Poor customer service
I ordered a Jacket and 2 t-shirts from Nasty Gal and when my order arrived it was completely incorrect (they sent me an assortment of Lingerie)
When they re-ordered, they cancelled half my order without telling me and refused to pay the shipping cost to reorder. Overall the Customer service was horrible and they sent me around in circles putting me in touch with different reps each time.
Never received my package!
It might not be NastyGal fault but FedEx says I have to file a claim through NastyGal which I don't know how to do! I have 3 missing package from FedEx! Literally FedEx is the worst delivery service ever! I don't know what to do to get my refund from NastyGal. FedEx most likely delivered it to the wrong address. I tried filing a claim through FedEx and the said "The tracking number that you entered is for a FedEx SmartPost shipment. Only the company that shipped you this package can file a claim on it, and the claim cannot be submitted online."
Delivery
I am very sad to say I ordered items of clothing on the 29th of November 2019 and they were expected to arrive on the 4th of December. It has still not arrived and it is now the 12th of December. A whole week later than expected delayed delivered date due to Black Friday. I am aware there was a storm and that delayed delivery to Ireland. But my order arrived in the Irish hub on the 4th of December so the storm will not have effect the delivery from then on. I wanted to wear the item of clothing for 3 events in the past week and was not able to. I realize this is a busy time of year but I am extremely underwhelmed with the service. I love your clothes and have ordered from you before but if I do not receive any sort of compensation for this mishap I regret to say this will be my last. My order number is GEU100792984.

Next day delivery falsely advertising
I purchased a pair of boots next day delivery on the 3rd of December at 9.10am well before cut off for next day delivery anyway they failed to deliver and said they had issues with getting orders out yet still advertising next day delivery so they were capable of sending a replacement out but did not and refused to refund. Still don't know where my parcel is or if it will ever come. Disgusting business let's put them out! And boohoo. False advertisement is illegal

Hi so I purchased a few items from nastygal and when I received them they were not the sizes that I purchased so I got in touch with them via WhatsApp and spoke to various people whom was not very helpful with helping me return my order as I have never had to return anything before anyway I eventually figured it out and sent back my parcel, I contacted nastygal today about my order being cancelled so I could order something else only to be messaged by someone called Charlotte being very rude I asked way and said carry on being rude so that is why I am contacting you today with my concerns please could you look into this as I am looking to take this further as I think your staff should be more helpful myself and my daughters was intending to spend quite a lot of money on your online shop could you please get back to me ASAP please thanks kind regards Mrs c mcwhirter
What a horrible first impression!
First and foremost, I would like to inform you all that I’ve placed my order online on November 29th and did not receive my items until December 16th. Furthermore, when I did receive the items, the sizing was incorrect. Also, I've contacted Nasty Girl via email, it's been about 4 days and no reply. Perhaps I may or may not affect your business but you have lost one client.
Clothes
This company is horrible. I placed an order at the beginning of March and I didn't receive my order for 3 weeks. So, I contacted them via email because they don't have a phone number. They messed up my address and didn't contact me, which is why I didn't receive my order. So, I went back and forth via email (for about 1-2 weeks) and they had me to do all of this [censored] in order to change my address. I was never able to successfully change it. A person emailed me and said they had changed my address and I should get my order within the next day. Still haven't received my order. Checked my email and I received an email on April 25th saying I successfully returned my order and the money would be in my account. One, I didn't want to return my order and 2, my money is not in my account. Absolutely horrible. Do not order from them. They suck and don't even apologize for all of this [censored].
A dress and a tank top
Both my dress and my cami tank top came broken. The buttons were ripped off of the seams. This is so frustrating because I bought these clothes for a trip this weekend and do not have time to re order my clothes. The dress was the "Keep 'Em at Arms Length Dress' & the tank top was called"Bring the Noise Cami Tank top". I usually have no problems with this site so it was very shocking to receive these items.
Unauthorized debit card charges
I came home to my apartment and found a card reading Nasty Gal opened it up and the inside read Nasty Gals do it better. I also had my bank account of my social security money drained, do to fraud by someone. The total amount was 847.00 . I am asking you to please refund my money in the form of a check. Walk on by boots
I ordered a pair of boots in a size 8. I received them in a size 6. I contacted Nastygal. I explained that the wrong size was sent and want to send it back. She asked for my invoice number. I told her I never received one and therefore did not have one. She kept asking me for it. Again, I explained it was never sent. She told me it came from England and I would have to contact them and send it to them. I did not understand that since there is a company in US. She did not help me at all. She hung up and got rid of my email. I cannot log in since now it says email not found. Wow.
I immediately ordered another pair in a size 8 for my daughter for Christmas. Today, I received the boots. AGAIN, in a size 6! I am so upset and angry to go through this days before Christmas.
I called a number that is associated with Nastygal. Guess what, it is disconnected. I contacted Nastygal on facebook and they wrote that there is no number to call. Just to contact facebook.
Customer service and this company really sucks! It is horrible. Before you purchase anything, read all the complaints about this company! Don't do it. It's not worth it. Customer service is not helpful at all.
Waiting on my refund!!
I returned two items, and only received a refund for one of them. I have been emailing with the customer service reps for over two weeks to get this sorted out. Both items were in the same package. I received a refund for one of the items (which I already received) so I know they have the second item in their possession. Nobody can give me an answer and I am getting no where with the customer service reps. Every time I respond to an email, I get a new person - so I have to tell my story over again. There is no phone number to call.
This is a very poor way to treat your customers. I have returned your item but you are failing to return my money. That is not ethical.
Someone please help - this is not right.
Missing item
i ordered 7 items from nasty gal two weeks ago, it said it's all depatched after 2 days. sadly i only received one item from it, on the depatching email it says all items are shipped. i've emailed them about it, they didn't even reply, i do not understand what this is, i hope they can solve it, also they don't even have a customer service number on their website

