I ordered a children's bedframe for my daughter off Amazon on May 5th. It was scheduled for deliver on May 19th, but never showed.
I used their tracking site to figure out where the package is and when it might arrive, and it has been sitting in Loris, SC (3 hours from me) since the 16th.
I've tried to get in contact with NSD multiple times, via phone, online chat, and email, but have had no response.
Its super frustrating, as I have no idea as to when this may (or may not) arrive, and I can't get a refund from amazon yet to buy it elsewhere.
Desired outcome: I'd like a response, and for my package to be delivered.

I ordered two different items from homedepot to be del.to my home the first item I cancelled because it sat at Nsd 11 days after due date this next item was suppose to be delivered today 5/24/22 as per their audio email to me when it didn’t arrive I had a chat with a care customer rep at Nsd after waiting 15 mins for her to investigate she came back and said it was del. on 5/19/22 I told her I don’t know who you del. To but it wasn’t me after another 5 mins she came back and asked for my tracking number which I gave to her 3 or 4 mins later she said they were going to do a dock check and would get back to me in 72 business day hours.Nsd is the most incompetent delivery service I have ever had the unfortunate luck to do business with.homedepot uses them ad that’s a disgrace they have lost my business with them
Desired outcome: Deliver when they say they are going to.they are only 40miles from me but the item is so big and heavy that I cannot p/u at their warehouse
Bathtub/lowe's
My name is Kaylee Sparks. It took two tubs and the one I brought home barely survived it’s delivery to the store. I highly recommended to Lowe's Corporate that they find a new shipping company because NSD is not good at all and would prevent me from recommending products like the tub to others. NSD cracked my first tub and the second tub barely made it to the store in one piece. I have left a review on the page complementing the product while discarding NSD shipping company. Here is a picture of what I went to pick up the second time at the store after being shipped from NSD. The tub contained chips and several scratches and blemishes all on sides of tub.

Won't pick up my item. I've call 100 times, no response, phone disconnects everytime.
They lied and said they have called me twice. I have emailed over 30 times. No pick up date given to me. I've spoken to home depot over 10 times. Home depot has Ben no help. They keep passing the buck to NSD. As a customer that received defective merchandise for 899.00, order number w886336029, I shouldn't have to be put through this to have my item returned.

Shower walls delivered
I had shower walls delivered on May 19 and it was thrown in my yard the box was broke open and all over my yard. The styrofoam pieces were in the street. Part of the back of the panel is broke. This is ridiculous! You should have called before delivery and I would've left work and met you. Please call me at [protected]

Do not use this company. You cannot ever get a hold of them. I bought a sofa thats been sitting a half mile from my home. They have scheduled delivery for days yet its still not here. Amazon couldnt even get a hold of them. They post updates that are out right lies. Amazon gave me a refund and I am done with bulk delivery from Amazon. I would never recommend this company.

