Shipment for Lowes
Ordered a claw foot tub from lowes on March 14th 2022 arrival date was set for March 21st 2022. The product was coming from California and was shipped, still states that it is in transit to Memphis. I have received emails from lowes for 4 arrival dates to the store, Still DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER! renovation is on hold because of this malfunction and disinformation.

NSD was to deliver a $3,208.93 riding lawn mower in February. Via tracking, I saw it arrived at a South Carolina hub late in February. I never got through to a person using 3 customer service phone numbers - never received a call back after leaving my number.
My seller finally made contact, I was promised a return call "within 24 hours". Never received a call or email, but my status was changed to "Delivered" with those 24 hours.
This was to be a scheduled, "threshold" delivery. Delivery was never scheduled and I never received my mower, yet NSD claims is was delivered. Show me a signature. I am curious as to which NSD employee took my mower home.
Because NSD considers this matter closed, I am out $3k? This matter is not closed on my end.
Desired outcome: First and foremost, I would like my product - in new condition. In lieu of a new mower, I would like a refund of my purchase price.

My item has been delayed 2 times now I've been waiting weeks! Something needs to be done with this service! I have missed work 2 times to be here for when they said they would be here! At this point they should be paying my this item for the inconvenience!

I ordered a shed via Bed bath beyond 8/2021, scheduled delivery September 25th, 2021. I took off work to receive.
I hour before delivery window, I receive a call to tell me the product is damaged and will not be delivered. Really, they did not realize this until 1 hour prior to delivery? I had the item reordered and for various reasons/excuses from retailer, I kept getting strung along on why product was not available. But finally, 5 months later delivered 1/25/2022. Unfortunately it too Damaged.
I worked with retailer for resolution to accept partial refund and deal with damage on my own on 2/11/2022. But shipping company calling me to pick up damaged shed? WTF? I cancelled and reached out to retailer who told me to cancel since resolution was accepted. I move forward, build shed, but realized it too small. So I chose to buy a supplement shed on my own locally and had it laid out in my carport prepared to come home on 3/23 and assemble. Contrary to their communication agreement, the NSD calls and says they are in route to pick up a shed? what shed, issue was resolved, right? I called back the number and told them no shed to pick up. I get home to find my shed parts removed and damaged. I watch security camera footage to show without permission, they removed my supplement shed (different size and brand that the one they originally delivered). And when I called they came back and unloaded, never telling me they had been on my property. WTF? They showed no care or concern over product damaging it terribly and now I cannot install. I have reached out but NO response from company... This is bad company and bad business. Steer clear. They had no business on my residence since the shed issue from the one they delivered on 1/25 was resolved with retailed on 2/11. And the shed was divery make and model of the one I had purchased that they delivered. Nor were they forthcoming to share that they had just took (stole) my shed from my property and only because I called did they try to secretly place it back... but now with $100's of dollars of damage. This is bad company and poor business practices. Steer clear! If a retailer wants to use their delivery... REFUSE or buy elsewhere. Now I am stuck with my new shed damaged by them with not resolution and no one calling me back... and their 800 # worthless. You cannot get a live agent with out a tracking number, but since they should not have been on my property and did not communicate properly... I do not have any tracking information. Now, since my new shed is damaged and I cannot install, I am behind on project and in the RED. Facing major delays as I cannot simply go buy another shed until this is resolved.
Desired outcome: NSD should refund the cost of my new shed as well as compensatory damages for my delays for their screw up or face Police report and legal action as my security cameras did capture truck and tag information!
Pellet stove delivery a month out already, no stove
Ordered a Comfort built pellet stove through Lowes. It shipped out of NC the 28th of February it’s now the 21st of March. No calls no help NOTHING from this shipping company!
Lowes has tried to help but, They won’t even call them back or answer there phone period….

Tracking of my order said the stove was in KC Mo. for 2 weeks then one day I tracked it and it said March 3 it was on its way to grand junction Co. well BS. I have never been so frustrated

