I have followed NanaMacs online for a while now and this was my first time buying from an online boutique. I ordered three items, one of the dresses was not true to size, another had the steams falling out all over the dress, and the last one was not flattering to a big bust. Being my fist time ordering from a boutique, I should have reviewed the return policy which states they do not offer free returns.. I decided to send back all three of my dresses which cost me $15! And to top off my experience they do not refund your money, only store credit. This is a scam of a business as they get most of their clothing from a cheap warehouse filled with other boutiques and bump up the price. Check out ***.com and look for the same exact clothes there but for less. You're welcome.

I've been ordering from NanaMacs for a while now and I have never had a negative experience, they offer quick and free shipping. They go above and beyond with their customer service, and the quality of their clothing is always much better than you can get at the mall. I am confident that if I ever DID have a negative experience, they would make it right. While it is true that not everything they sell fits the same, they make it very clear on the way certain pieces of clothing fit. If everyone would READ the descriptions before purchasing, it wouldn't come as a surprise to them. They are a clothing boutique that does not only sell "NanaMacs Original" clothing, therefore, not everything is going to fit exactly the same. They really do not make it hard to figure out which size you should order.

Nanamacs is the absolute best boutique I have ever discovered. Not only are their clothes always the highest quality, with exceptional customer service and shipping/exchange/return policies, but they as a company go above and beyond. Their owners care about the employees and customers, and are constantly giving away freebies, doing sales and overall just exceeding all expectations for a boutique. Their models/employees are so kind and generous with their own time, never hesitating to respond to a DM late on a Friday night, or sharing so much of their time that was never expected. I have even seen friendships develop with their customers and an overwhelming show of support and love for women as a whole. This is so much more than a clothing store, it is a community of friends and a safe space for women to shine and I am so grateful for Nanamacs!

So, I feel as though I have to take the time to leave a review again because initially I wasnt very happy due to a customer service related incident with my order. Long story short, I had made a purchase and accidentally purchased two of the same item and tried to cancel the item right after placing the order and the girl who was helping me was rude and told me that all sales are final even though it couldve definitely been cancelled. Anyway, I had left a bad review and was immediately contacted in efforts to fix the issue. That amazing customer service moment gave me hope and caused me to continue shopping at NanaMacs. That said, I have been shopping here for about a year now and I have yet to be disappointed in something that I have purchased. Thats really saying a lot bc Ive shopped at so many retailers in the past and have been disappointed at least once. All their clothes are soooo cute, so flattering on, and are such high quality! I think I can say Im a customer for life! Love shopping here! ?

This is my most favorite boutique company hands down. I used to visit little boutiques here and there but never found clothes I liked or wanted to drop the money on the quality. I love every single piece of clothing Ive gotten from NanaMacs. I literally never shop at any other boutiques unless its an original piece or something NanaMacs does not have, but secrets out that they will either eventually have it or an even better version of it at some point! The customer service is also A1! If I ever need to change a size before shipping or add express shipping when I forgot to click it they are so kind with helping me. Recently I got a bikini that was mismatched size from the manufacturer. I did not check the sizing on it as I just assumed that they were both the same size, *** like I said, I never have issues from NanaMacs theirselves! I messaged customer service just to make them aware, and did not expect anything in return as I knew I was outside of their policy dates. *** was so friendly and still made up for this specific incident without me even asking for it even though it was not NanaMacs fault in the situation. That just goes to show how much this company cares about their customers! I love NanaMacs boutique!

Buyer beware. Cute clothes, and I love watching the live feed. It's so helpful to see how clothes look on people on video. However, shop with caution because the return policy is horrible. I read it but missed the part that their "Refund" is in the form of gift card only. They also take 2+weeks to process return (part of that is due to COVID; normal processing is 5-7 business days). You are responsible for the return shipping. I also asked to cancel an item from an order but was denied (I asked on Sunday for an order from Friday night). The order didn't ship till that Thursday so that felt really money grabbing, they definitely had time to cancel it. They stock limited quantities and sell out of many items quickly (in a matter of days) so if you want to exchange for a different size in the same item, there's a big likelihood that by the time you get your order, they're all sold out. Sizing can be inconsistent, so good luck. The quality of clothes is somewhat mixed. It almost feels these delays are by design to get you stuck in a cycle of waiting on your return credit and having to try different things in their store. I'm so sad, because I didn't realize that the "refund" policy is not really a refund and I'm out of a lot of money. But I'm forced to keep shopping because I have hundreds of dollars in store credit from my mistake.

This is unlike any other boutique I've ever seen; it truly is something special. Let's start with their clothes. They offer a variety of high quality pieces that reflect a diverse range of styles and the best part, they are so affordable. They have models of all sizes that try on each clothing article so it makes it easier for you to decide how a piece will fit your specific body type. They have multiple fun live feeds so you can see not only the fit of the piece of clothing in real time, but also how to style it and can ask any questions you may have before purchasing the item. In addition to their amazing clothing, Nana Macs is a close community that supports strong women. There's a special VIP group that everyone can join where women support each other in asking styling questions, sizing questions, or just to show off the cute haul you just purchased. They work so hard to do fun giveaways with clothing, designer bags, and even the latest and popular electronics! Not many people know this but, during the holidays, the owner will donate toys and clothes to less fortunate families. How many boutiques that you know of do that? This is the only one I can think of. Especially during a year that has been so tough on us all. I highly recommend Nana Macs. I will always support this boutique and the women who run it. Additionally, their customer service, the models, and everyone working behind the scenes all deserve a round of applause for their kindness and how hard they work. I can't say enough good things about this company. I'm so proud to say that my closet is filled with nothing but their clothing. They have helped me explore styles that I never thought I would wear. They have made me feel beautiful. I love NanaMacs and you will too.

So, I ordered from Nana Macs Clothing Co on April 21st. It's May 2nd now, and I still haven't got my order or any shipping or tracking info. I've tried to get in touch with them a bunch of times, but no one's getting back to me. I've emailed, called, and sent messages on *** messenger, but nothing. I just want my dress or my money back, you know? Can someone help me out here? Thanks.

I order stuff from NanaMacs Clothing Co but they didn't send me 2 things. I messaged them on Facebook and they said to email customer service. They said they would send the stuff again but I didn't get it. I asked for a tracking number but they said they didn't have one and the stuff was messed with. This happened twice and the stuff isn't cheap. I'm mad and sad about their service. I just want my money back, not a gift card. I won't shop there again. I just wanted what I ordered but I guess that's too much to ask.
