Namecheap review: Customer service

Ill start out buy saying this-- Name was my go to for domains and just about anything else. Thats all ended as today their customer service sucks so bad that I will use any product they promote again. I opened an bought 2 domains to start my business and a email 4 hours and different occasions Telling them I couldnt log in aand nobody could help so now they tell me I cant close my account unless I can access the account what a joke the stupidest bunch of [protected]@%$$n A#$H###s I ever dealt with now I have change My business name cuz I tranfer to another host