Home Depot should find another 3rd party shipper. This place needs to go out of business. During the course of our remodel, NSD has cost us thousands of dollars in lost materials, labor, and delays, not to mention the joy of sitting on hold and with NSD and chatting Home Depot customer service. 1) NSD lost all our interior doors not once, but twice. For months there was no resolution as we could not reach a human - it was only after Home Depot called on our behalf that they decided to do a "dock sweep" for the missing doors. More months go by and they finally admit that they lost them - even though they marked them as "delivered". 2) They were supposed to deliver kitchen appliances that had been backordered for months. NSD 4th partied out to a company that arrived in a rented Enterprise box truck with bald tires and a small hand dolly. To deliver a 30 cubic ft refrigerator and stove. They refused to drive up our driveway because there was 3" of snow. (Mind you, it's Michigan, not Florida - 3" of snow is something everyone is familiar with - life doesn't stop.) We called a plow company at our expense to plow. They still wouldn't come into our driveway. They took off with our appliances. 3) We ordered matching vanities. This time, they came in a rented Budget box truck. It did not have a lift gate, so they ended up dropping one of the vanities when attempting to unload it. The base and top both cracked, so I refused delivery. I reordered the vanity and they came back 2 weeks later... with the same one they had damaged. When we told them we were refusing delivery, they got in their truck and sped off, leaving us with the damaged vanity. Now I have a plumber that I paid for the day that has nothing to do and will have to come again, as I have no vanity to install.
Desired outcome: This inept, shady, so-called "business" should lose their contracts with Home Depot, Lowes, and the likes. They cost consumers and the businesses that they deliver for money, time, resources, and unreasonable headaches.
Home Depot Delivery
On February 19, 2022, I placed a order with Homedepot.com and estimated delivery was March 3, 2022, which I was fine with. Thinking that HD was reputable company and knowing that the trucking industry was behind a month out wouldn’t have been a problem.
To my surprise NSD called on February 22 and said delivery would be on the 23rd. well that was short lived. Never showed up or called. After a few days of “out for delivery” I called HD customer service and was told I would get a call from the delivery company within 24 hours, which never happened.
Instead, the delivery date was moved to the 4th and scheduled for that day, but again didn’t show up. Decided I had enough, called HD on the 5th and asked for a refund. Said they couldn’t give me a refund because the delivery company had it. Gave me a case number.
March 7 got a email from the case number, “Sorry for the delay, NSD is scheduling your delivery” I think I already knew that. Estimated delivery changed to March 10, delivery changed to the same. Again, they didn’t show.
Apparently NSD is better at scheduling non deliveries then deliveries and Home Depot doesn’t really care. Now I would like a refund and NSD can send the order back to Home Depot when they get around to it.

My order from Lowes was shipped from California on 2/15 and arrived at the NDS terminal in Weber City, VA on 2/23. (It is only 20 miles from my house!) That's the last I've heard about it. That was two weeks and no one has called or tried to contact me about delivery. Chat representatives tell me they can't get in touch with anyone at the terminal and that they will request that someone call me to schedule a delivery time. Not happened as of yet! I don't understand why Lowes shipped my patio table and chairs with this company. I received two wonderful chairs also bought on Lowes online just about a month ago and they came right away via Fed Ex. This is the worse customer service I have ever experienced!

This company is a scam, and should not be in business. They have a chat feature that nobody responds on, they have a customer service line nobody answers, they schedule a delivery and then dont show up with out any notice. Its almost impossible to get them to give an accurate answer. Please avoid this company at all costs, if you dont believe me check their reviews on Yelp, this website and the BBB, never again. They should be shut down

You are so right! I ordered a patio table and chairs from Lowes on February 15 and it shipped right away from California. Made it across the country and landed at a so-called terminal in Weber City, VA on February 23. It has been sitting there ever since! I have been able to chat with one of the NDS representatives and they try to call the terminal, but never have any luck speaking with someone there. They say they have put in requests for someone at the terminal to contact me, but no such luck! I hate this! I hope Lowes will make this right if I never get my patio set which I have already paid $2,000 for!

They say the vanity was delivered on 2/25 i was home nothing was delivered. It takes a little over 16 mins from the point of call to enter everything before the automated system hangs up on you. Where is my vanity? attempting to contact them over and over again. no call back.

White Glove Delivery
I ordered a nordictrack treadmill back in early Feb. it was shipped from UT the next day and made it to the NSD local flint, mi terminal 5 days later. Once it arrives I received a notice that said someone would contact me within 24-48hrs to schedule delivery. It has now been 11 days and no one has contacted me. I have tried calling,chatting, and email but have gotten nowhere. The terminal is less then a hour from my house. Being frustrated that no one has called to schedule delivery.
Desired outcome: To have the treadmill scheduled for delivery ASAP.

My order from Home Depot, a bathroom vanity arrived to NSD's facility on February 4, 2022. As of today, February 18, 2022, the vanity has not been delivered to my house. I have called repeatedly, been put on hold repeatedly, and disconnected repeatedly. There is no one at NSD to speak with. I have emailed their customer service department, an received notification that the email was received, but with no follow up or resolution.
Desired outcome: I would like my package. I would like an apology. I would like and admission of their unacceptable customer service and failure to do their job.
Ping Pong table delivery
Scheduled delivery was on 01/24 at 9:30 am. I was in the front of my house at that time when I received a messaged saying that delivery was attempted, but nobody was there to receive order. They messaged asking for me to give instructions on delivery to retry, but they do not provide anything to contact them. They do not answer on the online chat and when you call it takes forever. It is now 2/12 and I just keep getting messages that they attempt the delivery, when I never gave details about retrying as they asked. Starting to think this is a scam company and that the item I purchased has been stolen.
