New York & Co review: Order not received

I placed an order with New York and Company on March 18, 2024, Order number N3489669, and it has not been received nor have I received any correspondence from New York & Co, on the status of my order. The monies have been taken from my bank account in the amount of $81.50. The numbers I have called trying to reach the company just rings or a voice mail state leave a message, and someone will contact you, and no one calls you back.

There are no numbers on the site to call for customer service. I have gone on the internet to get the number for New York & Co., and I contacted the credit card company to get a phone number. I did not charge this order on a credit card but paid from my bank account.
