Condor rc car kit
I bought a condor rc car kit and there are missing parts in box I phoned nitroltek about the missing parts they said I hate to buy the missing parts which so far has cost me £16 pounds I haven't made all the car up so far but now I'm worried if there are more missing parts . I'm really angry about there customer service they just don't seem to care . Seller promised new car, but still nothing
We bought remote control car from the company www.nitrotek.co.uk. But our experience was really bad. They delivered it, but it didn’t work. The seller excused and asked to return it. After that it turned out that such car was the last one. He offered the discount and advised us to buy another car. We agreed, but after that the seller simply stopped to deal with us. We got nothing from this jerk. I wonder if there are people, who face the same problems. What measures do you take in order to get anything from these jerks?
They didn't provide guarantee and refused to change the defective car
We ordered remote control car from the company www.nitrotek.co.uk. It was big mistake to buy from them. We got the car, but it didn’t work already. We called the seller and asked to change it, ‘coz the seller promised money back guarantee within 30 days. However, these jerks scammed us. They simply ignored me within these days and after a month; it was too late to ask for money. So better avoid them and don’t order from them. It was only waste of my money.
This company are a total disgrace bought a rc Yama buggy and had nothing but problems with it . Everything has to go though there email ticket system and you just get rude responses blameing you for the faults they are vile people to deal with . They are selling complete rubbish please avoid giving these crooks your money .
The seller delivered broken toys and impossible to change them
I bought remote control car and plane from the website www.nitrotek.co.uk. My family was disappointed, ‘coz these toys didn’t work at all. The seller sent defective cars and plane and when I called them, the rep told me that now they had holidays and asked to call after 4 days. I called after 4 days, but they again provided some stupid excuses and promises. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
Hello, how long do I have to wait for my parts to returen? I used the car twice (1, 5 tanks) driving on a footboll field and is not responsible for the broken parts. First time was Slow driving to get the motor Run and second time with half gas. Maybe the quality is very bad on this product? Will I have extended warrenty? All this time since i bought the car i have been dealing with support and waiting for parts that was faulty from the beginning. I also have started a blog about this car and its history there was four friends waiting to buy a similar car. You should be ashamed for treating you costumers like this and if this issue will not resolve in the nearest days I will contact EU consumer works and Ask for help. Until now i have been VERY patient. I will contact every RC forum and tell this story if I dont get my parts and very good declaration! Sent me damaged order and didn't reply to emails
I bought car for my son from the website www.nitrotek.co.uk. So it arrived in damaged box and of course it never worked. I haven’t received phone number of the company, and they provided only email address. I sent them multiples emails, but these scammers never replied. I’m so upset with such services that I want to warn other people not to deal with this horrible company. Share this info and post comments.
