NetSpend netspend customer services and risk fraud department

I received my government tax refund with netspend.com I was only able to use some of my money when they locked all of my 3 accounts do to identity frund well do to that witch I have never had my identify stolen had to go to More then once to the IRS office to asked for a letter of identify so they could realised my money well I been trying to get my money since December 01.2018 I been told several things by them to this day I haven't be able to get my money of $2, 100.00 I been with out able to pay my bills that I had my light disconnected cause they won't give my money I'm a single mother of 5 kids and I just dont know what to do any more please help me

I have been waiting for netspend to unlocked my account accounts do to identify fraud I received my tax refund. But was only able to use a little of my refound do to needed to verify my identity witch I went more the once to the irs office and inform them that I was told by netspend customer service that I needed letter of identy from the bank that had deposit my money witch was the irs back. I after being told that they received the documents they were going to send my check 8 -10 days 1/28 I email, faxed and mailed the orginal letter of identify they send me a check of $50.00 but I been waiting for my balance on on my account was $1, 990.00 been waiting since december and on 4/03 was told no were not sending you no check cause have not recieved any documents im so mad upset iam a s I nvle mother of 5 kids and just got my light shut off for no payment and thanks to netspend

NetSpend account locked

Account is locked. Your customer service is full of idiots. I just want to log in to my online account. I have my damn card, I can give the information. Look at the damn balance and tell me what exactly I'm trying to steal, when its IN THE NEGATIVE. I already have the damn SSN# to access it, like...are ya'll seriously this stupid?

And, of course, you guys close BEFORE my husband gets off work. But he HAS to be on the line to...what? Confirm AGAIN that he gave me access to this card? Better yet, why can't you at least tell me WHY my [censored]ing account is locked? That's really all I wanted to know, I wasn't even trying to log in at that point. I just wanted to make sure the card still worked, although from what I've been reading in cases similar to mine, ya'll are REALLY quick to accept that deposit on these cards despite the accounts being locked.

If I can't access it, and I can't even log in online, then why in the actual [censored] is it okay for you to accept any kind of deposit? That's a little [censored] backwards, and fishy. It reeks of catfish on this [censored] complaint website. I'm only posting this so other people can read it, I know this won't get resolved because ya'll [censored] on that, too.

NetSpend dispute

I filed a dispute with netspend because someone stole my card i submitted a police report as well as dispute form waited 30 days only for them to tell me im not eligible for a credit I'm currently in the process of fighting with them over a 600$ dispute DO NOT USE NETSPEND they had problems in 2016-17 with people getting their money and they do not give your money back when you file a dispute I'm about to call the federal trade Commission and BBB As well

Got a call from corporate even though they spent a month investigating they still didnt see that I wasnt the using my card and to follow up with police (I sent netspend my police report with my dispute papers) basically I'm screwed out of 623$ and have a nice day i will never ever again use them and I will never refer anyone to use them

Lol said they would have global support call within 2 hours its been 4 hours still no call i have already contacted BBB as well as trade Commission I'm talking to lawyers to see if I can sue for the fund

NetSpend transaction dispute-provisional credit

charges fees on all transactions. company is not loyal to customers and the customer service seems inexperienced with handling alot of everyday issues. I filed a dispute because of a wrongfully charged payment on my account. I know that it was a mistake and that the merchant wrongfully charged my account. I cant wait two weeks for provisional credit. I have kids to feed. Ive been a long time loyal customer and the amount of money i pay netspend in fees every month more than covers the provisional credit im demanding. They do not honor what they tell customers. They will charge you for everything but when it comes to filing a dispute, they step on you when your drowning.Do not trust them with your money.

NetSpend atm withdrawal of 60.00 dollars

My name is Murad Abuoun my address is 5638 Decker Rd. North Olmsted, OH, 44070. My Birthday is 10-12-1979. And my social is [protected]. I am writing this because on 3/9/19 someone made a unauthorized cash withdrawal of 60.00 dollars with my Netspend debit card ending 1469. I don't know who it is or how they got my pin number. All I know is I wasn't the one who made the withdrawal. My claim number is 4990429. And the reference number is [protected].

