the proper waiting shipment period, ask them why no delivery, (got the same too many orders reply), ask for refund and log issue with PayPal. Waited for the indicated vendor respond period and got the FULL money back yesterday. Hope everybody else will have the same outcome.
I also ordered 2 handy keys, order was placed in March 2016 I emailed them twice a week for 3 months finally threatened to contact my bank and lodge a dispute within 2 days my order arrived. Dawn Anderson commented 26 Feb 2016 they are not based in Australia I was told be them they are based in Chicago my best bet would be they are in some shabby basement in china or russia
I, too, fell for this scam. I ordered in May 2016, have sent numerous emails, always getting the "production delays" excuse, promising to ship within the next 3-5 business days, and getting NOTHING! i have now requested a refund, but am not holding my breath from the looks of complaints on this site!. I clicked on the tracking number and their website has been taken down.

I am also a victim of this scam. Although I would have had protection through Paypal and my credit card, they knew to delay me with promises of delivery, and then changed to refunding me (which never materialized) until I passed the 6 month deadline. They even had the audacity to blame Paypal for not having released payment to them, which Paypal denied. Good thing I only lost $25 CAD. I wish I had looked them up sooner and found this site so I could have done a chargeback.
I orderd ny handy key in the 22 may 2016 and have never received it! I too have sent emails and have been fobbed off with the same responses! Never order anything off Facebook! I think Facebook should screen their advertisers better and not allow their members to be ripped off!
I ordered the power packs via an add on facebook.
Had all the great email replies saying how they were backlogged due to the overwhelming response and that i would get my power packs soon.
That was in June 2016 and I am still waiting in April 2017. They stopped replying to my emails after 3 months of nagging them.
I feel like such a fool. Didn't worry me too much when I thought it was only $39.95 but that was US when converted to Aussie dollar it cost me over $70 OMFG
Exact same situation with Me! Ordered mine in June 2016 and now it's June 2017 and still no product. Will file a complaint witb the BBC.
I ordered my CAMS in June. Still nothing .. Others I see have the same problem. One excuse after another. Sounds like fraud to me.