I am being upset ! I have been waiting jy entire day.. I have been waiting for my Vanity to be delivered ALL DAYlong ! No courtesy Call .. No way to reach way.. Return Pick up R5688367-[protected]
On May 4th I ordered a return pick up through Home Depot. On May 7th at 2:09pm NSD sent me an e-mail to schedule a date. I responded to that e-mail the same day at 4:44pm. On Monday May 9th, around noon I tried calling, after going through the automated system questions I opted to speak to a representative and the after about 2 seconds I was disconnected. (I got a dial tone) I tried calling back and got the same results. I thought maybe they are at lunch. So I tried again on Tuesday May 10th at 9:30ish am. Same results. OK so Maybe they are only open on Saturday? So here it is 8:45am on Saturday, I tried the online Chat, waited for a "Customer Care Representative" for 14 minutes before I gave up. So I tried calling again and as soon as I select to speak with someone, the phone hangs up. To date (05/13/22) I have still not heard back from NSD since their initial e-mail on 05/07/22.
Desired outcome: I just want these items picked up so I can get my refund.
Same situation. I just had Amazon refund my money. This company is awful.
Delivery of HomeDepot
I was to have a delivery on April 27th. It was never delivered. I have called Home Depot twice once on hold for 45 minutes. NSD promised they would deliver the next Monday. There was no delivery and zero contact with me. I have now been on hold for over 30 mins twice today and then the phone lines go dead. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received for delivery.
Desired outcome: I want my item delivered. Not a big ask since that is their business.
I was supposed to get a Home Depot order delivered from NSD.
After calling on a Thursday and setting up appointment time for Friday delivery
item never arrived. Spend over an hour on phone just for phone lines to go dead. They
do not answer the phones and is the poorest customer service I have ever seen. After a couple
of weeks, found out they had handed off my package to another carrier Crosstown. After 2 weeks
of them scheduling delivery, I still do not have my order. Both are horrible for customer service
Delivery of a Home Depot order
The tracking information for of [protected] says the order was delivered on May 4, 2022 - it was not. I was home the entire day and nothing. I have called three times and talked to their customer service department, and they promise they will get back to you with an answer and again NOTHING. They cannot provide any proof of delivery that the order was ever delivered. Home Depot needs to reconsider who they are using as a vendor.
Desired outcome: I want an answer on where my order is and when will it get delivered.
Poor customer service
Impossible to get hold of a person and all attempts of using their online chat yielded zero result as no one comes online. Their online tracking claims a delivery date which has already passed and the item is has been stuck in their Atlanta location for weeks. Lastly, emails to customer service receive no response. How are you suppose to make them aware of a problem with a shipment?
Desired outcome: Answer emails and man your online chat to resolve shipment issues.
Delivery was never made to my house as claimed on your tracking
Ordered bathtub home Depot on the 26th of April tracking number states it was delivered on the 29th of April ,home Depot used NSD to ship it to my house. The tracking number said it was delivered I was home all day and I have cameras all over my house. Never dropped my package off at my house. Now I have to dispute it currently I'm out $800 for a brand new tub I never received.

Similar issue with a “delivery exception” on a $2800 tub, then after getting HD involved, am told they will call me to re-schedule the delivery. We’ll, no call, and then get HD involved again. They tell the HD representative that they “lost” the order. Money was refunded, but this tub was for a re-model and now on back order for a minimum of 180 days. Time spent trying to track this down was over 3 hours……total fraud of a company yet many continue to use it.
Delivery of Home Depot garage cabinets
When I ordered from Home Depot it stated delivery approx. May 11. I went ahead and purchased since I was out of town from April 28-May 10. I got a text and email from NSD that stated delivery will April 29. I immediately called and spoke to a rep that said would change delivery but I was skeptical, so another hour went by with me on hold and I spoke to another rep to confirm this. All was confirmed but then April 29 @ 2PM I get a text order was delivered. Keep in mind I am not home, no one home at address and this was a large and bulky order, not a little one box delivery. I immediately called NSD but again over an hour wait on the phone I hung up and called Home Depot. They got in touch with NSD and stated they did see I called in but did not change delivery date. Now why would I wait on hold that long, knowing I would not be at the house again for another 11 days- just to NOT change the delivery date. A lie.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology for how both reps on the phone spoke to me. Also an acknowledgement that I did call in and the reps spoken to did nothing about it. Hopefully when I get back to the house in 11 days the packages are still there.
They are holding my order hostage!
I ordered a couch back in February and and it was initially supposed to arrive March 23. obviously that didn’t happen. My order wasn’t even shipped but that date. I finally received an email from JC Penney saying my couch shipped on April 11. Didn’t get a call or anything to schedule a delivery date. I called a week later and was told my couch would be delivered on the 20th. For the second time, didn’t get a call and when the 20th came, nothing arrived at my house. My house is at the same location as my job so they can literally come at any time. I called them again and was told the following Monday the 24th, didn’t arrive. Called Monday and was told it would arrive Wednesday 27th and didn’t arrive. I was told it would come tomorrow, the 29th, so to make sure, I called today, Thursday the 29th. I told them my couch was rescheduled 3 times already and was told it would come tomorrow. They said it was updated and would come Monday, May 2nd. I asked to for the number to talk to the delivery terminal myself, but they said they couldn’t give out that information. So I asked them when my packages arrived at the facility IN MY OWN TOWN. It arrived on April 15th. Today is the 28th. They have had my couch for literally half a month and have done nothing to get it to me. I haven’t received one phone call from this company. I’ve made multiple calls in one day to get in touch with this company and they can’t give me a reason to why my couch hasn’t been delivered yet. If I had the address, I would just go pick it up myself, but no one is giving me any information on the location of this delivery company based out of Spokane, Washington.
This company is a joke. JC Penney needs to get a new contract with a different delivery company because this is sad.
Desired outcome: I WANT MY COUCH BY THE 28th LIKE RHEY SAID THEY WOULD.
Home delivery
Order from Home Depot was delivered to a wrong address, same street number, but totally different name. Items dropped on a wet lawn, in the rain. This is either stupid or intentional. On top of that, both items were demaged. Tuesday, 04.26.2022, Order #WP32305712.
Desired outcome: I hope Home Depot will fire them and find other delivery company.

