I have purchased Manchester United shirts for this season and both the home and away shirts have two bands on the back of the shirt one from the neck down and one from the lower back down.
My problem is after one wash these bands have completely come away from the shirts, this is my sons home and away shirt and my partners away shirt.
As you well know these shirts are not cheap, and this is completely unacceptable.
Nike stores in India are providing wrong information. I went to a Nike stoer and purchased
NIke running shoes (these are my 6th pair of shoes.). I asked the sales man,"Are the same models available in US?". The response was that
"Models are made as per terrrain ect. which are specific to India". Based on this purchased the shoe, but reality is
it is same as in USA and the price diffential is over 60%. I wanted to give the shoes back to the store but the
store manager responsed in a negative way. Calling up Nike's office doesn't help as well. I mailed them and they didnot respond.
I am surprised by their not responding.
Nike has a brand, and it is not living upto it. Based on false information they sell goods in Indian stores.And also don't respond to the customer
care.

i have purchased one nike trainer stodio from N.E.HANDLOOM & HANDICRAFTS, KOLKATTA ( INDIA).
within one year of use its bottom is broken.
at the time of purchase the seller has gien me 7 years warranty.
now the seller has closed the shop.

i have bought 10 pairs of nike air max classics, thoughout my life, i will not buy any other!
however the recent pair i bought i have exchanged 4 times! the company has told me that all there traineers have the same fault, bad stiching, colour damage, and glue marks...
were can i write to and demand a full refund or comp!
wen you pay £89.99 you expect them to be wat they make out to be... top leading manufacturer.

Helo my name Is Chris and I have purchesd A pair of nike football boots witch are made of leather but underneath the leather there is another material witch when damp rubs against the leather and sets of a imbarrising smell of cat wee i have bought nike football boots since i was at the age of 4 but unfortunitly my dad has lodt his job and carnt afford to buy me a new pair. these are the only nike football boots that have ever let me down and after all the years of custom ive provided for your company i think i deserve a replacment pair of football boots. thank you for taking your time and reading my e-mail. please reply soon thanks.
why do all you people want a replacement my brother to also brought a pair if £90 pair of nike trainers recently only 2 discover that only after wearing them twice just to walk a 20 minute journey twice that the stiching had come apart on the bottom in my eyes i dont think they would send you a pair any much better as things are made cheaply today to keep up with the recection and half of the cheaper brand trainers are being made in exactly the same way sometimes in the same place as with most things its just gullubly people like us go out and pay for the name and thats all really if i was you personaly i would demand my money back and if i get no were that way write to watch dog as they recently aired a program about niketrainers and the smell isuues lol any way good luck
i have been a life long NIKE consumer . My problem is that in the last 6 months i have purchased a pair of high tops n a pair of nike traing sneakers and the problem is that the sneakers have fell apart.. The soles have seperated from the sneaker on both pairs, the funny part is that i have not even trained in either pair.. Someone needs to take notice to the poor quality that NIKE is putting out to the consomers..Im not even gonna get into the stitching of the shirt i bought just because it said NIKE on it n i love the design, but shouldnt the stitching last more than 3 hours at a BBQ on the beach.. IF TAUSING AROUND A FOOITBALL WITH FRIENDS IS GONNA DESTROY THE GARMENT THEN NIKE NEEDS TO RE~EVALUATE THE QUALITY OF THIS SO CALLED "ATHLETIC" APPAREL...Someone need to tell me where i can contact someone to notify them of this terrible change in their product quality.. barchjoseph@yahoo.com

my son is disabled and will be joining a school football team but has to wear velcro footbal boots and as he is in mens size six your company doesnt cater for this he thinks this is unfair

I am from Taiwan. Recently, I've heard from my mates that the NIKE goods that they bought aren't up to standard and most of them fell apart within a short period of time. This is definitely not up to NIKE's standard. Although I know that NIKE is the main sweatshops, which tortured its workers, I didn't expect NIKE to have fallen some much. I felt so disappointed to realise that NIKE is such a incorrigible company and I've lost trust in it. NIKE better trat its workers better because the whole world knows how it treats our own people!

I m a regular customer of nike,
I had purchased slippers from nike rudrapur store,
But its strip stitching is so poor, it opens within 4 days..
I go to the store and requested to change the article but he did not do this and send that slipper to the cobbler and told me that if problem appears again i will surely change that article..
But again as soon as i went to my home that stitch again opened up..
Now i had given those slippers to the store person..
But still he did not assured me that he change my article..
He is saying i had not seen any sort of such complaint regarding your matter so he cant say anything..
Now what to do..
And after reaching to my home i saw that the bill of my Slippers is of One day Back Date..
I told him but he says nothing happens..
I have purchased three pairs of nike air monarch they are the worst shoe I have ever had.I can't where them anywhere because they sqeek so loud every one just stops and look at me.So if you want a good shoe Do NOT buy these one's.

Air max 90's run too narrow, this is an extremely common complaint amongst reviewers not only on the Nike website but pretty much every website, you name it...finishline, footlocker, champs, jimmy jazz.
it's a real shame because I cannot buy the 90's with the wide array of colors they have, instead I'm forced to buy 95's with the very limited amount of color ways they come in.

I just purchased a pair of nike air for my nephews toddler he is 15 months old today Wednesday just 3 days after I purchased them they have to wear holes in the top where his big toe is.We called the store in Kingston Ontario Canada where we bought them and they said we could not return them because we don't have the box.This is unacceptable.