NetSpend netspend card

I need to pay my bills but netspend says I can't transfer my funds..why. I found my card and I tried to have it unlocked but I can't. My baby needs food...I need help...911. I have a netspdnd card available to transfer the funds. What kind of card do I have that will not let me transfer funds. My child needs food, clothes Nd I need money for gas. I have no one to borrow money from. I am broke. Thanks

NetSpend prepaid card

My account was hacked when I was at work and when I received my direct deposit so I reported fraudulent activity on my account. I sent in documents and police reports that will help the investigation. They took $481 and after waiting patiently NetSpend refused to give me my money back. I have proof that I was at work and all they tell me is that they didn't see a problem so they won't refund me my money? I work hard for my money I have kids and bills to pay just for someone to steal it. I have had NetSpend for quite some time now I receive my direct deposit there and NetSpend still refuses to help or give my money back

NetSpend unauthorized transaction

On February 26, 2019 I was making a transaction for items at store with my card. When I got to the car my email notifications was going off. I immediately call the Aceflare Account they tell me not worry they will do a full investigation and a provisional credit will be provided in ten days. Well the ten days come and they say its my fault and the dispute is closed. $1625.67 was the amount that the people went on a spree with my account information. I have contacted the police, I have a report, and they have CLEAR camera footage of the people! I am very disappointed with the outcome and NO ONE EVER CALLS OR CAN SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH. It is so frustrating for my family and I. DO NOT TRUST A BANK THAT YOU CANNOT WALK INTO.

NetSpend prepaid card

I purchased a prepaid card to pay my light bill and guess what during activation they proceed to tell me my account is locked and I'll have my money in 24 hrs well that's 3 days ago I'm at my house now sitting in the dark bc I can't pay my light bill bc NetSpend want release me my money I've been in dark since fri I've had to get someone to watch my kids so they don't have to be without electricity... this is bs I will never purchase NetSpend again and I'm gonna make it known this is how they are

NetSpend dispute

I have been with Netspend for 7-8 years and this Christmas I made purchases online and never received. I tried to work it out with the site myself and was unsuccessful. Now it's February and I call Netspend to dispute. I provided them with the purchase information, the emails I sent requesting the seller either provide my merchandise or refund my money and an email from the site itself saying the seller was fraudulent and telling me to dispute the purchase. Netspend has refused to give me back my funds while completing this process in the 10 days that they say that will. Now I have to wait 45-60 days to get my money returned to me along with my overdraft privileges have been permanently removed. This company has horrible customer service and doesn't work for the customer. If you have other options don't choose Netspend!

NetSpend account closed due to unauthorized charges

After being a customer for 12 years we suddenly got hit with a series of unauthorized charges in January 2019 I filed a dispute within 3 days of being resolved my account was hit again with unauthorized charges. I contacted netspend and they opened a new dispute. The very same week they locked me out of the account and closed the account. 12 years without a single problem and this is how they treated us. Left me trying to reroute our weekly paycheck being direct deposited as well as our tax refund due in the day after they closed the account. As a result our tax refund was bounced back and we still have no clue when we will receive that.
Can't say how upset we are over this issue. We felt punished when we were clearly the victim.

NetSpend no one cares.

Ive been waiting for over a month for a check from you guys. I was told by 3 seperate assiociates of yours . That it was mailed on the 8th of January. Two of them told me it was being mailed UPS. Then the third told me it was being sent USPS. I can understand it was a mistake. UPS/USPS. What I cant understand is I called a week later and the assiociate told me the check wasnt even mailed yet. Thats unexceptable.

Now everytime I call Everyone appologizes like the robots you have trained. I understand you have policies and you need to follow protocol. If you didnt, it would be total chaos. Ive been in hospitality my whole life. From small family Motels. To Starwood and Marriott. Ive been doing this a while.

You need to take a look at adapting to situations. I've Been lied to by your employees. You closed out my account without knowledge. Everytime I call no one does anything but say sorry. And over promise and undeliver. I shouldve been able to get a provisional credit. You need to call an audible every once in awhile.

Also my personal life is mine. But, Just before I was notified i was going to recieve this money. I lost my job, so this being done professional and promptly wouldve been amazing. But since this has take so long. My car got repossesed and i just got a 3 day notice for eviction. And i have eaten anytghing sold in a month.

So my daughter and I thank you.

NetSpend unauthorized charge

I had a recent unauthorized charge from Comcast. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with 4 different reps who do not understand or have no customer service experience. The reps are not knowledgeable and gave several different answers. How can you allow my entire payment check to be taken and I have to wait until February 21st for a reversal. This is the most idiotic thing I have heard and would never experience this with a known bank or reputable company. The reps barely talk English all of them and all they say is I understand, I understand. Clearly you don't understand or don't care. Why is this unauthorized charge which Comcast confirmed unauthorized not available for reversal until 2/21? Why is the entire company foreign especially for Customer Service? Why is it that people entire paychecks can be taken and we have to wait 15 days? This company is a joke and after this is resolved I will no longer deal with the prepaid piece of junk of a company with foreign reps learning English and Customer Service on my time. Are you guys racist? Why is there no one like me to help me? I need my money back now.

