Trackiing #[protected] - Delivery of Nordic Track Treadmill
NSD has had the machine in their system for over two weeks. Ever other day they email me saying I will receive a scheduling phone call within 24-48 hours. No call has ever been received.
The company is completely non-responsive. No one answers the customer service line. No one answers emails. No one mans their chat room.
When I contact Nordic Track to complain, they say it is NSD's delivery problem. NSD has no answer, since they do not respond to any of their own communications portals.
I paid $3,500 for an item being held hostage by NSD's incompetence and lack of customer service.
Desired outcome: Deliver the goods I paid for.
Product Pick-up
After receiving numerous messages from a Amazon seller that NSD had not picked up my return item tracking # R5011463 I contacted NSD via chat and the representative confirmed the item was picked up and tracking information would be updated to reflect such within 24 hours. I tried contacting NSD by email phone receiving no response from either. My next step will be taking legal action to hold all responsible parties accountable for the sellers attempted fraud.
Desired outcome: Update the tracking information to reflect pick-up was made for 40ft ladder
Scheduled delivery
Delivery scheduled and never showed up or notification sent to us. While tracking I realized they changed date and time without asking if I would be available for a delivery that needs someone available at home. Item sitting in their facility in my town since 1/6. First delivery supposed to be 1/11. Now is 1/20 at another time that it's convenient for them not me. So I hope I will get it whenever they feel like. FYI no snow or anything that will make it late. Just the worst service.

Delivery from HD
Ordered an in the wall oven on line from HD. WWas told I had to call NSD after I received notice they had delivered it. That's a whole different story. Anyway I am on hold until their machine basically told me I would receive a call back from them at this number. 45 minutes on hold. I was home all day and no deliveries. Can not get a person to answer the phone. They kept moving the delivery date around also. I finally just called my credit card and opened a case. Now that money is in limbo for possibly 90 days thanks to a bad shipping company and a retailer who has questionable service. I am done spending anymore renovation money with them for sure. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. Not happening
I had a guaranteed by christmas delivery of a nordictrack treadmill
My name is Justin D. Heideman. I have tracking number [protected]. I have called your customer service number over, and over, and over. I enter my phone number so they can call me back - BUT THEY NEVER DO! On the 23rd of December I FINALLY got someone to answer the phone. When they answered they confirmed for me that the item was in your warehouse as of the 3rd of December. It has been there for over a month. I have never received a call back, I have never been contacted for delivery.
On the 23rd the woman that got on the phone PROMISED me a call on Christmas eve to see if I could just come and get the item. I never got the promised call.
Of course it did not arrive in time for Christmas and so I started calling after Christmas thinking I would be able to get it. Still nothing. Now it is the 4th of January. I have called and sat on hold until the call disconnects OVER AND OVER and still no return call, no one calls back, no one responds.
If I do not hear from someone by TOMORROW I am filing a suit for conversion. This is a complete joke!

Today is Jan 4th, 2022. I have been waiting since Dec 16th, 2021 for this delivery. It has been in the next town over from me since Dec 28th. It was scheduled for delivery on Dec. 30th, they rescheduled and rescheduled again.
Then tracking said it was coming on Jan 3rd. It did not. They won't answer their phone nor emails or chats. Nor will they call me back. They are not a reliable delivery co.

I feel for you. This company is the ABSOLUTE biggest joke ever. I am literally filing suit against them if I don't have my item by Friday for theft and conversion.
Did not deliver as promised
I order deck railings from Home Depot for $10, 000, part was shipped by YRC freight and it arrived on time, the other half of the order Home Depot shipped with NSD with a delivery date of Dec. 16th.
A few days later it was out for delivery, but never showed up, now it says "at local NSD terminal" with no update, calling them is a waste of time, I've done it 10 times and they never answer the phone or call back.
It's January 1st, it's $5000 worth of merchandise and I have no idea what is going on with it.
This company is a a disaster, and I don't know why Home Depot uses them.

A snowblower and a ruined Christmas
My mother ordered my husband a snowblower for Christmas December 16th and expected by the 22, the 23rd the 24th. We never got any updates and half [protected]@€ed expected times. I want them to know that I cried when we found out that it was Not coming, we live in Chicago so you know we need it, more importantly my husband deserves that snowblower he has done so much for me and his family that all we wanted to do was get him the one thing he asked for. I want to personally say thank you for ruining his Christmas and thank you for not returning my calls, thank you for not emailing us back. I hope that you have a very pleasant Christmas and and the knowledge that ours won't be merry or bright.

I feel for you. My item was my wife's Christmas present. It has been in their warehouse 25 minutes from my house for over a month even though it was guaranteed by Christmas. I am filing suit if it isn't in my house by Friday. This company is a complete joke.
Generator tracking number 6456497
I ordered a generator originally it was set to arrive 12-10-21. I waited it didn't arrive. I Tried to contact NSD via phone chat and email and got no response. Amazon tracking autoipdated citing truck mechanical issues and it was set to arrive 12-17-21. I received a text confirmation indicatingt this and I confirmed I'd be available. Still no arrival, so I got Amazon involved. They couldn't get anyone to contact them either. Today I called and the automated phone system said it'd arrive today 12-20 between 3:30 to 6:30. Still nothing, still cant get anyone to respond and don't even know where the freight dock is to pick up the damn generator myself. Worst service ever.

Home Depot Vanity
Same story as everyone else. Nightmare. Trying to return a busted vanity for the last 6 weeks. NSD won't contact me. NSD email not monitored. Spent hours and hours on hold. Home Depot is sympathetic but can't seem to do anything. Finally got someone on the Chat feature who couldn't help because scheduling was away from the phone. Incredible. I must have spent hours on this.

French Door
Getting NSD to picked up a broken door, that they dropped off broken has been a nightmare. The broken door has been in my garage for 6 months. I had to order another door to keep the project moving. I am now out $2, 400 with a broken door sitting in my garage. Home Depot has done a horrible job as well in this process. Worst customer experience of my life!

the tracking information provided has the package going across several different states in different directions. It has 2 different attempted delivery dates but I never received a phone call and there is no evidence at my residence of anyone attempting a delivery. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my package.

Unresponsive to Return Pick-up Request
On 11/9, I received a defective product from Home Depot. I called them the same day to initiate a return. They told me a 3rd party shipping company, NSD, will contact me to schedule a return pickup. The item is large, over 100 lbs. The shipping company emailed me on 11/10, asking me to confirm my info so that someone can call me back within 48 hours to schedule the return pickup. It's now 11/19 and despite my 10+ attempts to get in touch with them via email and phone, I still don't have a pickup date. And Home Depot won't give me a refund until they receive the damaged product. I called Home Depot and raised concerns about NSD. They could not offer any solutions. As a last resort, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I told him he was early but I would be there in ten minutes. When I showed up he was gone. When I called him, he told me he left and I should call the company and hung up on me. I called him back and said I would give him $100 to come back. He came back but refused to unload the delivery until I gave him $100. When I refused, he jumped in the truck and drove away

I has been waiting for large fence panel order for almost 2 months, sent originally from OH to South Florida. I do get it that they are understaffed and overworked, but the order was left at a 5-miles away warehouse 3 weeks ago, and today, after waiting again the whole day, they called to reschedule. Let me correct that; they called to inform that in 24-48 hours time I will receive a call with the new delivery date, which will be the third attempt.
