[protected] inta carreno - from home deopt $20.. I had trouble using the card and call the number on the back = they saw the declined transaction - was told a new card would be sent to me. I placed it in my purse and just saw it again and remembered that I never got the new card. I once again called the number on the back of the card and was told oh well too bad... Not fair - I am owed that $20.00 - please reissue the card

mastercard rewards card
I received a $30 MasterCard rewards card for a purchase made at Discount Tire. The card arrived with no expiration date printed on it and I cannot find a way to activate it without that. I also cannot form a way to speak to a person on the help lines. What good is this card if I can't use it? Tell me how I am supposed to activate this card. I can be reached at [protected] or [protected]@brookslaw-mediation.com.
ability to login/get information on my cards.
I can not seem to log in and view information on my cards. I put in my username. I put in my password. It says loading card 1 out of 3. It says loading card 2 out of 3. It says loading card 3 out of 3. It takes me back to the home screen still not logged logged in and this entire 5 MINUTE PROCESS repeats. I called the support number and it's a completely automated process with no option to speak to an actual human and the automated process can't tell me the information I need. I've now unnecessarily wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to work with their jacked up system. Thank you.
visa debit card
I have VISA debt card with $1000 balance from my company. I wanted to be cash out from the ATM. I called customer service so i can ask which bank or ATM can i go? Representative name Ruby Lilly id #1568 tried asking me card number, address, name & more details about me. I already provided on the automated phone system when i dial the customer service. But i provided card number card holder name then she keep asking me more questions have nothing to do with my question. I did not provide her more information and wanted to talk to her supervisor. First she ask my phone number so they can call us back. I denied then she tried to put me on hold forever so i should hang up but i said no i will wait even take longer time. Finaly her duty supervisor Jennifer came and listen my complaint and answer me right away with out any information. Problem solved in second. ( Why phone automated system is there to ask card number etc? If they can not pull in the cumputor with phone system?). I did not feel safe to provide our detail information on live because international calling center agent working in India or somewhere else can be mis use. Fix it Fix it and Fix it.

bought 4 new tires a dave edwards dealership.
I bought a set of tires at Dave Edwards Toyota Car Dealership. I was given a copy of my bill and a form to fill out in order to receive a rebate. I followed all the information to apply for my rebate the week I bought the tires. I received my rebate card and am trying to activate it. Can't seem to do that. Don't know why you all are making this so hard!
There was no accident. I had a set of tires put on my car at
Dave Edwards Toyota car dealership and received a rebate which I applied for the same day I bought the tires. I have received a letter with a Visa card which I must activate. I am trying to do that now. So let's get this done...

prepaid card expired and funds no longer available but their online terms of service said the funds do not expire
My card had an expiration date of 01/19 and their website which has a bunch of pages "down" showed through Google search that funds for Visa cards should not expire even though the card expires. I called in customer service today 04/08/2019 and asked for a replacement card and was told that I could be sent a new card, but the funds would be gone. This is completely contrary to their website. They also need to get a working terms of service page up again.

[censored]ing [censored]. You have to spend the exact amount on the card for your purchase or it can't be used. What kind of [censored]ery is this? I'm not going to spend exactly $20 somewhere also [censored] evga for issuing this [censored] card as a "rebate". I'm going to go steal some [censored] now so I don't feel gypped for losing out on my $20 that I thought was in cold hard cash. [censored] you

prepaid visa
I received a prepaid visa with $25 on it from national consumer panel (myprepaidcenter card). I activated it and thought I was good to go. It activated and showed a $25 balance last time I checked it. I went to check the balance today (it doesn't expire for 3 months) and they have no record of my card. I tried to call but could never reach a person. I want to be able to use this card before it expires. Please help!

continental tire rebate visa card
Activated a rebate visa card in September 2017 with 70.00 on it from Continental Tires. Never used it and went to use it yesterday only to be advised it had expired in August 2018 which is against the CARD Act law and against the terms of the card agreement I received. Cannot reach anyone in the company on their phone lines and only offers an address to mail to for "customer service". This is frustrating and I want the card reissued with the money on the card for my use as was intended by the manufacturer, Continental, who issued this rebate. If we cannot get resolution here I intend to contact the manufacturer directly to request a new card be issued.

