He hecho mi primer pedido, tenia muchas dudas, y me daba miedo que no hubiera stock de mis articulos, asi que me comunique con la asesora que me asignaron, ella atendio mis dudas (en horario nocturno), y tambien habia otra persona asesorando con horario de dia, para mi que soy de M?xico, al final todo salio bien, solo 1 producto estaba agotado, y me reembolsaron el valor facil y rapido al mismo medio por el que hice mi pago, solo se lo solicite a mi asesora y estuvo listo solo tardo 1 o 2 dias en verse reflejado. Todo llego completo y bien, en especial la bisuteria, solo esperaba las bolsas un poco mas gruesas. Tardo en llegar aproximadamente 3 semanas. Para mi la atenci?n al cliente fue muy buena, Estoy pensando en hacer otro peque?o pedido.

Muy rara vez me han faltado cosas en mis pedidos, sin embargo ellos te reembolsan lo equivalente como cr?dito para un pr?ximo pedido, as? que no hay pierde. Siempre elijo la opci?n de DHL-Impuesto gratis y a lo mucho me llegan en 15 d?as o a veces menos, pero nunca he tenido problemas. I recently had an experience with Nihao Jewelry and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I had placed several orders on their website and was charged for all of them on March 14, 2022. However, I did not receive all of my orders until April 28, 2022. To make matters worse, my orders were split into two different NHUS numbers, which caused a lot of confusion and delay.
I tried reaching out to their customer service team multiple times to inquire about the status of my orders, but my emails went unanswered for weeks. It wasn't until I threatened to report them to fraud agencies in China that they finally responded to my concerns.
Even then, I had to repeatedly request a delivery window date for my larger purchases, which they were unable to locate until I provided them with both order numbers. And now, they are claiming that my remaining orders will be delayed due to Covid, while other merchants like Shein and Light in the Box have assured me that my purchases will be shipped within days, not months.
To add insult to injury, Nihao Jewelry has yet to fully reimburse me for the items that have not been shipped. It's been a frustrating experience to say the least, and I will continue to update on whether or not I receive the rest of my purchased items at the physical address provided by email.
Overall, I would not recommend Nihao Jewelry based on my experience. The lack of communication and delay in shipping is unacceptable, especially when other merchants are able to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

This company is really unprofessional. They don't communicate with their customers at all. I ordered some items from them and they got stuck in customs for almost a week. I was really frustrated because I had no idea what was going on. Finally, Fed Ex contacted me and told me that the shipper wasn't responding to them. They said that the shipper had failed to provide the necessary customs paperwork. I tried to contact the company, but they didn't have a phone number that I could call. I had to email them and wait for a response. They didn't respond right away, which was really frustrating.
When I finally got in touch with them, they told me that it was my fault that the items were stuck in customs. They said that I needed to pay to get them out. I was really upset because I didn't think it was my fault. I had provided all the necessary information when I placed my order. I had no idea why the items were stuck in customs.
I spent a month going back and forth with different people from the company. I was really frustrated because no one seemed to be able to help me. I finally told them that I was going to get an attorney involved. That's when they finally started to take me seriously. They tried to send the package back out to me, but I had already asked for a refund. After another week of back and forth with my attorney, they finally issued a refund on 5/19/22. They sent me a refund document in Chinese, which I couldn't read. I asked them to send me a document in English, but they didn't want to do it.
I'm really disappointed with this company. They are really crooked and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. The people who work here are really rude and they don't make any effort to communicate with their customers. You have to get your attorney involved just to get your money back. The items on this website aren't worth the hassle. This company doesn't make it easy at all. I just want my money back so I can move on from this whole ordeal. It's causing me a lot of emotional distress and it's not worth it.

My first order went without any issues but the others are hell.
I passed a second order and they did have one of the 3 items I ordered in stock. They then advised me to place a replacement item in my cart to substitute for the one they didn't have. I did exactly as requested. There was a difference of 8.09$ USD which I paid through the Paypal link they sent me. So far somewhat good.
Then I received an email asking me to pay for the bracelets which were already paid. Contacted them to clarify this. The customer service nonchalantly stated to disregard the emails and only contact through WhatsApp. So I kept writing to her there. Now this was clarified.
Then she writes to me to say that they do not have the replacement bracelets in stock!?! I am completely frustrated at this point. Not only did I do everything she asked and paid extra for replacements, never did she mention that they also didn't have the items in stock! Ridiculous to say the least, so I asked her to ship the bracelets and necklaces and refund me for the bracelets.
What did they do? They shipped all the items they had in stock included 20 bracelets instead of the full order which is useless to me (I purchase for subscription boxes) and they issued a store credit instead of a refund!
I tried to remain as calm as I could and chalk it up to misinterpretation. But as I explained to the agent that this was not right and it's borderline fraud, she simply brushed it off. Then she goes on to say