NetSpend my password

So for the past few days I've been trying to get into my account. At first I thought I was getting my password wrong so I hit, forgot password" when I do everything it asks me to do, it's says email has been sent. NO EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT. Now here I am still unable to get into my account. I would really like this to be fixed or something so I can see what I need to see in my account..

NetSpend account locked/cannot get money out

I have a netspend/metabank prepaid card that I got through an Ace Cash Express over two years ago. For over two years my checks from my job have been direct deposited onto this card. On 1/25/19 I get an email from ace flare account that there may be an issue with my card and to call customer service on the back of my card right away. So I call right away and I'm told that I need to email 3 months worth of paystubs to compliance@netspend.com and that a restriction has been put on my card until they review it. At this time I have 1, 137.13 on this card and had two bills that were to come out of my account. I immediately email the paystubs and I'm told that there is no time frame on when my card will be unlocked. There is no compliance department to talk to. That I just have to wait until this compliance department reviews the documents. I have called customer service so many times, I have went into Ace Cash stores here in Tulsa, OK where I live and I still cannot get my money. I have been hung up on by customer service, the lady at the Ace Cash store was hung up on. NO ONE WILL HELP ME AND I WANT MY MONEY! I have filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve on this and I am contacting a lawyer today to see what I can do. Please someone help me im a single mom and this is my only means of income and I cannot get access to even get the money off the card.

I'd like to know if this was ever resolved, or if you sued them. I used to not have any problems with this company, but now they're hands down the [censored]tiest pre-paid debit card, with the CreditOne Bank being their credit card sibling in the most idiotic "customer service" I've ever seen.

NetSpend I need my check for my mother’s birthday

This will be my FINAL time emailing you all. My account got locked on Wednesday for I don't know what reason and I know the only way to get it is to send two pictures. I sent my SSN card, but I don't have an ID because I am under the age of 18. I spoke with one of the representatives and they told me instead of an ID a check stub would do. I sent BOTH and now they are telling me I can't receive my check. They said that they would be sending my check back to the sender by 5:00 p.m. I DO NOT NEED THAT TO HAPPEN. I have no way or the time TO get my ID. I got paid today and my mother's birthday is Sunday. All I wanted to do is get her something nice. I am hoping that you can get back with me today to discuss my problem I'm in need of help !

NetSpend prepaid account

I am very upset. Last week, i went to go use my card and couldn't. I called and they said, we closed your account. I said why? I just used my card and they said for your security we closed your account and you are no longer eligible for any Netspend card even though it was a Paypal Prepaid card. Apparently, Paypal is a netspend card. That's very confusing. So i said what about the money in the account. They said we have to issue you and paper check and there is nothing we can do and have a good day. Netspend and Paypal are a joke.

NetSpend account locked

I received a credit from a company I brought products from. Now there's a hold on my account and I can't access the funds. I called 3 times and they told me that it takes 4-6 hours to process any documents that I send them. I sent everything they asked for and yet my account is still locked. I don't understand why all of a sudden there's a hold when I've alreay gotten credits from this same company in the past. They say rest assured it's getting resolved. That's a lie because I am still without my money.

NetSpend chargebacks

My claim 4770206 was partially denied because netspend said I didn't file within the 60 day period. I explained to brian zelim from corporate office I did file on their website. I have a video showing that by filing thru their website it doesn't work. According to reg e they cannot deny my claim or not investigate my claim because they received a late notice. And my denial letter said no error had occurred because the 60 day filing period was missed. I pointed out that claim 14256 was filed after the 60 day filing period and netspend had sent me a letter stating an error had occurred and credited my account. When confronted with this information today netspend said the money was credited back by the merchant. Thats not what their letter said. Furthermore netspend wasn't willing to look at my video which shows their web page isn't working as it should a customer reports there is an issue with their website that may affect all customers and their response is no there isn't. I do not want another cardholder to be denied because they filed online. As I stated claim 4770206 was partially denied. The 2 merchants I was disputing was found to be in error and my account was credited. But netspend found no error for the same 2 merchants because those charges werent within the 60 days filing period.

NetSpend block my account for no reason and holding my funds

I have a bad exsi with netspend. I have about 3 active cards with them all of a sudden they ask me to sent id and ss number to them I talk to them and told them I was rob and unable to sent it at this time. So later they blocked my account s after saiding it was pending. I load $40 wish may not be much to others but to me I am 56 and enjoy ordering online wish I can't do now. Because bring sick it's something easy for me to shop. Hsving high blood pressure this issue have got me all upset. They eve. Going so far not accepting my password. Please help
