I live in different province to my mother, it was my mothers birthday 3 days ago and I sent her flowers, I got the notification that it was delivered and waited patiently for her call to thank me... After 8pm I still did not hear from her so I called her. To my surprise she had not received it.
When I called the call, I was advised the depot scanned in the parcel and selected the incorrect return code. So if I didnt call in netflorist would have scammed me of my money and made it look like I didnt care about my mother.
Very disappointing service, I had to send my brother the cash to go buy her something and now I need to still waste my time and run after you to get this sorted. Ill never use your company again!
delivery of flowers for birthday
Terrible service and even worse communication! They messed up my order last year and delivered flowers after close of business, so this year I paid 3 days in advance en was on the phone with them 7 times today and it is late again! First they told me it was delivered, then oh sorry it wasn't, then they don't know, as i was first on the list, then they said the driver started at the bottom, the manager wasn't helpful at all and just kept saying sorry! To top it all, I was told there is nothing they can do! Terrible terrible service! the order number is [protected], 4 October 2018.
The least they could have done was offer a voucher or something!

This is not the first time Netflorist has messed up a special occasion !. The last time was for my parent's 60th wedding anniversary - they delivered 5 days later ! - This time they messed up my daughter's birthday - she waited around the entire day for delivery of birthday cupcakes which NEVER arrived (Friday) - I received a mail today to say bakery was too busy so they will be delivered on Wednesday - WHY WOULD I WANT THEM DELIVERED 5 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT. SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE ! Let's see how long it takes for a refund !

Very poor and disappointing service. They do not deliver on time as promised. When your order on line everything is prompt you even get email notifications reminding you to pay. Ordered on the 12th of September (received 2 email reminding me to pay) paid on the same day sent through my proof of payment but no acknowledgement received. It has been 5 days later and my order has not been delivered and no communication from them either. What is the point if ordering from Netflorist for special occasions when the delivery will not happen on time as per their promise.

I have just been on the phone to Net florist from the UK for 22 minutes to try and place an order.
I cannot believe that I spoke to a helpful lady, Desharne, and after giving all the necessary information plus both my debit and credit card, which I was told were not being accepted, that she realised it had not gone through as the item was not available for delivery in Clarens in the Free State.
Surely it should have flagged that up when I gave the address I was sending the item to...
Is that just another example of SA inefficiency?
Whatever the reason, I will make people aware of Netflorist before ordering .

Netflorist states that they deliver customer care excellence. I think not. Last night I wanted to order a gift for my daughters birthday. I went in and selected a gift and a pop up screen came up stating that I would get 10% off my order for the next hour. Based on this I ordered another item yet when I got to the check out it would not take the said code. I then phoned to try and find out why. I was told that it doesnt work on personalised items. When I queried this I was told that it just doesnt and they dont know why? As the pop up menu did not state that it is only relevant to certain items or excludes other items, I felt that I was owed a reason as to why personalised items were not included. No reason could be given and I was angry and wrote to customer services stating that they should close my account. Their reply is attached below - in a nutshell, whatever, (still no reason why it wont work on personalised items) and here let me help you close your account. Wow! Having spent close on R15000 on my personal and business account at Netflorist in the last year, I wouldve thought that my business meant a bit more than that? I ordered a gift for my sister. Her 60th Birthday today which is a big deal. The order went through and I received a confirmation for delivery today. I saw on the tracker that delivery had not yet happened so phoned to query. Apparently they don't deliver in her area on Tuesday. If I had known this I would have arranged something else and A R150 gift voucher is not going to change the fact that my sister did not get a gift from me on her 60th Birthday. I am beyond upset!

I made an order of flowers and lint personalised chocolate box to be delivered on friday 29th june 2018. Only the flowers arrived! I had about 3 emails that day stating non - delivery, but yet the people of the house were all there. I am most annoyed that you as a company did not honour your promise to deliver on date I specified. It was for a 50th birthday and netflorist ruined the surprise and birthday for the recipient. I sent many emails but only get automated replies and if the person your end does reply its either vague or not rely helpful. I live in the uk and even tried calling both numbers and it just rings and does not even give me any options.
You as a company did not had to wait for payment, why should I as a paying customer have to wait for goods to be received.
I was told that it would be delivered on the saturday morning but that did not happen, the recipient waited whole day, its monday morning and at the time of my written complaint the delivery still not made.
I am disappointed in this horrid service and would like to know how netflorist will rectified/ compensate the spoiling of a 50th birthday!

net florist has bad service
I am so disapoited in the service that I recieved from Netflorist. On the 26/06/2018 delivery [protected] was suppose to happen however the delievry did not happen. When the flowers came were no longer fresh. They did not even call me they left the delivery with security nit even checking if I will be there. They usually promise same day delivery however that is not happen.

I place an order on 25/05/2018 for my daughters birthday on 04/06/2018. Only to be told after numerous follow ups, that they have the wrong address, the driver cant find the school address, because he is in Durban, no wonder. My address and confirmation clearly stated WESTERN CAPE. The gift is already 2 days late. Was promised on a mail, I will get a full refund, if they cant even deliver the gift, I have no hopes for a refund.
This was the first time, and the last time I used Netflorist, and I will bad mouth them wherever I go. PATHETIC IS NOT EVEN A WORD TO DESCRIBE THEM.
chocolates and flower vase
My hubby paid a great deal for flowers in a vase and a box of chocolates for valentines day this year.
The flower vase was scratched and the box of chocolates was wet and torn on delivery
we complained on the same day. We emailed a few times and no one called, emailed or got back to us in any way.
I am very shocked that this happened to me and that this was ignored.

