Women's sandals
I ordered these Sandals off my phone on their website: newchic.com
since it was ordered on my phone I did not get a receipt. When I went on their website today 11-18-2020 from my office computer; the sandals were no longer there; so I went back on my phone to newchic.com and there they were. All I know is the price I paid was $20.18 plus whatever shipping charges & taxes. With no receipt, I can't even tell you the order number. They were ordered either the end of October or the beginning of November?
I received the sandals today 11-18-2020 but I was dissatisfied with the way they fit & therefore I can not ware them. I would like a refund & I am going to ship them back to where they shipped from: LAX Center #[protected] Dayton Drive #3018 Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730

I'm trying to contact new chic about 5 missing orders they say have been shipped

To day is 8/24/2020 and the retro buckle belt foldable short flat boots sz 7, the site says they (were shipped) 8/25 or 8/27 so that might mean the boots will be shipped? I'll have to wait and see.

I place an order with this company on april 25th. The second worse chinese company posing as an american company i've yet had the misfortune to deal with. They broke my order into three separate purchases, all indicated they were shipped on the 25th or 26th of april from china. On two occasions I participated in their "chat's". The first rep admitted the orders were coming from china. This chat was on may 8th. She asked me to be patient and the orders would be coming soon. The second chat was on may 29th. That rep told me the products are promised delivery within 7 to 25 business days. He also told me to check at my postal office for the two packages that had not arrived yet. Why? These products are supposed to be coming by fedex! Btw, the 29th was exactly 25 business days after the order was placed. They keep sending me more ads to purchase things, not going to happen! I'll write back if I ever receive the items I ordered!
Several orders made but no info given and nothing received
On may 13, 2020, I placed an order with Newchic.com for over $900. I am a senior citizen and this was my first time ordering something on line since I am not experienced on the computer. I never thought about the possibility of being scammed. I have not received any information from them and I placed several more orders in the following weeks. I would like a full refund now that I have seen the reviews from other customers. I do not wish to do business with them at all. They give no information on how to get in touch with them. I haven't received any merchandise from them to date, today is May 27, 2020.
There are no purchase order numbers, no shipping info, nothing given to me when making the orders. I feel like such an idiot for being so stupid. I never knew they were in hong kong or I wouldn't have ordered from them.
They should have sent the order information and shipped date to your email account. The order numbers will be there. They keep sending me emails to purchase more items. I've used that information to tell them to send my orders. On one email they said I could 'chat' with them. That's how I contacted them; not that it did any good. I placed my order on April 25th and still haven't received them!

I have ordered a pair of socofy retro ethnic style sandals on april 21 and have not received them yet (sku e 75278). How much longer do I have to wait? If I knew they were coming from hong kong I would not have ordered them. Correspondence was taken off my e-mail so there was no way to contact the company nor do I have any information on this. I placed on order for two mask with New Chic on April 12, 2020 totaling $27.98 paid an additional $9.04 for US Priority Mail Direct to be delivered within business five days. The response below was received a conformation of my order.
At the time of placing the order for COVID-19 two mask, and credit card was charged, I was not aware New Chic was an unscrupulous online company located outside of the United States at Room 405, 4/F Energy Plaza, № 92 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon in Hong Kong.
Neither was I aware of the numerous negative reviews and complaints of scamming American customers.
The order never arrived. On April 27, 2020, I log onto New Chic website to inquire about why the order never arrived. There is no telephone number to call and all that was available was an electronic chat box, which provides no information other than "One of Team Members will contact you in 24 hours" 24 hours has become 72 hours and more and no one has made any attempts to explain why the order never arrived.
I believe this is a scam, being run on many venerable Americans during this deadly pandemic.

We ordered male shoes size EUR 44 on the 24th of November, which unfortunately has not been received by 31st of December. The amount of £40.92, including insurance, has been debited from my PayPal account. No email confirming this order was received to my inbox, order details were only displayed on the screen at a time of placing an order. Seller was contacted via email provided in the paypal account.
