opened netflix a/c in jan 2018 paying £5.99 per month under e mail addy
[protected]@hotmail.com
netflix then started charging further £5.99 in feb 2018 under e mail addy

then in aug 2018 started charging £9.99 under e mil addy maria_falloon.co.uk
they have refunded single payment of £9.99 but refuse any further discussion

Netflix Debit card - unauthorized charges has been deducted from my account even though I never logged on netflix

My name is rashmi poojari, I live in india. For the last two months, I have been charged for netflix. I do not have any account, with this company. Recently I had a chat with netflix that is on feb and I got deleted me account from netflix because the rs 1003.18 got deducted from my account. And in march the same scenario happened rs 801. 32 has been charged from ny account I would greatly appreciate it, if you could take care of this. Netflix Renew

Hello Netflix,
I have a very serious problem I just went to watch the breakfast club as it is my favourite movie of all time and I've realised it's no longer there . I am outraged by this, it's a classic movie ! That film should have been renewed not taken off please send a email telling me if it's going to go back on Netflix or if it's not as I would love to watch it again and I will have to find the dvd somewhere if it's not coming back . Netflix was so good for so long but you know what they say about good things...

Where do I start?

# 1) They don't care anymore if the DVDs that are at the top of the queue go before others anymore. When you call their great customer service, they do nothing and tell you "there's nthing they can do" ..."it's the system"

#2) DVDs take twice as long to get to you than 1 year ago. Once again, CS has a quick response that it's the "postal system, not us" and "there's nothing we can do."

#3) More defective DVDs are coming through and once again, CS has a quick response that " people abuse our DVDs" and "there's nothing we can do."

What has happened to this once great customer service-oriented company that cared about its customers? Seriously it seems like netflix is all about profits now but they better watch out for competitors they might not be expecting... This story tbd.

Netflix degenerative content and unnecessary profanity

I am a big supporter of Netflix and made by Netflix programs. It is all I watch. I especially love that my family is not subjected to inappropriate commercials in the middle of family friendly shows. however Lately I have noticed a big decline in program quality. It seems every Netflix program now includes gay men kissing not so much for the sake of advancing the plot but seemingly just to prove some pointless point. We all accept gender neutrality in Canada. We get it. But do you need to ram it down our throats? Netflix seems to be leaning to the seedy side even with pg14 ratings. Profanity just for the sake of it is less than literary. (I completely bought into the shock value of Ozark however.) In addition, the quality of your literary content has clearly degenerated. Riverdale started out ok but then the writers ran out of fresh ideas and then panicked. I stopped watching when Betty pole danced at the bar in her lingerie while her mother did shots. Really Netflix? Have some class. Get better writers. I can't let my 14 year old watch such drivel. If you keep backsliding I will find another platform. I can't support cheap sensationalism. You are better than this.

Netflix the content they are releasing

Netflix has released a series that pushes pedophilia and sexualizes children. The first episode is called ejaculation which is completely inappropriate to discuss with children. I have noticed a decline in shows that Netflix has released in the last year and a half but this is the final straw. We will be canceling our Netflix account and will not support this company anymore. Children's brains soak up the information that we put in front of them and this is another way we will damage the future generations if we continue to allow people to put trash out and not complain. Netflix, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Netflix Dvd service

My name is Richard Mars 88 Andover Road, Glenmoore, Pa. I have a DVD plan with Netflix. I have received three defective discs since February 20. I have tested my equipment and that is not the cause. That leaves the U.S. mail, which neither of us have control over, or the DVD distribution center.
Three discs in twelve days go beyond coincidence and you deserve to be informed of the issue. If this is happening to other people in this area, those individuals may not be willing to spend the time to let you know about it. You will just lose a customer and you will wonder why.
I do not need an apology. I need discs to arrive in a timely manner, and they need to run properly. If Netflix cannot do that, we will be parting ways.

Here are the defective disc titles:
2/20/19 All Creatures great and Small Series 7/Disc 4 no video
2/26/19 New Tricks Season 1/Disc 1 obviously cracked
2/28/19 New Tricks Season 1/ Disc 1 replacement for previous--disc stopped playing with 6 minutes to go. By the way, who killed the girl?

Netflix the categorizing of a film

I was so pleased to see Shaka Zulu on Netflix. This is a highly treasured film documenting and recognizing the great Zulu nation and that of Shaka Zulu.

It was and remains an accomplished film and as impacting to viewers in its time to almost equal that of "Roots."

If Netflix takes responsibility for including this film in its catalogue of films then the film should not be minimized nor negativy categorized as a "violent drama." Be accountable! No more or less than any film of historical reference and having the level of social and informative influence and awareness as this film.

As a longtime subscriber of Netflix, I'm shocked to see this excellent film in such a negative categorization. I've never considered writing a complaint until now.