On the 13th of April, I tried to place an order and my payment was declined yet you still took the money off my account and have not returned it.

I tried to communicate on that day with netflorist twice via that stupid instant messaging but I got disconnected twice and did not feel like starting all over again.
I cannot believe you make it so hard. I could not even get back to my order to fix it, the order was gone, and so was my money. Why is it impossible to view pending orders? I think I just needed to fix the payment to take the balance from my other account but its not possible at all.
I also do not understand why you have not done any reconciliations and noticed you have a payment for an order that does not exist and has not been delivered after all this time?
Please urgently provide feedback and a refund so I can go somewhere else!

trying to replace chipped mug received
Have contacted several times over the past 2 weeks. Received on Mothers day 2 x Carol Boyes mugs in a box and noticed immediately that 1 was chipped. Sent on photos and item number [protected]. Was told on 17 May "still waiting for our stock department to confirm if that item is still available, so we can collect and exchange". Since then no further correspondence received despite sending numerous emails to follow up.
Would like some feedback please as to when delivery can be arranged to replaced the mug.

Really disappointed in Netflorist.
I placed an order this week Tuesday, for delivery Wednesday.
I was told, after 16h00, on Tuesday that my proof of payment was received and the order has been released.
I called THREE times Wednesday, each time being told my order is still PENDING (after being told the previous afternoon it has been released) and I need to call back later to check again which I did, even ended up phoning the JHBG office, who put me on hold, but after almost 10 minutes on hold and had to end the call.
I was called yesterday late afternoon to advise order has now been released (for real) this time and will go out for delivery.
I called this morning to confirm delivery today and am now told delivery will "probably" only be tomorrow (Friday)?
I hope you see and understand my frustration, being a first time user of Netflorist I was hoping to use your services more often for work orders going forward, but don't think it will be a good idea any more.
I asked for the manager's email address to lodge a complaint, which I was given... sent an email but received an "out of office" message saying the person is on leave returning Monday!

No order confirmation ever received but Warren Dickson from Customer Service confirmed that he found my deposit and ask if I wanted I refund.
I supplied my bank details directly to him on 10th of April 2018. Since this email I have been unable to get confirmation of my refund or any further update from Netflorist.
I have sent him 4 emails since then which have been ignored and spent over 2 hours on the phone to try and resolve this issue.
This is basically theft by your company. You did not supply any product or promise supply of any product but refuse to refund the money paid to your account.
I would like someone to follow this up and reply to me ASAP!

I ordered a personalized Notebook for my mom for Mother's Day. On the order form it was set up to be delivered on Thursday 10 May 2018. On Friday when it was not delivered, I phoned to ask where it was (no effort was made to contact me that morning to apologize for the fact that the delivery was not done). I had to speak to three different people as they failed to phone me back. Each person had a different excuse.
Finally, I arranged with them to change the delivery address to a home address so that it could be delivered on Saturday 12 May. I gave explicit instructions for them to phone Brendon (the person who was supposed to accept the gift for me) to make sure he is there for the delivery.
I then got an email on Saturday saying that it was delivered and signed for by Brendon Kaufmann himself. It was not delivered to him! They delivered it to the old wrong address, let someone else sign for it and lie on the email, fail to phone Brendon and let that person just accept it. By the time I found out about the mess-up, the office was closed with no way to access the gift and I was left with no gift for Mother's Day!
I would like a voucher for the same price as the gift I bought as well as an apology, from the people who made the mistakes, to my mom.

I then got an email on Saturday saying that it was delivered, accepted and signed for by Brendon Kaufmann himself. This was clearly not the case as I was personally in contact with him as soon as I received the e-mail from NetFlorist. They delivered it to the old wrong address (the first given address and not the second agreed upon address), let someone else sign for it and lied on the e-mail about who signed for my package, as well as failed to phone Brendon Kaufmann and let a complete stranger sign and accept my package without my authorization. By the time I found out about the discrepancies in the delivery of my package, the address which was first Given to NetFlorist for delivery and not the second agreed upon address was closed with no way to access the premises or receive my package. Now I am left with no gift for Mother's Day!
I would like compensation for the inconvenience and money spent in calling NetFlorist numerous times in order to resolve the issues and receive my order before Mother's Day, which in the end were never resolved. I also want a written apology from NetFlorist apologizing for the mistakes made which lead to this unacceptable series of events addressed to my mother.

I placed an order yesterday 16/4/18 morning for flowers/gift to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday on 17/4/18.
The site was showing that it can be delivered on the 17th. I phoned to netflorist at 16h05 as the flowers were still not delivered. They want to deliver the flowers/gift only on the 18/4 as according to them, the website was wrong to approve the 17th as a delivery date.
Nobody celebrates one's birthday a day late! It's embarrassing!

I am extremely disappointed with Netflorist.
I ordered timeously for delivery today and at 15:37, I was advised that nothing could be delivered today. The gift was a Congratulatory gift to the parents of the groom.
They are travelling to Stellenbosh tomorrow and I somehow do not believe that my friends will be at home tomorrow to accept a bottle of bubbly from me.
I would like to cancel the order, get a refund and will never use Netflorist again.
I am based in Johannesburg and will advise friends and family of the poor service I received. Harold advertises amazing service, and a whole lot more! I wonder what he would say?