It was our eid festival I wanted to wear it to a party with my sister but because there was only one we couldn't wear the same which I am very disapointed about. Was so mean to customers
I was just at the Safeway in lake Oswego Oregon getting a chicken bacon ranch wrap from the deli and there is a women there named Sarah and she was very mean. Took forever to come help me and then when somebody else needed something she got upset and said [censored] I can only do once thing at a time your going to have to wait and you can tell she definitely doesn't enjoy her job and was dropping things and swearing and then sneezed in my wrap on accident and I didn't ask for a new one because she was already so angry. This is not the first bad experience I have had with the women.

Refund yet to be processed
I placed an order on december 5th. Unfortunately, the items were very cheaply made so I returned them. The tracking info confirmed the package was received on the 23rd of december. Until this day, i'm still waiting to receive my refund. I have contacted nasty gal customer service by email, since they don't provide a phone number so you can speak to someone, and they are telling me that just because I no longer have my proof of postage receipt they can't process my refund. I have explained to them various times (all by email) that it has been confirmed that they received it on the 23rd but they won't reply back. I have asked them to please contact me by telephone and still waiting for a call.
Horrible customer service and clothes! Never ever buying again from them. Will fight for my money until the end. I will call my credit card and fight it if nasty gal doesn't do something soon.

Refund not returned
I have yet to receive an email or any contact about my refund. I paid $48 for a dress that didn't fit. The dress was returned in the same condition I received it in. All I am asking for is my money back! I sent that dress back to the headquarters using the printed return label three weeks ago! I am asking for my money back nicely before I have to take legal action.
In order to qualify, you need to make sure you:
Returned the merchandise in its original packaging with ALL labels and tags still attached,
Properly fill out and include a return merchandise form,
Add your order number if you download a new returns label,
Retain "Proof of Mailing" when returning the parcel through your local post office.
Returns must be received within 28 days from your dispatch note (included within your order).
Once your return is received at the warehouse, an email will be sent to you. Another email will be sent once the return has been processed.
Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with the return policy as outlined.
Never received refund or any response from company after inquiry
I placed an order on oct 24 and received it by the estimated delivery date. I returned a few items that didn't fit following instructions outlined on the website and using the return sticker provided with my order. It cost me $30 to return the package (they require a certificate of postage and I wanted to make sure it made it's destination). It's been over a month and i've gotten no response from the company about what happened to my returns, i've reached out on several mediums (through email, their contact us page, and twitter, they have no phone number or I would have called). It's so frustrating that i've lost money on products that I no longer have and I had to spend money on the postage to send them back.
I 've been scammed out of $110 as I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong size. I contacted Nasty Gal via email and they instructed me to return the item, reorder it, pay for the shipping and I would be refunded for the returned item as well as both shipping costs. Within that same timeframe I also ordered a jacket that was too small so I sent the jacket back with the shoes. I also informed them that the debit card/account used to purchase these items was closed/deactivated and the refund could not be applied. Fifty five emails later; I have conversed with multiple customer service representatives only to receive lies and scamming techniques informing me that I needed to provide a BIC in order to process the refund, my refund was processed and that I should check with my financial institution, my refund will not be processed again, requesting additional copies of my return postage, etc., etc., etc. Unfortunately, after two months, I have yet to receive a refund and have now contacted the BBB, CFPB, and the FTC as this company and their employees should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for theft. I really do not understand how so many complaints have been made against this company and nothing has been done about!
Dresses
Two days ago I ordered some dresses from here, there was a 55% off student discount at the bottom of the website or I never would have bought them. I am low on funds and am currently shopping for presents for the holidays. The code did not work. So I used the discount code they had for the day, 48% off everything sitewide for the whole day. It worked fine and my total was $38 after shipping. Yesterday morning I realized they emailed me a reciept and charged my credit card for the full amount of $68! Their messaging service says they will get back to you within 24 hours, it has been a day and nothing. Also no email saying the clothes have shipped yet. Guess I will have to tell someone I can't afford their presents.