Respectfully categorize it with a better and more positive description.

As such, you can contribute to more viewers watching and learning more about the significant contribution of a great African leader.

You stupid netflix why would you take hawaii five 0 off of netflix? It is literally a popular current show. This is why you are going down hill. What are you going replace it with, one of your crappy netflix orignals that are irrelevant and nobody likes. Which idiot at your company made the decision to remove this show. No one likes you. Is your site down or something?! I can't even access the login page because it says error whenever I click the login button. It's a friday night and all I wanted to do was watch a few shows, but no I can't even do that! I wish blockbuster was still around because at least I never had technical problems with their shows/movies. Please fix this ASAP!

Netflix unauthorized monthly charge

My money was taken from my account even after I had logged out of the account and deleted the application from my phone and uninstalled it on my play store
This is very very wrong, I demand that my money be sent back to my account because I have stopped viewing and useing rhe Netflix app but still my money was collect this is absolute and total rubbish
I need my money back into my account with

Netflix complaint

Yous are charging me money when I have no Netflix account I been getting charge 10.00 every month from my visa card and I will like it to stop please I have phone yous and yous have told me yous dont have any record of my account then yous have told me you will stop the charging but it has not stopped.. It's fraud what yous are doing and I will take it to the police if you do not stopp the payments

I started using netflix on 9th jan 2019 for one month free trail membership. I logged with email address and received a message on my phone number that rs500 has been deducted from my card wheras I started for free trial, I dont know wht the amount was deducted. I would like to know the reason of this dethe refund of my rsduction and I also want refund of my rs500.

Netflix complaint

On several occasions we attempted to speak to customer service about our account. There were multiple payments running through every month and we wanted them explained and removed. We were met with contention, no one wanted to help us and i'm fairly sure they were trying their best to get us to hang up and quit trying to resolve the situation. Whether it's a scam or not, netflix is very good at taking your money and not being available to help you when you need them to resolve anything. Both people today had trouble speaking english and just kept repeating the same statement over and over.

Given that we the subscribers pay for your Netflix "originals" here is some feedback.

Stop making utterly leftist trash that is usually disgusting and seldom entertaining.

I would very much appreciate if you could actually create content that told stories and didnt treat your viewership like geese being force fed the diet of intersectional social justice rubbish.

I understand that you wish to "virtue signal" by coming up with this stuff that only is "inclusive" for the 10 percent of the population that is willing to put up with such "preaching", however I am seriously considering just giving up my subscription (we have two separate subscriptions in our household by the way).

Stop virtue signalling your way to insignificance and come up with some standard stories that have adventure and goodness and just a lack of political theorising. NB a good story is one that is exiting without having an overt political message... you should try it.

Netflix payment

i started using netflix on 27th dec 2018. I logged with email address and received a mail saying 27th de 2018 to 25th jan 2019 is my trail period. netflix asked me for my debit card details and charged me Rs.650 i thought they are charging me for the next month that is after jan but after my trial period ended they charged me again. and when i tried calling customer care they said that my device has used a trial account before so they detected it and charged me so basically i didnt get any free trial period despite having the email address which has not been linked to netflix. there is no such thing in netflix's policies that only one device can enjoy free trial period and they did not notify of the same that i am not eligible for the trial period.

Netflix shrek

Dear netflix,
i am in disgust. I am in complete disbelief. This morning i woke up to the most nauseating sight i have ever laid my eyes on. Shrek 1 was not on netflix.
I am completely repulsed that you would ever think this is okay. Are you aware of how big of a community you have affected by pulling this imprudent stunt?
not only had you done this but you had the incomprehension to leave the rest of the shrek series on this shoddy platform. How could you ever do something like this !?
you have left me no other choice but to transfer my utility to nowtv. It breaks my heart to have to leave my dearest application, for the past 4 years of my life.

Netflix language

I have two complaints, one is that I don't understand why it is necessary for the shows like grace and Frankie and the ranch have to use the "f" word. They seem to be well written shows and great acting so why is it necessary to use that language?
Also, on the ranch, the music that is usually played in the background is being played so loud it is hard to hear the actors speak.

I am writing to dispute the blocking of my Facebook account in which Netflix has taken action on a video because it may contain music, audio or video that belongs to them. Yes, Netflix you own it. And I am a victim of the movie titled "Close" which Netflix own and has released on January 19, 2019, in which I viewed the movie through my facebook account.

I am requesting that Netflix restore my account, removed the movie and contact their partner facebook and right authorities immediately before further actions. I do understand that Facebook has given Netflix the ability to read, write and delete users' private messages as late as in 2017. And I believe that's what gave Netflix also such ability to build special features that plugged people into their movies social network.

Please investigate this matter and reply me as soon as possible. I would appreciate a response from you in writing. Thank you for your assistance.
