So, I wanted to give my two cents about Pepper - that online lingerie shop that keeps popping up in my ads. I mean, I measured myself three times, and I even had a friend help me with the measurements. I ordered the size that fit my measurements only to find out that the bra and underwear do not fit me. The bra would be okay if I didn't move - I mean, even slightly, and I fall out of the fit. It's like the bra is trying to escape my body! But the real pain, literally, is the underwear. I mean, it digs into my hip and leg so much that I had to take them off mid-day and go commando. It's like Pepper decided to punish me for wanting to feel good in my skin.

And here's the kicker - you can't return the undies! I mean, not even the ones that I never even put on my body! And the bra? Well, if you're gonna try it out, remember not to take the tag off. If you do, there's no return or exchange. I mean, it's almost like Pepper knows that their products don't fit most people.

All in all, it's the most uncomfortable bra and undies that I have ever experienced. I mean, I understand that there are going to be issues with sizes and fits, but the fact that there's no return policy for the undies is just ridiculous. And the bra? Well, it's like Pepper thinks that every body is the same and it's not. I just wish that they would get their sizing issues sorted out and understand that people have different shapes and sizes.

I reckon I should have checked out wearpepper.com before getting my hands on three different kinds of Pepper bras. To be honest, the design or shapes of these bras are a little odd, ya know? They kinda flatten my already small boobs, which doesn't do much justice to my overall appearance when I wear them with dresses, blouses, or t-shirts. I got the Everyday Lace, the Push-up, and the FeelGood Wirefree T-Shirt Bra, but none of them make me confident about my appearance while wearing them. I guess, I'll just stick with Victoria's Secret for now.

Terrible company I dealt with! Their customer service acted like they think we don't know anything! I bought a 34A bra from them and it didn't fit nicely, so I went on to exchange it for a push-up bra in the same size. Got it in the mail and turns out I could hardly fit it on the last clasp, it was too tight!

When I brought it up with Pepper, they told me some nonsense that bra fit depends on the color because of the dyes. Which is bizarre because both bras were black! They're acting like we're fools or something! They made a ridiculous claim that their bras could be 3 inches in difference because of colors...

Well, they rejected my request to exchange the ill-fitting push-up bra. Got fed up and decided to never buy from such a company again.

I recently made a purchase from wearpepper.com and got myself the wearpepper bundle. I was quite impressed with the products themselves, but I was disappointed that the bundle came with a laundry bra bag that I did not want. At first, I tried to remove it from my cart, but I couldn't find the option to do so.

So, I reached out to their chat customer service department, hoping that they could help me out. Unfortunately, they weren't very helpful on removing the unwanted item. I really didn't want this laundry bra bag, as it was an extra charge that was arbitrarily added onto the bundle. I don't see the point of having to pay for an unnecessary item that I didn't need or want.

I do understand that some people may want a laundry bra bag, but it would have been better if wearpepper had provided its customers with the option to choose whether or not they wanted this item in their bundle. I would've much rather applied the $12 price of this laundry bag to another item that I actually wanted, like maybe another bra or some other clothing item.

As a customer, I feel that having buyer-friendly options is a big deal. I was hoping for better customer service, but unfortunately, I was met with disappointment. Given how much money these bras cost, I wish wearpepper had made the laundry bra bag complimentary, or at least given customers the option to remove it from their bundles.

If you're considering getting a wearpepper bundle, do be aware that you may end up stuck with an item that you don't need or want. If you'd rather not pay for something that you don't need, I suggest avoiding the bundle altogether and purchasing items separately. This will help you save some money, and you'll only end up with the items that you really want.

I THINK IT COST ME LIKE $72.89 INCLUDING SHIPPING, WHICH IS PRETTY EXPENSIVE, BUT FOR A BRA THAT FITS GOOD, I WAS OKAY WITH IT. BUT, WHEN I GOT MY CREDIT CARD BILL, IT SHOWED I GOT CHARGED $99.28! WTF, RIGHT? IF THEY HAD WARNED ME THAT THERE WOULD BE A CURRENCY EXCHANGE ADDITIONAL COST, I WOULD HAVE BEEN WARY, BUT YOU KNOW I ALMOST MISSED THAT FINE PRINT, IF IT WAS THERE AT ALL. I WASN'T COOL WITH THAT, SO I WANTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER. BUT WINNIE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID TOO BAD, HONEY, IT’D ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED OUT.