So, now trying to make the best with the cards I was dealt, I decide to use my credit to make a final purchase and get out of this store. Place everything in the cart and go to check out only to realize that you can't use your credit to pay for shipping! Part of that money includes the price I paid for shipping but I can't use it. I decided to write to customer service to make sure they have the items in stock before cashing out more money only to receive this response.

I would rate them a -negative 5 if I could for scam and Fraud. My first ORDER #NHUS***336 was placed on Jan 20,2021, for $1336. 87 US after discounts for purchases over $1000. With $326.30 for 7-9 days (4-6 on the invoice) DSL shipping (NIHAO promise 24?48-hour processing) 13 days just to ship my order with no compensations. Of course, they were on Vacation (seems they are always on vacation I have gotten this excuse multiple times). My order did not ship till Feb 2nd, my order was shorted 92 out-of-stock items, totaling $131.50. I contacted them they stated they gave me an account credit. Although they only credited my account $126.67 for the product and nothing for the extra $55-$65. I paid for the DSL shipping. When I addressed them about this, I was told my order no longer qualified for the discount applied to my purchase because it no longer meets the $1000. Purchase requirement for the discount given at the time of my $1010. Product purchased after discounts. In addition, the account credit would not apply to future shipping. I was told when I was ready to place my refund/replacement order to contact my advisor to get a shipping adjustment. Which I did I was strung along then told the site would offer a shipping discount in a couple of days to wait and place my order then. I stated this was not acceptable as my shipping cost had not been refunded, I was then issued only a $20 account credit for standard shipping, not the DSL I paid for, and even worse you are not allowed to use account credit on shipping. After getting the run around I had no interest in placing another order with this company to recover my money was going to cost me an additional $50. To ship the new order with standard shipping. What if product from the new order was out of stock and again, I did not receive my full order I would again lose discount shipping credits and it would cost me more to reship each time. This is an unacceptable business practice. I insisted on a refund then they told me it had been too long, and it would now cost me a $30 transfer fee and I would have to provide them my bank account info. I refused this so they have now repeatedly sent a payment through the PayPal system as if they purchased a product from me costing a fee as well as state and federal taxes on my own money. Paypal policy says I can not receive the funds unless I send them products/services they purchased. This is fraud PayPal refused to release the money to me and advised me that if I accept this as a payment, then I am liable for a chargeback for 6 months if they chose to later dispute the transaction. If I can not prove I sent the product then I would lose, and they would be refunded the money and I have no recourse. My account has now been locked up, restricting me from conducting business through PayPal, because Jane/Francis has reprocessed this payment again. I have been tagged twice in this fraud. The company seems to be on vacation for a week or more each month, they never help and always refer you to Sales Advisor Jane who emails from Francis's email account, very sketchy as she is incompetent scams buyers and is trying to force me to commit fraud through PayPal to get the Refund I am rightfully owed because they could not meet their commitment to supply the product. I have requested to speak with a Manager/Owner/CEO so many times, Jane/Francis blatantly ignores my request. Even when I email different departments or contact the companies help/support links No one will help and always refer me back to e-mailing Jane/Francis.

I gotta warn ya, if ya order from Nihao (nihaojewelry.com) and yer package gets lost or stolen, they ain't gonna do nothin' for ya unless ya give 'em a fedex claim code. The problem is, to fill out a claim, ya need the sender's address which is only in the USA and Canada (not China). So, if ya ain't got no code, ya ain't gettin' no help! I recently bought from 'em and I was goin' on a trip for 10 days, so I contacted 'em a month in advance to make sure someone could pick up my package. But they told me none of my packages would arrive during that time. Well, both packages arrived during my trip and one of 'em got lost. They didn't give me no refund, no credit, nothin'. All they did was make me write back and forth with 'em, with fedex, and with someone on whatssap for about 8 days. In the end, I got no code and no help!
