since Nike updated there authenticate logging on, I have not been able to log on to my Nike account. this has been an ongoing issue for over many months.
i had no issues until now I have been a Nike member for 6 years.
I have tried everything that was asked for me to try here are the emails sent to Nike support and email I received from Nike support.

first of all, I been a Nike member for over 6 years now, since then Nike has updated there authenticate log in now, I'm not able to log in. when I enter my email and password it supposed to send to my email an 8-digit code I never receives the code. also, I haves called Nike customer service spoke to numerous representatives numerous of times for months hoping to resolve this issue. they stated in an email to contact my email provider I did contacted my email provider the representative checked out to see if there were any issues blocking my emails no issues on my end. this was mentioned to Nike representatives as ell yet still they continue to state that there are no issues on Nike end. during all the years I never had any issues logging on until Nike updated there authenticate another way to verify the accounts.
this has been an ongoing problem I have received emails from Nike. please help me resolved this issue i have tried to on my own, thank you,

As we are not seeing anything blocking the email from our end, you will need to work with your email provider to resolve any blocks on their end. this email I received from Nike to reset my password without any issues receiving it, yet it seems to be some glitches are issue from Nike receiving the 8-digit code from them?