Delivered 1/5 of a power tool set on april 7th and has lied about two other deliverys from home depot set to be delivered on the 26th but said to be delivered then back at the supply house on april 22nd somehow. Can't reach their customer service through phone or email. Scam artists

Home depot shipping of a countertop
My countertop was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of April. I have called, I have chatted, I have waited on hold. I have contacted home depot and nsd multiple times. My package says out for delivery every day since the 8th and after emailing, calling, chatting, messaging trying to get answers and getting no call back for weeks now. I cannot get an answer, I can't get it delivered. My project is behind and holding up a closing and has now cost me over 4k bc the project is late and I finally got someone to answer me on Fri and swore it would be delivered monday... still no contertop just spent another hr plus on hold with no answer. This is quite literally the worst service. I'm a small business too and this service is killing me. I'm to the point I would rather rent a truck and go pick it up bc I can't afford to keep waiting but I don't know where to pick it up.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Patricia is a liar. They lied about attempted delivery, wouldn’t return my phone calls. Good luck getting them on their chat. Purchased a sink through Home Depot and they used this low down pos shipping company. Took over a month for a NON attempted delivery. Made Home Depot refund my money. Will never order anything that uses this garbage shipping company.

Couch delivery
I ordered a Bernhardt couch back in October of 2021 direct from the manufacturer. So to wait 6 months and be so close yet so far is extremely frustrating bc of this horrible company NSD. When I put my tracking number in on their website it says that it was received at their local NSD terminal on April 7, 2022. It’s now April 19, 2022 almost 2 weeks later and no one has contacted me to schedule a delivery. It’s impossible to get through to anyone on the phone, through email or any kind of chat. No one calls you back. And after reading these reviews I’m very concerned that I waited all this time and I’m not even going to most likely receive my order. If this delivery company says that they don’t have my couch after all this I will get the proper authorities involved. This company should be Shut down especially seeing that these same complaints track back to 2014! That’s just insane!

Refuses all communication
NSD lost part of my order from Home Depot of table and chairs. When I called HD they let me know they couldn’t find the tracking from NSD for the table and decided the only route was to return what we received and reorder. We opted for just returning and were told NSD would have to pick up. I called almost a dozen times and every single time was hung up on. I emailed numerous times with no response. I went on their chat and was told first that I had to wait 5 working days before I could schedule a return, so I waited 7 working days and then was told the terminal was closed. Then I used the chat again and was left on ‘we’re looking into this for you’ for half an hour. When I put in the chat that was going to file a complaint with every regulatory agency I could find suddenly I got a call. I called HD though and told them I preferred to return on site because I don’t trust this company to not lose the return and then get stuck with a $650 bill for nothing. Do NOT use this company, they are a fraud!