Rebate card
Rebate card for $75 from Discount Tire through your company expired less than a year after issue. I understand that rebate cards are not gift cards and so the five-year regulation does not apply, but it's just terrible customer service. Do they right thing and refund the remaining funds on card: [protected]. I will be going to Discount Tire to let them know that them providing this rebate is worthless. Also - look at Facebook.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble activating your Discount Tire rebate cards, and would glad to help you with activating your cards. You can email me at Katrina.stewart@bhnetwork.com with your contact information. We never want you to have any issues with activation.
Thank you,
Katrina
I agree this form of rebate used by Discount tire is ridiculous. I am unable to activate any of the rebate cards and they are not expired. I wish they would go back to the way that they used to do it, deduct the rebate amount that day and then Discount would do whatever was needed to get the money back for the rebates. I never had to deal with it directly.. I will be going to discount to let them know how worthless the rebates are really...
gift card
Gave daughters each a $25 gift card for Christmas. Both cards said funds do not expire on the front of the card. The cards expired so I called to get new cards issued. They both were charged 3.95 for two months and then I was told there was a $15 fee per card to get a valid card that we could actually use. No way around it. So now my daughters have 2.10 each to spend. Such a scam!

customer service is unreachable
After activating my card, it keeps getting declined when I try to use it and their customer service is literally a sales pitch. If you don't want to pay shipping on their "free" gift card, and you just want to get some help from a customer service, they hang up on you and tell you the number you called isn't available. Its the customer service number listed both on their website and the back of the card for service! How are you supposed to get any help with your card? Hand over your information to a company you don't trust in order to pay for shipping on another gift card you don't want? Will they transfer you to an actual customer service agent after that? I've had 6 other cards from these guys that worked, but this is a nightmare once you actually have any issue or need of assistance.

fees associated with expired cards
My prepaid Mastercard expired and not only was I assessed a replacement fee of $15 to replace the card, I was also assessed a monthly fee on the card. That is double jeopardy on fees and is totally unacceptable. This card was issued for $50 and had an expiration date of 07/18. The card was misplaced and just was discovered today. I was assessed a $3.95 monthly fee for 6 months and then they added another $15 fee so not the $50 card will be reissued for $11 and some change. This is approximately $39 in fees that are assessed. Plus they have had the use of the money and interest for an extended period of time. So unethical and boarders on fraudulent business practices. Never doing business with them again and will advise others to not use their card services.

scam
These cards are not accepted anywhere. As a result, the card expires and they deduct fees from your accounts to keep active (but you can't use it). Then it expires and you have to pay $15 for a replacement. In the end, your balance goes down to zero. Seems like a scam in that you can never use the funds, practically speaking. So they get the money upfront and you can't ever use it.

expired card
I bought tires at Discount Tires and shorty afterward the card expired. Your web sight says a card may expire but funds do not and a card will be reissued. I cannot get in touch with anyone to reissue the card. I believe the law says that card should not expire.
I am asking for the card to be reissued before I call the State Attorney General to have this looked into.
The expied card number is. [protected]

gift card
We received a gift card as a rebate from some groceries purchased. We gave our son the card, and he put it in his billfold to use at Christmas time to purchase gifts. He is 7, so that was a big deal to him. He went to use it to purchase a Christmas gift and they told him it was expired. He was very heartbroken. We called tonite [protected]) to see if they would reissue him one, so he could use it. We were told no, it only has $5.00 left on it as there is a $3.00 service fee on it. He never used it! So the business that paid you the $8.00 plus whatever you charged them to issue it, lost their money, as we did also. We are asking you to reissue our son the gift card in the full amount of $8.00 I believe that gift cards are required to be good for 5 years, and the service fee cant be charged until the card is atleast a year old. I appreciate your time on this matter.

Tried to activate the card. Phone line is down for maintenance and the website won't load as well. Reading through the prior comments this is nothing new.
gift card for tires
I got issued a card that expired shortly after I received it for tires I purchased. The card expired and it says that you can still get the funds on their website. I have been calling the number provided to get the funds but it will not give me anyone to talk to. It says the card is expired which is true but does not give you a way to get the funds. This is totally disgusting! They purposely give a short expiry date.

visa debit
This company is a complete scam. I got this prepaid card after a purchase from Big O tires. The card expired shortly after I got the card. I contacted the company and tried to get the card reissued. They kept asking me the same question over and over and then hung up the phone on me. I will be notifying Big O and Visa about this scam company. Don't make a purchase decision based on a discount based on this card. Most likely you will not get the money.

phone agent activation of prepaid card
I attempted a phone activation of a prepaid Visa on Oct 7 at 1:54 pm.
Because I declined an offer to accept a $200 gift card for some unknown merchant I was told I could disconnect the call and would have to do the activation online.
This level of customer service is deplorable and I will be following up with Visa to advise them how poorly your company reflects on them.

I have a Home Depot 80.00 rebate debit card that I used once for around 54.00 and had a balance of 20 something dollars left on it. I went to use it up today and the card was rejected. The expiration date is 03/2020 so the card should still be good to use. I went to the customer service site, myprepaidcenter.com, and got no where and couldn't even get through. How do I get that 20+ something dollars back? Not happy at all! Waiting for your reply ASAP.

I'm having the same problem. Card keeps getting declined everywhere and their customer service is unreachable. They try to get you to pay shipping on "free" gift cards when you call them, and if you just want help not their "free" gift card they hang up on you and tell you the number you called isn't available. Its the customer service number listed both on the website and the back of the card for service! Terrible company, if you can avoid their gift cards do so at all costs.
