This issue began with a chat in regards to a possible return. I was told that if Nike deemed necessary a refund would be issued upon inspection. I asked for a replacement and that was not an option. I asked for a gift card and was told that was no problem and I would receive a gift card. I would get an email and would not have to wait for the card to arrive and could place an order. I told the agent that I no longer have access to the original payment method hence the request for a gift card. No worries I was told. Well, that was not the case. The refund got credited to the old card and I have spoke with PayPal and they are not doing anything about it. Not only am I out a jacket but now the money too. I asked for the damaged item back and was told that’s not possible. I was also offered a 20% coupon code and told that I could use on my entire purchase even custom items. When I went to try and use it it’s no where to be found so I called and was told that I can’t use it because there is an online promotion currently being offered and I cannot use on custom items. I’ve been lied to so much and now have no jacket or the money. I feel this is completely unacceptable for a million dollar company!
